The background is sound, although it took me a few moments to figure out what the Eriadu rebellion is rebelling for. It also looks like you have a number of defined short and long term goals for the faction, which isn't required for approval but a necessity for a faction's longevity. The only issue I would have is that I'm not for an indie faction controlling or dictating the politics of a planet at the start, which was what I did not want to intend for allowing indies to start with planet-wide influence on creation.
