Okay, I just listened to the entire CD THREE TIMES, and it hasn't gotten old yet. Well, Cyanide and The Day That Never Comes have, but that's about it. Other than that, I think that only three words can accurately describe the CD itself. "Holy ****ing shit."

I don't care if you don't like Metallica or if you Do like Metallica, the CD's a strong one, and surpasses St. Anger in every way imaginable. Lyrics, Drums, Guitar Work(Yay For Kirk Solos!), everything. St. Anger, I could headbang to maybe two songs(Those Being "Some Kind of Monster" and "My World".... Sometimes "Sweet Amber"), but this WHOLE ****ING CD is Headbangable. I don't think I've owned a 'tallica CD that got that kind of reaction from me since Ride the Lightning.

Thoughts?

:CAbove:

Who wants to point out the flaw here?

I'm good.

But I heard it was supposedly like Metallica's older stuff, the actual good stuff. Not the Black Album or St. Anger.

My little sister made an album better than St-Anger.

It is. Goes right back to the Thrash Days.

Then I must get it. Thrash is my favorite type of metal, Death/Black Metal comes in next, then Teutonic/Viking Metal.

Oh yeah :CStern: I like it all!

This album is mediocre. Nothing stands out from it. All the songs sound the same, and they start to blur together after listening through the entire album. The vocals are annoying as ****, and the drumming is boring. I don't recommend it.
