Walking inside the cave the little Isola boy sang a song to show his jolly mood to his fellow Jedi. "The islands in the South~ are warm~ ♪" His body looked like it was marching, but his signing skills couldn't be denied. There weren't any skills to speak of. "Paina purupuru~ Their heads get really hot~ ♪" And so he sang like the manly man that he was, carrying a bunch of food in a bag over his shoulder and looking at the rest of his 'crew', though the other children were of course blissfully unaware of the fact. "And they're all idiots~! ♪" Suddenly he stopped singing.

He turned around. What was that? Suddenly his eyes widened! Was that a?!? Suddenly the silence was broken once more as the little firecracker exploded with glee. "A BULL SNAIL!!!" Staring to bounce up and down he waved Kain over to come and take a look too! Waving he figured the other guy would be interested to see this. But then he thought!

When Kain walked over Vee suddenly pointed at the cave ceiling. "LOOK! ANGELS GIVING AWAY FREE ICE CREAM!" It was true, there was actual angels there! Quick, quick! Look!

Why was he in detention? He had no idea. Vitalis had been a good boy. Yes indeed! It was the quiet one that probably pissed of the teacher! On that note!

"IDIOT! ANGELS ARE CHEAP AND NEVER GIVE OUT ICE CREAM!!! THEY ONLY GIVE OUT CAKE!!!" And a smack to Kain's head followed!

The reason why they were here? Vitalis has tried to improve the design of the Weapon Master's lightsaber. But her way of making them was so odd, she didn't even use any chocolate to attract animals! So he may have put hot sauce on all the training sabers too, and commented on the breasts of a Jedi Master... But it wasn't his fault, they really were huge!

Walking a little behind Vitalis, Kain had been trying to use one of the meditation techniques his grandfather had taught him to try and phase out the white haired boy's singing. The Aing-Tii didn't sing, for that matter they couldn't really speak, and he hadn't really heard a great deal of music, but even so Kain knew that Vitalis was bad. Really, really bad. He wanted to shout at him to shut up, but every time he thought of speaking up he would only end opening and closing his mouth a few times and resume walking. The reason wasn't fear, or even envious dislike, and many would say there was a reason for him to be jealous of the white-haired boy. Kain was uncomfortable around new people, he felt weird striking up a conversation, was often unsure of how to reply when spoken to. Vitalis on the other hand was as exuberantly loud and carefree a person he had ever seen in his short life, someone as starkly opposite to him as water and fire. But no, he was not jealous of the older Isola, he just didn't feel comfortable around him, plain and simple.

For that matter he did not feel comfortable around any of the other two padawan who were with them in the cave. One was Vitalis' younger brother, Ascalon, who was just as strikingly similar to his brother physically as he was different from him in every other aspect. And the last was Loken, the oldest of the group and as close to a normal youth as any of their group could be called. He had to wonder how any of them had managed to get themselves entangled in this mess, he at least didn't think of himself as someone who got thrown into detention. But the answer was pretty simple, Vitalis seemed to be filled with enough foolhardiness to compensate for them all, and not unbelievably so it was his prank that had landed them in this trouble.

He was trying to keep an eye out for more salvage when Vitalis suddenly shouted out and waved him over. Not knowing what else to do, the brown haired padawan walked over to see what had excited him so. What followed was shouting about angels and a whack to Kain's head. As Vitalis laughed at his own joke, Kain reacted instinctively, reaching out through the Force and picking up and dropping a small amount of dirt from the ground onto Vitalis' head.

"Cake," he said as he began walking back towards the others, his first words since entering the caves. "from your angels."

Even though it was clear skies outside, anyone could have spotted the dark cloud looming right over the youngest boy in the group. His eyes were half open, as if he were already exhausted by the prospect of what he was getting ready to do, and his head hung at his shoulders, as if he was struggling to keep it up. Cleaning up caves... it was like accompanying his mom on one of her rock trips all over again.

The rythmic beeps, chirps and tweeting from a tiny droid floating around him helped to drown out the nosiy singing from his older brother, but then Aska was already used to ignoring Vee's loud antics.

"BREE-EEP-EEP DWEE TROOWOO WRONK BWIP-BWIP?"

"Nodi - shhh!!" Aska said in a loud whisper.

"WHROOOO....", trilled the small droid sadly.

Ascalon glanced back at the small remote, feeling a pang of guilt for snapping at him.

"Sorry, Nodi, we can't play now," as Aska's eyes then went over to his older brother, who himself was loudly dancing and singing, Aska's eyes fell again as his face took on a '...seriously?' expression, "Vee got us in trouble... again."

"BRANK BWIP VREE-VREE!!" the droid chirped angrily.

"Huh?" Aska said, his eyes opening nervously as a tiny spark appeared right at the tip of it's antennae, "Nodi - No! No shocking anybody!"

At that, Aska hastily grabbed the droid in his hands, receiving a very mild shock as he stuffed him into his food bag. The young boy sighed as his eyes closed tiredly, just as he heard his older brother yell out he'd spotted a bull snail and yelling out something about angels and ice cream. Without a word, Aska folded his arms, giving an almost literal 'oh, brother' expression. He could hear Nodi chirping angrily again, but just ignored it as he continued on in the cave. But even he couldn't help but snicker as one of the boys there, Kain, used the Force to drop some dusty dirt over Vee's head.

"BWIP BOOWRRR-WRR? VEEP-VEEP-VEEP!" Nodi tweeted amusingly, peeking it's lens out the edge of the flap of the lunch bag.

"Yeah. About time, too," Aska said, whispering back to Nodi. Seeing the puff of dirt falling on Vee's head, it was almost enough to make detention worth it.

Lets face it. The cave; Loken's idea.

Not typically a ringleader, but definitely the first one to suggest exploring was furthest into the cave, a small flashlight showing their way. Upon hearing Vee's utterly horrendous singing, he turned the light off and found Vee in the darkness, smacking him in the back of the head, "Shut your hole, Vee."

Turning the light back on and setting himself to walk further into the cave, Loken took the time to watch for any cool or 'undiscovered' passageways. Who knew what sort of things awaited them. Treasure, lightsabers, holocrons, skeletons even! As he led the group further down the dark, dank tunnel he began sharing his ideas of what they might find, "What if there's more Jedi down here? Like a separate order? Or just a secret part of it?"

One would think that the natural reaction after both Vee and Kain did would be a fight between two little kids. Instead shooting towards Kain like a missile little Vitalis put his hand around the other boys shoulder and declared sobbing! "Araaa! You are man now! I thought you have no balls!!! You were a man in disguise!!! Wanna join my crew?" Calling out to the little guy Vee extended his invitation, proudly.

"I'M GOING TO BECOME JEDI GRAND MASTER!!!"

He could hear his brother's little droid ball... ball... baseball....!!! Suddenly the little guy separated from Kain and run to Aska's bag, picking up Nodi before his little brother could say anything. "WATCH OUT IT'S GONNA BLOW!!!" It was time to play 'Catch the shocking-exploding Nodi!" game! Vee invented it actually, because only his genius brain could come up with playing catch using a remote! And the loser is the one that gets shocked!

"MOAR JEDI!!! Woot!?!?" Screaming out Vee messed up his pitch and threw the little guy in some random direction, so it was quite possible that someone might get the ball that wasn't supposed to...

Kain had just started away from him when Vitalis caught up with him and put his around his shoulders and began speaking. Crew, what was he talking about? Looked like not only was he loud and exceedingly hyperactive, a little delusional was another adjective that could be used to describe the white haired padawan. But regardless, Kain felt the whispers of a smile forming on his lips, not sure if it was at the boy's exuberance or his idiosyncrasies.

Before he could respond or even speak out his question, Vitalis, or Vee as Loken had called him, had been distracted once more and darted off once again, this time towards his brother. Kain's attention was divided between the brothers and Loken as the later started speaking.

Hidden Jedi? A seperate order? Where did these guys come up with this? Once more he thought of replying and once more he was cut short by Vee as the boy tossed his younger brother's droid into the air and straight towards him. Reaching out with a hand, he would react just in time, managing to catch the little droid just as he was about to collide with his head.

Walking up to Aska, observing the droid as he walked, he would hand the droid over to its owner. "Nice droid," he would say simply before turning to Vee. "I think the Grand Master would have a better throwing arm." He did not know much about most sports, but his grandfather had been a grav-ball enthusiast and he knew how important a good throwing arm in the sport was. Almost without realizing it, Kain had started to open up around people who had been complete strangers to him only a few days ago.

((OOC: Sorry for the delay; allergies made me photosensitive, couldn't stand to look at any monitor))

Ascalon was so used to tuning out his older brother's antics, that he didn't even notice his hand until the sudden tug on his lunch bag had tripped his steps. As Aska fell down, he caught a final glimpse of Nodi being pulled out from Vee's hand - one of the last images he'd ever want to see.

"VEE!" Aska yelled, his sentence being interrupted by his landing on the cave floor.

With no wasted time, the younger brother almost instantly rose back to his knees, "STOP IT!! GIVE HIM BACK!!"

Up to his feet, Aska immediately took off, racing toward Vee, who was shouting some idiocy about Nodi exploding, no doubt to start a tossing game with Nodi as the ball. As Aska tried to run in the direction it looked like Vee was going to hurl Nodi, another of the kid's managed to distract him - not a difficult feat by any means - causing Vee to toss a dizzied Nodi off in a totally different direction.

"Why do you have to be such a jerk sometimes??!" Aska yelled irately, again running to catch up with where his small droid was being hurled.

Aska was preparing for the worst - it wasn't the first time Vee had broken Nodi, though their mom usually brought the scolding to keep the occurrences to a minimum. Ascalon's eyes widened with some surprise that anyone had bothered to catch Nodi, and without throwing him again. As Kain went to hand Nodi back to Aska, the younger boy wasn't comfortable enough yet to make eye contact, instead staring off toward the ground by his left.

"..t-thanks.." he said modestly, quickly reaching out and taking Nodi before walking off.

"DROOWOOO BZZTT/B]..." Nodi dizzily uttered, attempting to thank Kain for not throwing him again.

Nice or not, Aska just couldn't get used to just talking to somebody he didn't know. It was like trying to speak another language, especially considering they were all older than him. Of course, there was his brother, but he didn't count - family was always an exception to that kind of thing. But even still, a quiet smile came to his face as Kain cracked a joke at Vee's throw. As the rest of the group moved, Aska placed Nodi in his food bag and zipped it up to make sure Vee wouldn't spontaneously reach in again, and trailed behind the group again, preferring to simply keep to himself.

[Cassa said I should go next, because he's got no clue where we're going with this. So don't mind me mixing it up a bit.]

"Fineeeee...."

The little Isola said puffing his cheeks up in protest. They always wanted to calm him down! Well the thing was that the force flew through him in mysterious ways, very mysterious. And then there was puberty! A logical explanation? Either way as the quartet of up and coming Jedi investigated the cave Vee surprisingly enough seemed to calm down. He seemed drawn to looking at various stones structures, as if he saw a pattern or something...

"Araaa..." the little guy said as his hands wrapped around his brothers shoulder and the two walked together, Vee showing him love that way and protecting him from any possible monsters that lived here. It was a dark scary cave with no adults in it after all. The perfect place for an adventure, right?

And as if no cue Vee slammed his foot on the ground. "I smell an adventure!" The entire cave all around them started vibrating, shaking even. The little Isola boy remained glued to the spot he was currently standing at and looked up. "Aliens?"

But it wasn't that. Suddenly the ground from under them gave in, almost like a trap door, and the quartet of boys went for a little ride. Luckily there were no sharp ends on their way down so Vee only had a few bruises when he spotted his little brother having landed on top of him. When he finally managed to look around the little guy could only comment. "Where are we?"

They could try to go back the way they came in, but it would be an almost impossible climb for a child, even one capable of using the force. If explored a bit better however the children would discover that they were in the middle of an underground tunnel, or passage, so alternatively they could attempt to go that way! Vee did ask for an adventure!

Kain had walking in silence when Vee stamped on the ground in proclamation and the ground under their feet started shaking. He was so stunned by the timing of it all that for a few seconds he just stood there staring at Vee, his expression almost saying, What did you do? But those few seconds were enough for the vibrations to intensify and for the very ground to give way under their feet. As they tumble down, Kain could do nothing more than scream as one moment he was standing on solid ground and the next he was hurtling down a hole and landing in a pile on the ground once more, only now they were surely much, much deeper down than they had been before.

Pushing himself up to a seated position, dusting himself down and patting himself to feel for any injuries, he began taking a look at where they had landed. "I..I don't know." He replied without thinking to Vee's question. As he pushed himself up to his feet, a sharp pain shot up through his right leg and he almost immediately went crashing back down to his feet. A little more slowly this time, he tried to stand again and felt another pang of pain shoot up from his ankle as he put some weight on his leg. Wincing in pain, he stepped gingerly on the foot and hobbled to the wall, leaning against it. A sprain, nothing too serious, but painful as hell. "Looks like I won't be climbing back up that hole any time soon." He mentioned only himself, for the others could try and climb up and get help, but he hoped that they would stay with him, he was sure he did not want to wait in this cave all by himself.
