A gunslingers wish
a large pile of rubble...
Entering the atmosphere of tatooine brought back some memories from Ord Mantell, both dusty and hot, yet Tatooine seemed to be a lot hotter than Ord Mantell... The suns were limiting his view, while he made his landing on Mos Eisley. Overlooking the city Marr said to him self:
"Now that's what i call a large pile of rubble." But his need to refill his fuel and supplies forced Marr to land on Tatooine. As he was slowly descending down to the city, he made contact with flight control:
"Flight Control Mos Eisley, this is Barell 1-1, requesting a landingbay to refuel."
Flight control answered: "Barell 1-1, you may land in landingbay 4."
As he got closer and closer to the landingbay he was able to have a look onto the streets of Mos Eisley which were (suprising for him) very busy. The streets were filled with markets and all kinds of species which were known throughout the galaxy. Also some speeders were driving through Mos Eisley, leaving a dustcloud behind them...
Marr descended slowly into the landingbay and by the time he got to the ground, the suns were shining over the edges of this bay. He was ready to leave the cockpit when he noticed a human male in brown brown clothing and dark hair standing in the hallway leading to the streets... With nothing bad in the mind, Marr left the cockpit, took his backpack and left the ship via the ramp.
As Marr stepped onto the sandy landingbay, the man came forward and said with a grin:
"Welcome my friend to Tatooine, I bet you had a nice landing... See I don't want to cause any trouble but the Hutt Cartell owns this here... So here is the deal... you give me a 100 Credits or some Jawas might take your Ship apart... So what do you say?"
Marr didn't even think about speaking against him, since he wanted a functioning ship, and also was just here for a short stop anyways... so he gave the man the 100 credits, who took off with a nod onto the busy streets of Mos Eisley...
Marr checked his ship again, took the most valuable tools with him, and carefully closed the ship so that nobody could enter it...
As he walked up the hallway, he was able to hear the soundscape of the busy streets and also the species who were talking...
Kind of thirsty and hungry he was looking for a saloon or a diner he could quickly eat and drink, before buying the supplies...
He wandered through the streets... the suns burning down on him, making him sweat... but finally he was able to find the "Belching Frog Saloon" and entered it quickly in order to escape the burning suns...
Thirst can bring opportunities...
