Leaning against a wall next to the entrance of a spaceport, Caerllion watched the people that moved through the streets of Nar Shaddaa. The place was everything that he always heard: a dirty and smelly ecumenopolis that suited perfectly to Hutt Space. It was full of criminals and the worst scum of the Galaxy. If a person disappeared here, no one would ever mind.

This was exactly why this place was perfect for their mission.

According to the instructions given by Azar, they needed a Twi’lek, a human and a Trandoshan for the experiment. From his position, the Champion had already seen several of them. So far, none of the possible subjects had noticed that he had been watching them. Perhaps because of his clothes not attracting much attention.

The Annfyn was dressed in a black leather jacket with a red t-shirt below them, blue jean pants, black leather boots and his eyes were covered by black-sunglasses. This outfit surely would help him disappear in the crowd.

Now he only needed to wait for his partners to arrive, so they could go after their targets. The Annfyn was excited to start.

Kreia had always been about survival but the lure of science had caught her interest and now she would do anything to prove to Azar that she was more than capable of watching their experiments. Her mouth salivated at the thought of knowledge being at her fingertips and the opportunity to discover something new. She wore the garb of a refugee to blend in. Her trademark hood covering her Echani eyes allowed her to maintain a low profile. Her cloak hid everything else she would need and it wasn't difficult to blend in with the other refugees.

She saw him, standing against the wall. Had he not been standing in their meeting spot, she wouldn't have noticed him. Kreia approached him silently. No one paid attention to the hidden refugee as she maneuvered out of the crowd and off to the side. Leaning against the wall with one boot propping herself up, she finally turned towards her partner.

"I suppose I am at your disposal," she murmured softly, recognizing his higher rank. After the chaos at the Academy, she knew to be more careful with her words.

Cyutadakyr had arrived with Karys at perhaps the most sorry end of the galaxy. For a businessman with loose morals, it might have been heaven, but for her, it was just another stinky, loud mess they had to wade through.

Dressed in something casual, the pureblood kept the hood up for the moment to maintain a semblance of privacy. Though that wasn't entirely likely to be a problem given that she hadn't already pissed anyone off planet side. Given the most difficult target to acquire would be the lizard, that was the one she had picked for the pair to hunt.

It didn't technically matter in what order or how they achieved the results, so long as they rounded up the three subjects and brought them back to the light freighter they had brought along for the mission. From there they could conduct the experiment and then finally bail.

Walking along, they'd spot the other two sith in position. Nodding to begin, Cyu turned to her partner in crime. "See that saloon up ahead? Let's go introduce ourselves, shall we?" She said, smirking, before cracking her knuckles with glee. Her assumption being that securing strong, powerful specimen would likely be better suited for surviving the experiment than some decrepit homeless folk lying in the guttertrash.

Nar Shadda, or as Karys called it, the Galaxy's asshole. Both he and Cyu had come here on assignment from his Master, Azar Kressh. They were to rendezvous with two other Sith at some point after collecting some specimens. Cyu had decided to leverage Karys' height and strength to their advantage and target the Trandoshan. Karys was not thrilled about this.

<Acolyte Sadow, would you mind punching the giant, ill-tempered, reptilian for me? Don't mind the rows of razor teeth or regenerative capabilities!> He mocked, a teasing smirk appearing on his face.

He'd come to enjoy spending time with Cyu, her wit and ability to banter is what drew him in. They could match each other's tones and attitudes. It made almost every encounter between them enjoyable.

Karys wore his usual outfit when roaming the open Galaxy. The dark green flight jacket overtop his light combat armor, with a pair of black pants. He wore bits of armor he’d kept from Zygerria. Namely a shoulder pauldron, bracers, and a pair of rugged boots. On his belt, Karys had his blaster pistol, a few reloads, his lightsaber hilt was tuck onto the back of his belt and hidden by his jacket, the flask that contained Azar’s potion, and his EZphone. He knew they'd blend in with the crowd, two Zeltron hybrids in the night scene of the underworld.

Eventually his crimson gaze would fall to Cyu.

<Seriously, how do we plan on tackling this walking set of leather boots?> He asked as they approached the coordinates together.

When Cyu pointed out a small saloon themed cantina, Karys grimaced before nodding in response. His mind immediately thought of a Trandoshan's jaw clamping around his fist.

<I'm going to lose a hand aren't I?>

Caerllion didn’t move when he saw his partner approaching. The girl was the same Echani Acolyte that was involved in a fight during his last visit to the Umbaran Academy. He rolled his eyes behind his sunglasses. She didn’t impress him at the time, but at least she wasn’t that Mandalorian. Perhaps today she was going to show him more of what she could do.

Yes, you are.” the Annfyn answered with a neutral tone, while stretching himself. “Follow me, we have much to do.” Caerllion said, while starting to walk down the street. “As you know, we are going to catch some guinea pigs before meeting with the other two companions to start the experiment.” he would whisper to her, once they were close enough to each other.

He would stop in front of a building. “Before you arrived, I saw some Twi’leks entering this bar.” the place had a neon sign and there was some music inside. “We are going inside and you’ll approach them. Let’s make this mission an opportunity for you to practice how to deceive and catch a target.

I’ll be right behind you if you fail.” it wasn’t said to reassure her, but to scare her about what a possible failure could entail. After saying it, the Annfyn entered and expected that she would do the same.

Since her spectacular failure on academy grounds, Kreia had been more respectful towards those around her. Especially the Champions. Caerillion was one of them. His surly attitude and demeanor made her feel on edge and such, she remained quiet as she followed him along. Whether she admired the Sith or not wasn't even in question. She had however come to grudgingly accept how strong they were and how they required respect to an extent. Her silence was a means to process and drink in the experience that he held and she did not.

The chill that went down her spine at his warning was visible even to all of those around, even as she stepped in behind him. Glancing around, it appeared Kreia was merely looking for a place to sit as she stepped away from the champion. In truth, her grey gaze passed over the Twi'leks before coming back to a seat next to the. As you wish, she briefly touched the champion's mind. it wasn't enough to penetrate his shields, merely a whisper to him as she stepped up next to the Twi'leks.

Kreia found her the bar stool two seats down from the Twi'leks to be the most advantageous. Keeping her head down and ordering a drink that she could wrap her arms around exuded desperation and hopelessness. The Echani also used her height to her advantage, sliding her buttocks as far back on the stool as she could so her feet wouldn't touch the ground, making her appear smaller than she actually was.

Unlike the Champion's mind, it wasn't difficult to push thoughts into the Twi'leks. There was still some difficulty, which only made her smile around her glass that these two would be worth something. As she penetrated their minds though, she didn't whisper to them, only planted thoughts in her head. The girl on the stool is weak. She's not dirtied enough by the moon, she could be a way out of here. She looks gullible too.

She could feel their eyes lock onto her and she allowed herself a small smile as they walked towards her.

If only Cyutadakyr could find a way to monetise Karys' sarcastic banter, that way the Sith would have an asset to rival Zygerria. Short of that happening, completing the mission in a timely manner would have to suffice, although he did win an eye roll out of the champion. "The same way you get anything on this awful planet." She cracked a small smile, pulling a bag of credits out from a hidden pocket.

Or at the very least it would start the conversation, if it didn't work.

Walking into the proverbial lions' den, the two purebloods were immediately spotted by a rowdy group of six trandoshan bounty hunters. All of whom were armed to the uh, teeth, and in varying stages of alcoholic induced comas after what appeared to be a successful hunt.

Loudly clearing her throat, Cyu held up the bag of credits for all to see and pointed to the biggest lizard in the group. "This naughty boy hasn't been paying his bounty hunter guild licensing fees. 1,000 credits to the first person to knock him out." Five of the six became increasingly hostile looking, with only one seeming to consider the offer before slamming his pistol butt into the back of their captain's head.

"What the...I can't believe you'd do me in for 1,000 creditss, SStan." Roared the barely injured captain in broken basic, causing surprise to burst from his assailant. "Sorry bosss, kidss to feed an all." The little brawl commencing between those two didn't in fact stop the other four from maintaining their attention on the encroaching Sith.

Turning to Karys, Cyu glanced before finally answering his earlier question. "I mean, you don't need both hands, right?"

Karys glanced at Cyu has she quipped in reply. <Honestly, yeah. But I'd still prefer to not find out.> He replied, his voice taking a clearly annoyed tone.

As the pair walked into the cantina, Karys barely had time to react to Cyu offering money in exchange for several trandoshans turning on their boss. It didn't pan out the way she had hoped. Four Trandoshans charged both Cyu and Karys. Two broke off to focus their assault on Karys. In response he quickly drew out his blaster pistol and shot the first with a stun bolt, he dropped instantly. The second one however was leaner, lighter, faster, and unfortunately more bite-y. It's jaws clamped down on Karys' shoulder. He yelped as he was tackled and the Trandoshan tried to start thrashing.

Karys grabbed the back of it's head and clamped down, ensuring it couldn't rip his shoulder meat apart. When the Trandoshan let go of his shoulder and tried to go for his face, Karys bludgeoned it in the face with his blaster pistol, once, twice, three times. His last Trandoshan slumped onto his chest, bleed from it's head. Karys looked over to Cyu.

<It fucking bit me!> He yelled at her as he glanced down at his shoulder. <That's absolutely getting infected.> He winced. <Shit...>

Once they entered the bar, Caerllion parted ways with Kreia finding a seat for himself from where he could watch her. The Annfyn would let the girl take the initiative, only interfering if the situation went out of control. If she wanted to progress as a Sith, the Echani would need to learn by himself.

Besides, it could be a good opportunity for him to evaluate if Kreia could be a good apprentice for him. Caerllion thought that it was time for him to train someone, but he would only do that if the candidate showed some potential. If the Echani acted like she did in the Academy, the Annfyn would seek another person to teach.

The Annfyn remained in silence when he felt Kreia talk with him telepathically. He wanted less talking and more results. He watched the Echani sit away from the Twi’leks, the way that she was seated to make herself harmless and fragile. A small smile appeared on Caerllion's lips. This was a clever move.

He felt she used the Force against their targets, probably to target their minds telepathically. When the Twi’leks walked toward Kreia, Caerllion straightened in the chair. Now she would need to bring them outside. Would she be capable of doing it?

While the beefy Karys utilised his massive size and overwhelming strength advantage to pull out his blaster and shoot a couple of times, Cyu opted for the more direct approach. Slamming them over the head with the bag of credits.

Ducking the first scaly fist that came soaring through the air and pivoting off one foot, the pureblood masterfully shifted her weight behind the blow, causing the bag to connect with a delicious kinetic symphony to the hapless lizards' temple. Dropped like a bag of limes on a Tuesday afternoon, the second lucky chap hesitated in his ferociousness after seeing his buddy get whacked.

Hearing the yelp blend with Karys' whimpering, Cyu giggled. "Guess you didn't taste too good, he looks in pain." Rudely, the second trando facing Cyu took that moment to attempt revenge for his fellow bounty hunter, drawing a blaster of his own and sending a hot metal slug downrange.

Unfortunately for him, that round blew past her shoulder, missing by a country mile. The sad, sad look of disappointment staled the perviously smiling woman's mood, who now, in turn, began to wind up the bag in such a way he'd not be prepared. The bag landing square in the trandoshan's forehead, propelling him backward as he continued to pull on the trigger, sending blaster fire toward the original two. Their brawl now all hot and bothered, was disrupted by a somewhat hot sensation burning a hole in their armor, oh dear!

"3-2" Cyu called out, egging Karys on competitively. Damn, she'd almost scored three in one go, but she'd totally count it anyway.

For this, Kreia had no need to use the force to convince them. She knew they were already curious enough to attempt to figure her out and Kreia would only give them what they believed she had. Pulling her hood down revealed long, clean blond hair. Another trademark not many of the people had here. And as expected, the male Twi'lek opened his mouth first. Too easy, she thought.

"Hey kid," he said, his voice gruff as if his vocal processes had been shredded in a blender. "You seem lost."

The blond jumped and whirled on her stool. Had they been able to sense her emotions, she would have radiated calm satisfaction. To anyone else however, she looked terrified. Her grey eyes were blown wide with fear as her lower lips trembled, Her hands gripped the edge of her seat as she looked between the two. "I-I'm waiting for s-someone." The Echani managed to stammer out, quickly looking around as if wanting to run. When her gaze lingered too long on the door, the woman moved between her and it to block her gaze.

"Easy kid, I'm Mourina. and this is my friend Bak'arut. he didn't mean to scare you. He's really a teddy bear," she smiled warmly and if Kreia had been the scared kid, she would have taken with her immediately. In the meantime, her shoulders began to relax. "Who are you?" She asks gently, reaching up to pat her shoulder.

"I-I'm Kreia."

"Well, Kreia. As my friend said, you seem lost. Perhaps we can help you."

It took a long moment for Kreia to finally nod, offering a timid smile towards the female. "Y-yea, I've never been here before. I was supposed to meet my friend at Hanger 15, but I can't find it. He has a nice ship. He was supposed to get me to Republic space. Can you help me find hanger 15? I'm sure my friend won't mind meeting you."

Dice roll to convince Twis

The pair would glance at each other before the woman spoke gently. "Let us see if we have somewhere to be?" She asked and the two stepped away. Kreia kept up her timid act, though it was less of an act now as she hoped the two would buy in to her charade. After a moment, they came back. "Sure kid. Let's meet your friend." she said and Kreia beamed in happiness as she stood and followed them outside.

Karys winced as he pulled the unconscious Trandoshan off of him and flung him to the side. He glared at Cyu when she giggled at his misfortune. A smirk appearing on his face for a moment.

<I don’t know, you didn’t complain when you tasted me on Skye.> He teased back, reminding her of the kiss they briefly shared.

Then Cyu dispatched the final Trandoshan using the money bag she had offered as a reward. Despite his pain and the steady stream of blood he was losing, Karys chuckled at that. It was funny. When Cyu brought up their score it would get her another one of Karys’ laughs.

<You are a champion, you should have a much higher score than a lowly Acolyte, Lady Cyutadakyr.> He quipped in reply. <We should get these specimens back to the ship.> Karys suggested as he looked around at the unconscious lizards. <Brawn before beauty I suppose?> Karys asked as he stood to his feet.

With that Karys would hoist the first of the Trandoshans over one shoulder and a second over his other. He’d adjust their forms to ensure he could carry a third but that was all he could realistically hoist.

<After you Cyu.>

Caerllion watched the Twi’leks talk with Kreia. Thanks to his keen hearing, the Annfyn was able to hear part of their conversation. The couple seemed to be convinced by the Echani’s fragile facade. They even seemed to be making attempts at being nice at her. He smiled, she wasn’t so bad after all.

The Annfyn wondered if the Twi’leks were really being nice to her, or if they had second intentions in approaching Kreia. If the first was right, it would be boring. The Annfyn had expected that they would give the Echani some more trouble. Nothing better than facing the existing darkness of the Galaxy to someone to find their own.

He would guard this thought to address it with Kreia later.

Kreia continued the conversation, informing them that she would meet someone at hangar 15. The Annfyn took it as his cue to leave. The Annfyn discreetly rose from his seat, while using the Force to telepathically reach the Echani. "Continue this way, I'll meet you here." he said to her, before walking out.

Now he would see if she was capable of bringing the Twi'leks, like sheeps to the slaughterhouse.

The humorous style slowly faded from her face as he cracked his joke after hers, returning a signature icy glare. For sure, Karys was brawn, if nothing but a giant slab of muscle. "Finally, something you're more adept in than I." She teased in the way he was quite familiar.

Departing before anyone else in the bar could stir trouble, the pair of purebloods back traced their steps toward the hangar where they had arrived. Although this time there was a new pair of eyes that hadn't been there before and one that immediately drew her interest.

Just slightly off the beaten path sitting in a huddle was a small group of aliens with signs and pan handles outstretched hoping to receive aid from passer bys. Stopping momentarily, she pulled out a small silver credit and held it aloft for the group to see. "You lot want to make some money?" Smiling, she next pointed down the way. "There's a rich prince with black hair at Hangar 15 that's a basically falling over himself with creds, smack him up a bit, and you'll be set for life."

Her honeyed words would send the mob of misfits and impoverished heading straight for Caerllion. (@LouJoVi ) Certainly nothing he couldn't handle, but that wasn't the point. They would be the first to complete the experiment, and she didn't mind playing dirty to win.

Throwing the coin on the floor, they scrambled to collect it with fists flying until it was in fact claimed. After a few moments of recollection, they looked amongst themselves before deciding to take their chances after all.

Before they could all scram, however, Cyu grabbed the shirt of one unlucky human, perhaps only a couple of years younger than she was and held him in place as his friends sauntered off. Placing her arm around him, she smiled a wicked smile that Karys would see. "Oh darling, would you like to join us for dinner? His cooking,.." She nodded to her companion. "..is to die for."

Caerllion was leaning against his ship, waiting for Kreia to arrive. The Echani was successful in convincing the Twi’leks to approach her, but the girl still needed to show him if she was capable of bringing them to him. There was still some time for her to fail in this. However, her success so far had made the Annfyn believe that it wasn’t going to be a problem.

His thoughts were interrupted by shouttings coming from outside the hangar. “What the hell?” Caerllion said, confused by the voices that were approaching. It didn't make sense, he had paid to have this place only for himself. He would kill the person of the administration that allowed it to happen.

A group of different species, all looking like beggars desperate for money and food, burst through the entrance. They screamed that he was the prince and that should get him down. Caerllion stared in confusion while the crowd walked toward him. They were armed with sticks and pans. “What the hell?” he said once again, starting to feel furious.

“Stop!” he screamed, using his hanger to power up the Dark side and send this command not only through their ears, but directly inside their minds, enthralling them in an immobilizing spell. The group would freeze in their tracks, having no idea about what had happened. Given their desperate state, they didn’t have the strongest will to resist his spell.

The Annfyn calmly walked toward the leading figure, a human male. He held his chin, looking directly at the man’s black eyes. Then, Caerllion looked inside the guy’s mind, wanting to see how this crowd found him. He burst into laughter when he saw that it had been Cyu who sent them toward him. It was obvious that she wanted to jeopardize his own efforts.

Well played.” he smiled, before letting go of the human’s chin. “I wonder if you mind me participating in your game.” Caerllion looked back at the group, reaching their minds with the Force. Like tendrils of darkness, his power would wrap up around them, filling them with anger and disappointment.

She lied to us, the Annfyn has no money.” Caerllion would insert these thoughts in their minds. “She is the real rich one, the money that she threw at us is only a part of what she had. She wanted to send us away so we couldn’t see how filthy rich she was. We’ll find her and take everything that she has. We already know where her ship is, we can sack it too.” the Annfyn also planted on them the information of the hangar where the Pureblood had landed with her vessel. He also instructed them with the places where she could be and that she was very rich, and facially deformed, Zeltron businesswoman.

He released the crowd from his spell, allowing them to turn around and rush out of the hangar. They would hunt the Pureblood relentlessly. The only person that remained was the human. He would accept it as a gift from Cyu. “Follow me.” Caerllion said, before walking inside the ship.

I hope that you have fun being hunted for the rest of the day, dear.” The Annfyn said for himself, before knocking the human out with the Force.

Kreia took her time, not because she wasn't in a hurry but the minds of the Twi'leks were scrambled, mischievous, plotting. Like her, they had their own plans, but theirs' were clear on their face, in their body language, and in the way they kept watching her before looking around. A commotion caught Kreia's attention as well as the Twi'leks that had followed her to the hanger. Beggars had been after Caerillion and the apprentice would have wondered why if she hadn't planned to use the commotion to her own advantage.

The two Twi'leks approached her when she had stopped. This was the moment they were going to try to over take the Echani and steal her ship that was in the distance. The job got more dangerous for them, but they weren't deterred, just more cautious. Attack her now, she spoke into their mind. She's distracted. The encouragement into their mind spurred them forward and as the male dove towards her to grab her, Kreia flipped backwards over him and landed a firm, force-enhanced kick to his back to send him sprawling. As the woman converged to attack, a wave of the force surrounded the Echani before slamming into the female Twi'lek and sending her flying towards the ramp of the ship. Finally, a red blade extended, pointing towards the woman as she manipulated the force to wrap around the male twi'leks throat.

"Champion Caerillion," she called respectively. "I have a present for you." Her voice was sickly sweet, the innocence and naivety from before gone and replaced with a cold, mocking horror. The female Twi'lek shook with her fear as the male squirmed against the grasp on his throat.

Karys smirked and shook his head as Cyu once again used the influence of credits to pay off a mob. They’d slow down their competition, he hoped. Then Cyu snapped up a human as he walked off with his friends. The blonde man was probably somewhere between their ages. It really didn’t matter, he was fucked now.

Karys smiled devilishly at Cyu’s comment towards the man. “It’s true, I make a killing off of it.” She wasn’t the only one with one liners.

The trio made their way back towards Karys’ ship. They had begun boarding the ship when a loud din could be heard from behind them. Karys’ turned back to look at what was the source of the noise, his crimson gaze caught the ragged mob. Their eyes were glazed over by the influence of the Dark Side.

Karys shrugged off and dropped the three unconscious Trandoshans that were draped over his shoulders.

There was a sickening crunch as the smallest lizard’s arm was broken beneath the weight of his comrades. Karys glanced back at Cyu. <I’ll deal with this and catch up.> He assured her.

Karys stepped over the prone Trandoshans and towards the crowd of beggars. Most were old, scrawny, or already injured. This would be easy. As Karys scanned the crowd he noticed a Rutan Twi’lek teenager and what seemed like her girlfriend, another Twi’lek. Perfect.

If Cyu stayed and watched, she’d be able to witness what it looked like when Karys threw his weight and bulk around. The sounds of bones snapping and screams echoed out as Karys fended off their would be attackers. It was unlikely anyone would intervene, this was Nar Shadda after all.

Once the crowd had been beaten into submission or simply fled Karys would scoop up two unconscious Twi’lek women. They’d serve a purpose greater than they could ever imagine.

Karys would make his way into the ship. He clothes splattered in sticky crimson. He’d unceremoniously drop the duo onto the floor of his kitchen, where they’d conduct the experiment. Then he’d turn to his sink to wash the blood from his face and hands.

<I think that’s it Cyu.> He called over his shoulder. <And I’m in the lead now.> He teased. <Let’s make a hive mind, shall we?>

Caerllion walked out of the ship when he heard Kreia’s voice. The Acolyte was waiting for him outside, with immobilized Twi’leks. He smiled, the girl had potential. Even her ability to fake personalities could be polished in something very useful for the Order.

Good job, Kreia.” he walked down the ramp, approaching her captives like a predator preparing an attack. The Twi’leks stared at him with fear and Caerllion felt delighted by it. “I happily accept your gift.” he said, before gesturing his right hand in front of their captives. They immediately fell unconscious on the floor.

Put them inside, together with the human. I’ll pick our last guests.” the Annfyn said, before walking out of the hangar. He had learned that some smugglers, two Trandoshan brothers and their human boss, were staying in the hangar 12. It was a shame that he had forgotten to mention it to Cyu, wasn't it?

Arriving at the hangar, Caerllion peeked behind the door. The Trandoshan were carrying some craters, while the human smoked in a corner. Taking a deep breath, the Annfyn stretched the Dark side toward them, using it to curl like tendrils around their minds. It wasn’t difficult for him, their minds weren’t the strongest.

Once he had control, the three felt their bodies stiffening. The Trandoshans let go of the crater and turned to look at the Annfyn. A devious smile appeared on Caerllion’s lips, they were his now. “Follow me.” he said, before walking outside the hangar. His three puppets followed the Sith.

A familiar meow made Caerllion turn to look. Teekl, his loth-cat, was following him. “Good job, girl.” the feline had been spying on these three since he learned about their presence. They walked back to hangar 15, with the Annfyn leading the three inside his ship. Once they were inside, he would knock them down with the Force.

He would restrain the three, before turning to Kreia. “Now that all the pieces are in their place. We can begin.” Caerllion walked to pick the potions, before turning to look at the Acolyte. Teekl had already walked away, not wanting to stay nearby to see the experiment. “What do you think of starting with the Twi’leks?

Nodding as Karys went back to deal with their new-found friends, Cyu elected to promptly begin working upon the experiment itself. With a trio of reptiles, it made sense to start with them first, given the chance of failure was relatively high.

The process started with each of the subjects being properly strapped down and sedated relative to their body mass and known medical considerations. The plan, it seemed, was for the base composition to be mixed with another before injecting the serum into the target. If they survived, then they'd wake the three subjects to assess if the experiment had succeeded or failed.

Glancing over the vitals of the first subject, Cyu pulled out a syringe of the base material before drawing from one of the other containers. Marking down which, she then carefully injected the combined liquid into the reptile and waited.

Unfortunately, she didn't have to wait long before an allergic reaction occurred. Before she could even comprehend what was going on, the reptile subject's mouth burst forward with a bloody vomit as their vitals flat screened. With a straight blank stare, Cyu marked down the combination as a failure.

Maybe Karys would have better luck.

While the Champion was gone, Kreia took the time to gather their...victims up and place them on the table. She strapped them down tight and sedated them. By the time Cael came back, everything was ready and the Echani would quickly strap the Trandoshans down as well without being told. After the disaster at the Academy, she was eager not to piss off any more Sith who could hurt her.

When prompted, she would nod, an almost sadistic glee changing her face as she looked at the female Twi'lek. Of course, she'd enjoyed the cat and mouse game too much. They thought they were the prey but they were lead into bigger teeth. "I almost didn't want to sedate them, but it likely works better if we reboot them," she shrugs before going to the shelves and grabbing the serum they needed. Instead of injecting it directly into their system, she mixed it with the IV. At first, it seemed to work, the Twi'leks breathing getting easier, a certain peace across her face. However, that was short lived as the woman began writhing on the bed, blood leaking from her mouth and ears before she slumped over, unmoving.

"Pity," she griped, her bottom lip jutting out. "She was weak. Should we try the man next? Maybe if I inject it directly into his brain, it'll take better."
