DESCRIPTION​

The D3X-0S class Super Combat Droid, or the 'Deltros' is the most powerful of Newton Arden and Blackwell Automata's fighting machines to date, produced exclusively for the Independent Systems Consortium for use by their armies. This droid was conceived as Newton Arden encountered a Scorpenek Annihilator droid and took inspiration at the powerful CIS era droid. With the droid disabled via ion cannon shots, Newton was able to discover its innerworkings and was able to produce it's own design based on it. As a result although this droid model's combat performance is identical and they have an equal amount of firepower and protection with it's deflector shield generator plus the same other features as the Scorpenek.

With it's laser cannons and heavy blaster cannon, it can shred enemy infantry formations with ease. With it's shield generator, it can shrug off most attacks, even blows from a lightsaber. Although the shield does share the Scorpenek's weakness against slow-moving physical objects like rolling grenades and rancors. Anyone foolish to get enough to get insides it's shields can either get stomped by the D3X droid or whacked by it's hard durasteel arms. The photoreceptors are still a big weakpoint however.

LEGALITY​

Legal for authorized use by the ISC only. Any unauthorized use will result in criminal charges against offending persons.

INTENT​

Faction tech for the ISC, also this is a reskin of the Scorpenek Annihilator Droid.

RESTRICTIONS​

In addition to this being ISC faction tech, use of these droids may be subject to increased scrutiny by members of staff.
