Pretty sure the bias against Mandos or whatever 2spooky4me illuminati the admins hate me shit happened long after I left. Before then it was one of the stronger factions, especially when me/Corden were actively working with the Sith. (insert issues here about my bias, being favored and all the horrifying things Apollo did) but yeah that's on you lot, not the mandalorians as a faction.

Also, lol @ ppl calling Sree a powergamer. If you don't wanna lose practice more. I was hilariously bad at PvP for forever and I'm positive most of the old guard would still trounce me but everyone seems so scared to fight now I wouldn't even sweat coming back at all.

I'm going to go ahead and close this now. Normally feedback rounds last for like a week, but we also normally don't have this level or volume of conversation. I think a lot of good feedback has been given and there's lots to chew on, both for admins and for members alike - because that needs to be a key takeaway for members here too, that when it comes to biases and perceptions then members also share in the responsibility for correcting that. However, this thread is now becoming - as someone said before - "who can defend their friends better?" and that's not what this is supposed to be about.

If you have any further feedback, please feel free to PM it to me. Otherwise, thank you to all of you who participated in this thread.

Since this thread is now closed, AND I had my response waiting prior to the closure, please PM with your response.

Thank you all for the reviews. Most would agree with me when I say this, but kudos for the honest reviews.

I'm on my phone (as usual) so forgive my brevity.

For the generalized reviews directed towards me, I totally agree. I do need to make more of a presence on the general OOC boards. This is not an excuse, but more so a reason why. Generally speaking, my absence on the OOC/ ruling boards is very intentional. Why? Good question! This brings me to my next point.

We have RP Admins who take care of the forum rulings. Just because you don't see me actively posting on those boards doesn't mean that I'm not engaged. I hand out fair amounts of infractions and warnings, when necessary, but simply because it's not publicized (which is the way it should be) doesn't mean that I'm not involved with the OOC aspect of the forum.

In addition, over the years, my role has evolved from that of a New Members Admin to Member Advocate (no, this doesn't mean that the other admins are not fair and just). Naturally, members (both new and established) approach me with all kinds of concerns. In a way I feel honored to be able to extend an ear, and bring a resolution.

@TAC and Marcus, I've got some neat ideas and plans that I'll be developing with Bac concerning member retention and returning members. Bac also has a special announcement concerning the staff. I won't spoil it. Stay tuned!

@Aberforth, your assessment of lack of general membership involvement on the welcome board is spot on. First off, kudos to @Galavant (aka Frankieee) and @Taruna for their efforts. That said, Aberforth is right, we need more hands on deck on the welcome board. Folks easily get burned out for reading through the new member welcomes and welcoming them on board. It can get boring and and dare I say redundantly annoying, BUT keeping the end goal in mind removes all of that negative points I just mentioned. New members are our future. The more we invest in their acclimation to our board, the better our community will become.

Lastly, my RP, or lack thereof. Folks forget that I absolutely abhor holding up threads. Given my slow RP disposition, I purposefully avoid engaging. No, I don't see myself as a special person- quite the contrary. However, every now and then folks oblige and indulge. I've trained many Jedi- some of whom have graduated to become the Jedi Grand Master, Jedi Masters, and unfortunately Jedi most wanted.

My apologies if I missed a pertinent point. I typed my response in between boring meetings.

As for my uber cherry personality comment, @Loco bless your heart.
