I feel that while though they may be close proximity, the small delay between shots (since they are precisely aimed) would let her block 3/4. The leg shot is isolated, the the minute movement of moving her saber up and the added length would let her block the umbilicus bolt and shoulder bolt with the same angle. So she only has to do two things, move her saber down slightly and then back up to catch a twofer.
Using the force in the way she did wouldn’t take that much concentration imo. It was a blast, nothing super aimed or precise and it would take a fraction of a second to rip it.
