Hate to nitpicky this early, but you can't immediately "have reports of movement" eighty meters out, that's metagaming, by definition. On top of using NPCs. So thats going to need to change.

Seeing and hearing Speeders also won't work, because in my post I detailed moving to position late at night, so neither of us have moved in more than six hours at the least.

Tagging everyone else so they know this exists.

I'm not sure how it's metagaming that a prison's guards saw you 80 meters away. If a jail can't even see a few people moving 80 meters away from its perimeter, it's gotta be a pretty shitty jail

I stated in my third paragraph "Early hours of the morning" so I'd say something like 9am. And it would be a shitty prison if they couldn't see someone eighty meters out, if it we're flat land, but we detailed dense swampland, so there's trees and foliage all around us.

You're also using NPCs to detect us, and that's against the rules.

5 miles is a pretty small range for ships sensors. Also we're holding a high priority prisoner, believed to possibly be Sith.

Did I miss something? Did someone consent to @Gian Greydragon's rapid exit from the thread? Obviously since @Taz posted its locked in, but also @Gian Greydragon you posted out of turn. And since those posts were only 3 minutes apart it's possible @Taz was writing his post and may not have seen your post prior to submitting it.

I personally don't have a problem with it(Cause auto pvp win for us), although your post is awfully meta, the only thing you've seen so far is an independant ship flying from where you're going to where you've been, without markings, or having seen it before, I don't think you could without a doubt consider it to be opposition.

But I want to know for future reference, if I can just pull myself out of threads like this. As I don't see any mention of it in this OOC, and I'm not gonna surf through the endless abyss that is discord, I wanted to ask here.

As much as I would love to, on account it makes it easier for me, the rules are clear that it needs to be OPEN and PvP enabled I think.
