The base is built high up into the mountains, that is why there is snow. At the bottom of the mountains and everywhere else, it is a mild climate.

Yes. We aren't really going to be seeing any people in the first mission though. I'll mostly be doing old-school style environmental hazards/enemies to deal with. We'll be seeing some people in the 2nd though. Not that they'll be alive...X3

It's npc bounties, most self npc and a few people solo. Sometimes an opposing npcer can be picked up if arranged

Well it honestly depended on what you wanted, but I have Re'gi in the hutts who could use a bounty buddy

Hiro and the Rangers who always need a good gun

My Neepo Cross who could use a big guy companion to help him on his quest to discover his homeworld

As you said the guy is interested in credits so I guess Re'gi is your best bet, though Cross could promise the treasure of the old Neepo kings
