Yes, return it and get something else.

Nope. I love it

I have never tried apple because you can't easily send documents from an apple to a pc that has Microsoft word. Have they fixed that problem yet? Oh, and by the way I am an ASUS man.

That's not true. All their document things can be saved into .doc or .docx

Honestly, I have never had an easier computer. I have been using it for 2 days and have NO problems figuring anything out. Its so easy and everything makes sense on where it should be.

Also, I do not fiddle with my computers. I know computers, but enough to get inside them. No thank you!

I've been using my Dad's Mac since a week as my laptop is gone for repairs and I have hardly had any complaints. It is more than able to satisfy all the minimal computing needs I have for the next few months. The only problem I am facing is being unable to write data onto my Windows configured external drive. Just might stick with it even after my laptop returns from the shop.

I am using Ubuntu, the PC I'm going to have built will run Ubuntu

Had to use apple while in school years ago, and couldn't stand it... and I always hated windows.. I got use to unix for a long time. Apple, and windows both have major security flaws, and issues with program translations ( that is pretty much everything made is done on a Linux system then translated into something apple/microsoft can read

I think Ubuntu has like 2 known viruses, and both those are more or less joke viruses. and I was sold when some guy tried to Hack the spousey while she was at starbucks, and threw an l337 rage when he couldn't get into her system at all, and slammed his stuff closed, and packed up his 4 external drives and stomped out.

but he did manage to hack the store managers apple notebook, so thats what sold me ^_^

The funny thing is most mac's can put all PC's to shame they tend to have higher specs and use less of the hardware so they have plenty of power to run all editing and Video software, The Mac OS is easier to fix than Windows far easier, and quicker to.

Mac OS's tend to have a straight file path which makes them faster where as Windows goes through four hundred different paths just to open the calculator. where as windows loves to change where everything is located forcing people to re-learn each and every OS they release, Mac's OS keeps everything named the same and located where they were with each update, just making it look better.

Security on Windows is for crap, there are more holes in a Windows security then Swiss cheese, Macs tend to be more secure but that's also due to not many hackers are making viruses for the system, as well but when one is made oh man are those suckers vicious then again there usually out in a week where as Windows Four months to squash any major Viruses or security exploits.

In the end most PC users love there PC's and hate Macs do to never touching one and believe Windows is good cause its everywhere. The Ironic thing is I'm using windows and that's because of Video Gameing and not having the money for a Mac. But if I had a choice Mac for everything else, and my 3D design Projects, my PC strictly for gameing.

Then again thanks to Steam the Mac lack of games are slowly going away :bitchez

Then again there is always the fully customizable and fully Secure Linix :CSly

Linux = Win... Ubuntu = Win. The only reason I use Windows, and btw I use windows XP i'll never go to Win7 unless I really, really have to. And its the same reason I still use XP, to play games, to run the software I need to run, 3ds Max, Adobe PS, Flash all that shizz. Which unfortnatly doesn't run on Linux (Yes I know there is wine but its limited, least when I last checked it out).

Wine has alot of updates lately, I've had no issues running Maya and Max, nor photoshop..Im not really a gamer so thats not an issue, the ones I do play work well, or are naturally supported.

I use Mint though, I heard there were a few problems with " natty" still needing worked out.

A little under a year. OSX by default can't write onto NTFS file systems, only read from them. Leopard onwards the capability to write can be activated by a couple of ways as well as there being drivers available that provide full NTFS read/write capabilities but as I had no net till a few hours ago I haven't been able to download them and give them a try.

Daft Welsh fact of the week: A few years ago a Welsh council emailed its in-house translation unit for a Welsh translation of the phrase “No entry for HGV vehicles”. The response came back pretty quickly. Unfortunately, nobody double checked it until after they'd used the phrase on a road sign, which is why Welsh-speaking drivers were greeted with the message: “I’m sorry I’m out of the office at the moment”.Daft Welsh fact of the week: A few years ago a Welsh council emailed its in-house translation unit for a Welsh translation of the phrase “No entry for HGV vehicles”.
