It's been a long time since a word fell, in this thread... anybody still has an interest in this "Roleplay"?

Nope. We do have choice of what we can: Space Wolves, Black Templars, IG, Tyranids, and Thousand Sons.

I'll be IG. They have more potential for a personality.

I would be, but I'd want to do a 40k RP differently.

As a single individual, so it can be more character driven, and make your character a lot more unique and flavorful, like a converted miniature.:CHappy:

Also, having a plot laid out beforehand, or a Dm would keep things on track, and help save it from death and fail.

just some Ideas, and maybe open up the race options, maybe make it a desperate alliance between gaurd and eldar, or a renegade sect of tau get involved, let people really get into exploring their options.

Say I want to rp an orc with you guys.. maybe he's extra smart and sivulized.:CHappy:

Don't totally kill canon, but make it more open ended. This isn't offical GW stuff here.

The only way to do this would be to be rogue traders or acolytes of the inquisition cause starting out so high up is teh boring.

Like... I'd want to be an IG sergeant or something... or a rogue elder warlock... you could really get into it, and have something work out.

Find a plot, then have life 4 people make characters, then maybe a gm or not, and then just get going...

yeah. i'd want to be an imperial guard sergeant as well. perhaps we could roleplay a company and its exploits in a campaign?
