Twin eh? You should make a second character, probably GA or Empire, and do missions that way, while you wait between posts for your Padawan, that way you don't lose interest in the RP itself. That said, as I understand it, Samara has a hard time getting into Makara's mindset and summoning the will to post with him.

Oh, no problem. I tend to write my posts very condensed, with not a lot of extra detail unless I feel it necessary. Makes writing longer stories a living hell for me. Actually, I think my character would genuinely like your character, and want to crack his anti-social shell. Despite giving my character a "low charisma score" *rolls eyes* that's more because I figured charisma meant leadership, and not sociability. Could be interesting to make that a subplot for myself for this training mission.

It's the new thread, I'm dragging you off to Saia's room so we can introduce ourselves better IC'ly instead of idly listen to Master Makara yammer on. So you and I can banter back and forth a little, then return to the ship when it's time to head out. Should only take around 2-3 posts each I think.

You might respond to Ordo's Jedi before Samara decides to take us somewhere. Thread seems to be a meet and greet atm, but training should be started once Samara takes us someplace.

Indeed, it should be good practice, and a nice way to flesh out how we envision our fighting styles before actually getting into combat. Practice makes perfect, right? I still have to make a lightsaber though, but we'd be better off using non-lethal practice lightsabers.

As for upstaging you, we'll see. A little competitive training never hurt anyone.

Don't mean to intrude in your RP, just Samara suggested we have joint training, as it is most likely we'll be going on missions etc. later together. Don't worry about me attempting to upstage you, either - I'll play my character as she's designed to be.

I also noticed we apparently have similar interests in the Force (Telekinetics, namely) so we can spar with that for practice at some point, if you wish, once my character has learned more about it.

By the way, Makara is taller than Akacen :CRawr
