Fran and Kori made it back to her ship without any further problems and the ship was soon departing the Tatooine spaceport and heading towards the space station that Fran had charted out. Kori had take some time to get cleaned up once they had arrived back on the ship. She had showered and now she walked out of her room with her long brown a little wet and curling up into loose waves. She had also changed into some plain brown pants and a flowy blue shirt. It wasn't a long trip but it wasn't short either so she had opted for comfort.

"Please explain to me how you always get into so much trouble?"

She had never known anyone who seemed to get themselves in as many sticky situations as he did. It wasn't a new thing either. He had gotten into the strangest positions in their past.

When Kori walked into the room in which Francis sat on a chair reading a holographic novel (it was about some vigilante in Coruscant dressed like a gizka, fighting crime) he immediately looked up. No, he had not heard her enter, but the pleasant smell of a pretty lady who had just showered had made him aware of her presence. When he set eyes on her he caught fire and accidentally dropped the holograhic novel, which switched off automatically upon touching the floor. Aye, she was beautiful and Francis could not deny that. And here he sat: still smelling like the desert, wearing dirty clothes and hair so wild and messy that he almost looked like a tramp from the lower city of Coruscant.

In truth he almost could not take his eyes off her, but he forced himself to look away before she might start to think it was suspicious how he stared at her. He reached down to pick up the holographic novel and put it down on the small table that stood beside his chair. Then he glanced out the window as he listened to her question.

"I guess I'm just not very lucky," he said, knowing that hardly qualified as an answer. "Smuggler's luck, eh?" He grinned, but the grin was actually only there to hide his shame. She was right: he got himself into trouble and although it did make life a bit more exciting, it also brought about some nasty situations and sometimes those situations just didn't work out at all... Y'know, sometimes he almost got stranded on some remote, disgusting planet.

Finally he looked back at her. "Thank you for offerin me this ride, Kori. It means a lot. Could I, um... Could I, mayhap, shower as well? I feel like I need it, don't ya think?"
