Bac Novel Audiobook Auditions

CALLING ALL VOICE ACTORS!

Do you consider yourself to be a good actor? Well, if you do, then have I got some great parts for you! I am currently working on converting my novel, Shadows of the Jedi: The Legend of Ussej Padric Bac, into an audio book. I would read the detail as the narrator and all, but I am no good with acting so I am looking for some voice actors to do the parts of the characters. The characters that I would be casting are as follows:

Mandalore the Conqueror

“Dibs” sort of goes to those who created and/or RPd these characters, as that’s only fair. However, that does not mean you will automatically get the part – if you suck, obviously you’re not going to get it despite character creation. I will be coming up with lines for all of these characters and those who want to try out for them can record the lines and then email them to me or just link me to an .mp3 or .wav file somewhere. If you have any questions, let me know.

EDIT: I'm also pleased to announce that our very own Sin (currently under the username "Marvin") will be composing the original score for this.

Questions:

Who's in charge of Sound FX?

What were your ideas for how you wanted certain people to sound? Take for example Viea. Do you want her to sound evil? Seductive? Normal? Alto? Bass? Perky? Slowly? Valley Girl? There are millions of different ways to take a voice, how did you always think of them?

What? Damn, I suggested mrun because he has an ammusing accent. I didn't know Ussej was British...

I have a tennor voice, mid/low range, and can do a miriad of accents, so I'm good as anyone.
