Adonia Always enjoyed her time on Tython, for as long as she could remember she always felt at home here like the area soaked up all thoughts of homesickness. Noe finished with her courier mission she take advantage of a free meditation room in the early hours of the day. Adonia was thankful he had Matsu of all people for her new master, she was one f the few people who understood why she left, the inner struggles between duty and honor to ones family and profession. Adonia walked to the center of the Room, she calmed herself as she closed her eyes finding her center, igniting her saber she began to practice her form of Ataru, it was something new from the Makashi that she had studied all her life, she felt it was a bit too aggressive for her tastes, but she could see it uses, especially in single combat. Adonia waved her saber with elegance as her Ataru morphed into Makashi her preferred form, "Computer Droid pattern 739068_Echo."

practice droids appeared shooting small blaster at her, instead of defending herself wildly, she directed the droids bolts at each other, barely moving out of her center more than a few steps, she finished them off, But as she prepared to deal with the last one a new presence was felt in the room, this diverted her attention enough for one of the droid's to shoot her in the arm. Adonis let out a small scream as she whipped her saber around sending the final bolt it fired back at itself, Adonia switched off her saber and returned it to it's leather holster, "It's not polite to barge in without knocking, especially when someone is engaged in a practice session." Adonia slightly annoyed checked the burn on her arm, it wasn't too bad, but it would definitely irritate her for the next few days. Looking up at the new arrival she looked him over, so some reason she had the feeling that she meet him before, this would not be weird as she had travel to many of the Jedi temples in her years, but this one was different. "A dream...or a dream of a dream..." She said slightly entranced, doing her best to snap out of it and push the weird feelings out of her head she sat on the edge of the rocks bordering the waterfall fountain, she silently began to wash her hair, a daily ritual among her people she could thin of nothing better to keep her mind of the present situation. "How may I help you?" Adonia calmly said she she continued to dip her hair in the pool.

Taoré just folded his arms and smirked. A few weeks had passed since he returned to the temple and he was back in more conventional Jedi Robes, albeit the tunic was jet black and his long artificially coloured black hair was tied back. He wore the colours as a relflection of his journey. Plus he still hated the traditional auburn colours he was forced in throughout his childhood. He was leaning against the side of the archway as he watched. Clearly she had some experience, but like all the Padawans he met here, he sensed an innocence that he had lost during his travels.

"Might want to stick to your day job. Ataru is not your thing." he said, his voice reflective of his appearence, handsome, but almost in a snarky sense.

After a moment, he relented and came off the wall and entered the room proper.

"Actually, I came in to train myself. Never been one for rules, and I've suffered far worse than simple droid burns. After a few weeks with a Wookiee slavedriving ya back into shape, it's good to find a place to relax." He said as he approached her. When he came within a reasonable distance, he bowed his head slightly.

"Taoré Timarick." He said. It was made evident that he wasn't a "new recruit" if you will, as despite his arrogance, he still carried himself much like a trained Jedi would, implying he had been at some point at the very least, a Padawan here.

Adonia looked at his feet as she felt he had come close enough, "I was never much for Ataru, but like all things in this world it has it uses,I'm better suited for Makashi, I prefer to flow like water rather fight like some alien bird of prey, and In any case my power lies in the force not a piece of fallible technology."

Continuing to dip her hair in the water, she did steal a glance every now and then, and from what she saw he seemed a bit rugged, the amount of grunge you would expect from a knight, or from someone who just liked trouble.

The way he talked it was fleeting and blunt, clearly he didn't feel sorry for interrupting her, she began to wonder it it might not have been better if she deflected one of the blaster bolts at him, but this question soon left her, he was better than such things, And Matsu would never let here here the end of it.

"Well the space will be open soon, I'm just here to go over my lessons before I make my trip back to Coruscant." She had the feeling that he would want to spar at one point or another, something she didn't look forward to, most padawans loved to pick fake fights with each other, Adonia thought that annoying, as there was other ways for them to learn things from each other.

"Adonia..." She replied flashing her reflective eyes at the man, returning his bow. Turing back to her affairs she dried her hair and pulled it out of her face."Unfortunately I'm not here to relax, although i plan to do alot of that on my ship later. I train in the morning so I can relax the rest of the day."

"I will be out of you way In a few moments, Ill i have left are my lifts, then you can have the space." Adonia left the ledge and walked past him, walking to her bag to find something for her burn, she already had one distraction too many.

He watched her eyes dart for his lightsaber a few times. Does she think I'm looking for a fight? What have they been teaching in this place? he thought, and it was mirrored in his expression before snickering to himself a little.

"To be honest, I've found this time to be the most relaxing because there's little pressure on yourself. No masters expecting you to trust in their words, no incredible challenge to overcome. No. Just you and dummy over there." He said once again.

Clearly she had cleared the droid sparring section, so he walked up to the droid and drew his lightsaber. The emerald green blade roaring into existence with a snap-hiss. The droid reacted accordingly and began to fire. In that instance, he was gone. His body was just a blur of motion. From what could be seen, very few blaster bolts were actually deflected, but it was unclear if they were connecting with their target. In a matter of less than 7 seconds, Taoré finally became solid again, appearing behind the droid, impaling it through the chest with a lazy stab. He deactivated his lightsaber and sheathed it, checking for any damage with a quick glance. A small fray was off the right shoulder of his tunic, but otherwise, not even his hair was out of place all that much.

He walked over to her as she was about to begin her exercises before looking back at the disabled droid.

"They need to start getting better droids." he said. To an outsider, it was like he was showing off. And in some ways, he was indeed. But by the same token it was a demonstration of his abilities. Almost as if saying without words, "There's nothing to prove through fighting each other that flatly disabling a droid would not accomplish."

"People take things way too seriously here. And they say I have an ego to stroke." he said absent-mindedly, almost to himself.

"I don't mind the guidance of my superiors, I don't mind there judgement, they have taken me into there arms twice mind you, and I will not return there wisdom and mercy with defiance, I was born with the ability to use the force, it was not forced upon me and I was not forced to come here, it was my choice."

Adonia watched as the boy began to hack away and spar with the Droid, as her sensitive sight failed at his velocity she began to rely on the for to see him, he was now a splash of brilliant color on the rest of the world, a whirlwind of power, a funnel of ferocity." He had some skill in it was clear that someone had been teaching him, but he was going in a different direction with his studies. two sides to the same coin.

If he was not here fora fight then she would be willing for an exchange of knowledge,"your rather wild on your swings, if I may?" Adonia walked up to him and took his wrists and put them to his side. Adonia joined him at his right, "Try this, I'm sure by now you feel the force flowing through you, instead of guiding it using it as a weapon, let it take you and use you."

Adonia began to walk through slowly of the elegant unarmed form from her planet she was not fast or slow, she moved as if she were under water, bending with the invisible blows, neutralizing them instead of trying to deflect them. "If you release control you will will be connected and flow with the world around you." Adonia began to concentrate taking her breaths in slowly and letting them out slower. In a calm motion, She whipped her leg around the using the force she lifted water from the pool bringing it in front of the too of them, "You must Flow like Water, ever changing, indomitable." The water began to take the rough from of a man, Adonia repeated the motions she showed Taoré, and they matched with the attacks of the water, each splash of a fist would send her in another direction, every block would send it a direction that would leave it defenseless."Adonia returned the water to the pool, and completed the from, "This is the from to fight the more aggressive opponent, what is mountain to an ocean? Flow with your opponents attacks don't fight them, let them defeat themselves." Adonia bowed and went back to her things, the ointment was proving hard to find.

Adonia looked up as she comment on the attitude of the people of the temple,
"Serious? This place is held Holy by more then just the Jedi, many of the Orders most honored members have trained in this very room, people take this serious because at this moment brave men and women fight for the freedom and the safety of the Galaxy, I wish the oppression and hate of the Sith on no one, For I have lived for it,and my family has payed for it in blood. Excuse me if I Take my Life seriously, If you wanted a relaxed life, this is not the place for you, until there is peace in the galaxy, there will be no rest for a Jedi."

Adonia felt rather insulted, leave it too a man to say exactly the wrong thing, she rummaged through the bag irritably looking for the little bottle, she really couldn't concentrate, all she could think about all of her brothers that she had lost to war, even her father, and thoughts of her brother still fighting on the front. "Serious, the only thing we don't take serious is you..."

He rolled his eyes at her comment about seriousness.

"You really don't know much about life without the Force, do you? he asked, though not harshly. "I've lived among tribes who knew that any minute they could be next in line to die or be enslaved. Honest, good, hard-working people. But they never took life seriously. I learned that life itself is our blessing. Death is our constant companion, we never walk in front of it, or behind it. A Jedi's life is always side by side with it. Taking the seriousness of the universe doesn't weigh in comparison to how we take ourselves. Sometimes by doing so, we miss out on the very things most see around them each and every day. We have become so enveloped by our teachings that we forget that an infinite amount of others do not share what we know, but are trying to do what they can so that we are not required. He said, his eyes becoming heavy in a "world weary" sense.

"If the Jedi are about preserving life, love, happiness, and all things good in the universe, then what are we when they cannot partake in these feelings as well? I mean look at what we use as weapons: We live in a society where a simple Blastech is a hot commodity in certain parts of the galaxy and we don't use them. Even you must admit that despite our ability to use them, an outsider would indeed find that a little silly."

He handed her he robe, which she forgot to grab.

"I don't take my life seriously because everyone else expects something out of me I could never be even if I did. Imagine living your life and everyone telling you your destiny until it drives you mad. But don't mistaken that I don't take protecting others a serious matter." He said before his face darkened as old memories came back to him. He heard a familiar beeping sound as his droid came beeping around looking for him. He walked over to the droid.

"What is it, Arfive?" he asked as the droid tweeted off a response. "Something down by the hangar?" The droid acknowledged and started nudging him. "Alright, alright, I'm coming... Even though the Wookiee's not going to be happy that I'll be running late..." he said, mumbling the last bit to himself and he was off following the droid to the Hangar Bay.

"I do know of the life without the force, do you think i have these marks on my face for fun?The Planet of Danteel is a harsh place to live, two sunsets a year, all manner of wild creatures that will try to eat you at the earliest convenience, and then men, wicked men that will kill thousands just to prove that they can. I love my Family, I care for my brothers, I will never overlook the love from them for a tital, If i had done that I may very well be a Jedi master by now, my job is to protect the people, with that pledge comes a cost, no matter what rules have been over turrned in the past years, I will never have a normal life, what man would want women that goes in the bowls of the beats every waking moment of her life, how could I put my children through that? I cannot over look that i have taken up a calling that most will never understand, many will not make it past the rank of Padawan."

Adonia toke her robes, and pulled them around her, it was welcome as the room had become quite cold with the movement of the sun. "You are training to become a Jedi, if you want to do what you want when you want this is not the group for you." Adonia was interrupted by the binary of the droid, it seemed fired up about something, "Is there a problem?" Adonia looked over her shoulder at a patch of shaded grass, "Aidin Come!" She screamed after a whistle, soon after as almost out of this air, a huge Shadow cat exited the safety of the bush, "Did you find anything good to eat my friend?"

Taoré heard what she said, but the condescending tone was more than enough for him to tune it out. He understood what she was going through, but felt out of place, like an alien stranded away from his homeworld. The droid spun and led the way. It took a few moments, but they made it to the hangar. As he inched closer and closer, he felt a sudden abrupt chill run through his spine. This was not the first time he felt this sensation. He unhitched his lightsaber and got ready. As he inched closer to the droid`s location, he noticed the cause of his R2 units call to his master: A dead technician.

Great... Taoré thought. He looked around, there appeared to be no real sign of struggle. He stretched out to the Force, but his senses still felt like the sensation of a sleeping limb waking up: numb and prickly. After a few seconds of practice, he retracted as he felt the very real chill of the Dark Side of the Force. In the Jedi Temple? here? Nothing was adding up. If this was here, why had no one, not even the Jedi Masters sensed it and yet his lone Astromech droid did? The Masters, he knew, would have this sweeped under the rug for the council to deal with. So if they haven`t, that would mean that.

His senses snapped alive as he turned and saw his "sparring partner" standing there, looking a little confused. Could she not sense it either? He then realized he was in the way of view, and got out of the way, revealing the dead technician as Arfive kept beeping in shocked alarm.

Adonia leaned past Taoré, she could sense his alarms and the agitation of her Shadow Cat, who was not in crouched position roaring in the direction of the body. "Audin calm yourself, do your Duty." The Huge Cat leaped off into the direction of the body, bending the light around him it disappeared into nothing. By this time Adonia had pulled out her light saber and had it in her hand ready to react to anything, "I think we have a problem, where you followed to this planet by chance?"

Adonia closed her eyes and began to clam her breath, opening her gaze she looked around the room with her true sight, there was clearly a presence around, who ever it was didn't want to be found. "Well I did not expect a murder to happen, on my childhood home, the killer must be brought to justice." Adonia croughed next to the body, she rubbed it forehead, calculating in the head. "He is still warm, perhaps only moments, he is on his back with his knees bent which means he was hit from behind." Adonia turned the body over revealing a still leaking wound, it was not burned shut so who ever it was did not use a saber. Do you recognize this cut?"

Taoré knew he wasnt followed to Tython. Clearly she didnt sense the dark presence around this place. Her companion did, clearly.

"No, I`m afraid not. I've been here for a few weeks. I'dve known it was here. Don't you find it odd that there's a corpse in the hangar, yet not even the Jedi Masters sensed it? Not even you sensed it?

He surveyed the body, tracing for elements that would attribute to death, but all he could sense was the Dark Side. He watched his companion stretch out to the Force, but was puzzled. He knew the Force had a will of its own, but what?

"I've got a bad feeling about this..." he said aloud as R5 buzzed a little more, almost as if nudging him.

"Arfive, check the security terminal. If he is still here, then we can assume that something would hint at the killer in the holofeed." Taoré said to his droid as he crouched over the body, still surveying the area.

The droid complied and wheeled itself over to the teriminal. Taoré followed not long after that as the droid jacked in. As he surveyed the footage, all the young Jedi could see was the technician checking over the starfighters, then abruptly keeling over dead. But even as he watched the footage, he still felt that rush of darkness sweep around the area, forcing him to activate his lightsaber for a few moments. After a few quick glances, he sheathed his weapon. He knew this must look weird, but if anything he learned in exile, it was to trust his instincts.

"Odd no? out of place certainly. And what do you mean it? have you dealt with this before?" Clearly something was being kept from her, and she began to get the feeling that she was not that Audin was not the only one around that could hide if they did not wish to bee seen. "I'm going to brighten this place up a bit, pay attention, as you will only get once chance at this."

Adonia kept the rest of what she wanted to say to herself, she would not give whatever this was a chance to get the upper hand again. Bowing her head and putting her palms again, she began to clear her mind of all dark thoughts, she could not let whatever or whoever this was cloud her mind and heart. "No More hiding." It was dim at first but soon it a bright white light enveloped the room, illuminating everything, if there some around or perhaps something being hidden by the force, then fora moment at least it would be seen.

The blinding light, caused Taoré to recoil a bit as his eyes adjusted. Through the light, and with his Force enhanced sense, he saw quite literally, nothing. A void in the Force, with Dark Energy seeping out of its epicenter. Whatever came through that void was clearly gone from here.

odd. he thought to himself as the light faded back into normal vision. There was no mistaking that even she wouldve seen that void, but why was it only he that sensed the Dark Energy flowing out of it and not her? Even a skilled Jedi Master wouldve picked up on it by now.

He reached up to touch the void, but was flung back a good twenty feet. Suddenly a high squealing voice came bursting from the void as if coming the howling winds themselves formulated words. Whatever it said was not in any language he knew, but it managed to howl loudly, with energy blasting everything in the room away from it like a vortex.

A RASHA I KINNAH! ECONUSHIKA KANNO!

Then everything went silent and still. Taoré recovered and looked at where the voice eminated.

"Kanno... Why does that word sound familliar..." He said, pondering his words and began to pace in place. After a moment he was stopped by Arfive, who left a hologram message of his "Master", who was on assignment. He knew the Council didn't deem him ready for "official" Jedi missions as of this time, but this minor sigh of relief paled in comparison to the conundrum in front of him.

As her force light faced she could see a feel the shape of nothing hanging in the sky. it was peculiar, it seemed to steel the light away from her refelctive eyes, something she had never encountered before, as she went to comment on the situation, she watched Taoré fly past her, before she even had another thought her saber was ignited and she fell into the makashi stance, "Are you alright?" Adonia calmly asked as she could see the outline of her shadow cat move to protect him.

"An Old friend of yours?" Adonia said as she circled the entity, it was still stealing the light in the room, She really had no idea of what to make of this. "It's not a language I speak, but one thing is peculiar, and that is it didn't kill you, why did you not suffer the same fate as the Worker?"

As he stared at where the void was he turned to face Adonia.

"If I knew all the crazy things that happen to me; I'd have an intergalactic bestseller on my hands." he said wryly before a quick smirk, he began walking over to the space where the void in the Force was.

"Well that explains the source of the Dark Energy, but clearly this was not its point of origin. It must've happened from an external source. The last word, 'Kanno' was said in cadence to indicate a name... But who is this Kanno? Someone from Nar Shadaa?" he said smartly, his sense of humor an attempt at levity despite the subject matter.

"Whatever it is, it's gone now. Something tells me it was a message no doubt, and whoever sent it is clearly powerful in the ways of the Force. Powerful enough to fool the senses of virtually every Jedi on Tython, even kill a tech hand that got close to its void. Well... Message received, but... what are they trying to say?" He said, placing his hand under his chin in contemplation.

"Any ideas?" he rifled over to Adonia. He knew she didn't sense the Dark Energy like he did, but not even she could deny what she saw happen right in front of her.

"Clearly you have a past as mysterious as the moon of Danteel V." Adonia switched off her saber and returned it to it's holster, She carefully made her way over to Taoré. Looking him over she decided it was safe to say that he did not break anything, "you seem fine, you should count yourself lucky, walking towards the light sucking void is not the best of ideas. If you would excuse me." She stood up on her toes and reached around his head, she had to make sure he didn't bash his head on anything, he did just flt twenty feet from what she could tell. Satisfied that he was bleeding, she stepped back.

She thought about what had just happened, crossing her arms and leaning up on the wall. "Well if it was a message it would have been in a language that at least you could understand, instead I think It make be a clue or marker of sorts, maybe they took into account the time it would take you to translate the message. The voice sounded distinct and considering the name was the subject of the message, one could argue that your Kanno, perhaps your name in whatever language it is."

Adonia continued to think on it, who would have enough power and concentration to pull of such an act, right under the noses of countless masters and knights. "perhaps we schould take the message to the archives and see what we can match it up to, the name might come up. The language aswell, and that is a start."

Taoré nodded. Knowing his Jedi history, he knew full well that the Jedi were not foolish and did keep records of powerful Sith in their holobanks as cautionary tales or simple background research. In this time of war, knowing your enemy was a big thing.

The two went up to archives and found the nearest terminal and began typing.

"Searching, Kanno." he said as he typed in the name. The immediate response was "no results". This aggravated him.

"There are no results searching for the word 'Kanno' he said aloud and he watched Adonia, who was leaning against a post behind him almost groan. As he turned to shut down, he saw out of the corner of his eye something else.

"Did you mean 'Saeja Kanno'?" It said.

The two looked at each other before accessing the file, which read as follows:

Saeja Kanno: DOB - Unknown, DOD - Unknown. Lived - Nearest known historical event, The Great Hutt War. Affiliation - Bogan, Species - Zabrak/Human hybrid.

Saeja Kanno was a Dark Side Jedi of the lost tribe of the Bogan who lived seeking nothing but violence and sin. Her potential in the Dark Side of the Force was said to be stuff of legend, matched only by her undiluted insanity. During her time, she had slaughtered millions across the galaxy, until her ultimate defeat on Correlia by the great Jedi hero, Ta---

The rest of the document was corrupted. No doubt over the millenia. Taoré slumped back into his seat and looked between irritated and curious.

"Interesting, now we have to find out the significance of this Saeja Kanno. It is not unheard of for Sith spirit to live on but I highly doubt it would have the power to do what it did today, and not be felt by the entire temple." Adonia walked over and knelt down next to Taoré. "There is more then one road into a village." Adonia began to type into the computer, "The great hutt war narrows the search down dractically, here..."

Taoré Timarick: DOB - Unknown. DOD - Unknown, Species - Human(?), Affiliation - Jedi Knight, Nearest Related Historical Events - The Great Hutt War.

Taoré Timarick was a great and powerful Jedi Knight who defeated countless Bogan forces across his adventures in his time. Son of former Jedi Master, Rahmé Timarick, he was born hunted by the Dark Forces until his inevitable encounter with the Jedi, to where he became one of the greatest Knights to ever live, turning down the role of Master on more than one occasion. I - -

Once more the data file was corrupted. Something was not adding up. It was not surprising that old data files were damaged, but once when seeking out information was happenstance, twice coincedence. Even though Taoré knew this, it still didn`t sit right with him.

"Very interesting, you seem to have quite a long history with the order, every step you take honors the Jedi who have come before you. But this does not explain why you would be attacked by a ancient Sith spirit? what happened that even now the rage of the Sith echoes in eternity..." Nothing was adding up, they seemed to hit dead ends one after another, and Adonia still had an unsettling feeling.

The history lesson was fun and all, but it seemed to be counter productive, had to be missing something, a bigger picture, a reason why after thousands of years this would come to head now, what were the triggers. "What Now?"

Taoré began to ponder her words then began to take a different perspective.

"I don't think it's a Sith..." He said, then began to click on the History and pulled up some records of the Hutt War, which seemed to be the only connecting tissue to the entire thing.

As he read on the timeline more and more, he noticed that while the Jedi did exist, the Sith had yet to be discovered. The Dark Side very much existed, but those that followed it were just a bunch of disgruntled Jedi Knights that followed a certain path that began to eventually unite under one banner.

"Says here that the Bogan, in theory, while advocating towards the Dark Side of the Force, were in a sort of civil war with the Jedi due to disagreements, not unlike the much later 'Jedi Civil War' in the times of the Old Republic. But if these Darksiders were just fallen Jedi, where does this Saeja Kanno fit in?" He asked as a question to fence. "I mean it's not like her biography dictated showed any redeeming qualities to her character.
