Ocampo can be with her. I allow Raine and Ocampo to double since Raine is technically the Tech Specialist, and Ocampo is her supplement in fighting situations. To be an actual member means being individual and to keep her with Raine she is technically like an augment of some kind to Raine. No, she isn't officially a member, but she's still treated like an actual person (like Phoenix) because they are both intelligent and sentient, regardless of artificiality.
