Amelia's Fall (Dark Jedi Training)

[Emma Lou]

She took the lightsaber and attached it to her belt. She then followed her master into the library. It was very nice and she could see that there was much knowledge for her to learn.

"Of course, there are the Instructors, the Dark Assassins, and the Marauders"

 

[Jaqen H'ghar]

"Very good. Now tell me each ones roll and recite the code of the bogan. Once you are done and I feel your answers satisfactory you'll begin studying here, for the rest of the day. You may leave at nightfall to gather food if you wish and be on your way and we'll continue tomorrow."

 

[Emma Lou]

"The Instructors are the ones, like yourself, who teach the acolytes the way of the Bogan. I believe they are the most important to our Order. The Dark Assassins are the ones who are secretive and cunning, they are used for killing stealthily. The Marauders are the ones who can battle when most of us would fall"

She then closed her eyes and remembered the code before speaking it.

"No peace, only suffering.No knowledge, only instinct.No serenity, only passion.No harmony, only chaos"

 

[Jaqen H'ghar]

"The Marauders are brutes who accomplish little while giving away much to our enemy, the assassins have their uses, and yes I am the most important to the order." He chuckles. "Instructors have all the strength of the Maurader in the Force, and all the Guile of the assassin. Fools misunderstand us, and that is greatly to my benifit as I can kill them more easily for it." he says chuckling.

"Now, study..." And with that he was gone, whether he was actually there in the first place, or simply vanished becoming invisible with the force was unknown.

((Just have her write in what all she does then heading off to eat and bed if you want, I'll write up what happens later. Going to use this as a point to jump forward somewhat in time.))

Amelia looked around the library taking it all in before she started. She was not even sure how many hours remained in the day, but she would until she grew tired.

First she visited the archives that held the history of the Order and stayed there for what seemed like forever.

She walked around in the section full of old discoveries then found her way to the history of the Bogan's themselves.

She learned so much and when she finally grew hungry, she left to find some.

After dinner she went back to her quarters and fell asleep quickly.

 

[Jaqen H'ghar]

A month had passed since the girl first began her training. They had not worked on lightsaber forms, only study, and practice of force techniques. She was growing stronger but had yet to master a force sheild and that was the lesson for today.

"A force shield is something that is absolutely paramount in training, without it combat is a moot point. Without it a jedi could yank your saber from your hands, or simply turn it off in the midst of combat. You must learn to have up a force shield at all times, otherwise even those weakest in the force can harm you." He said.

"Now, focus the darkside around you, in a swirling vortex till it solidifies, this should become second nature to you as our training progressess but may take some time till that point." he said walking around her watching closely.

Amelia nodded and closed her eyes. She could focus on the force without closing her eyes now, but it was just habit. She could feel the force around her and she grabbed onto it pulling it around her quickly. She could feel it turning into a vortex like she was told.

 

[Jaqen H'ghar]

"Good....good." He said still circling. He let out a minor force push attempting to knock her back, though it did very little, she might step to fix a balance issue, if that. Mortificar smiled. "Very good indeed, but you'll need now to learn to keep it up during combat." he said nodding. "That's the tricky stuff."

 

[Emma Lou]

"What can I do to improve it? I will practice, of course"

Amelia bowed her head and waited.

 

[Jaqen H'ghar]

"Essentially practice, focus on making it stronger, perhaps have another acolyte here test you every so often, keep it up as often as you can during the day till it becomes second nature. By the time it has become such, you'll have strengthened it far more than it is now, or if you simply used it sporadically."
