It wouldn't take long for Kyo to finish climbing the makeshift ladder before he'd be up onto the next platform. A wooden bridge extended from it, and wrapped around through the trees until it looped around to the next obstacle.
While he continued to run across the suspended bridge Kyosuke's azure eyes would flick over to the lavender Twi'lek to see that she'd taken another path through the branches. Then he'd quickly redirect his focus back to the bridge as the design of its structure made it tilt and curve like a swelling tide.
Kyo would then sprint as hard as he could with a quick short burst of naturally honed speed before he'd break into a controlled slide. The layer of rain water made it barely possible enough for the young man to sweep up and around in the slick wooden curve, then back around to the next path and platform.
With another quick glance he'd see Seela nearly at the same obstacle thanks to her shortcut. Without hesitation Kyo would then kick up off the edge of the platform out of his sprint, and would fly up through the air. A moment later his hands would slap down on the thin wet bar, his feet would kick together down and forward, and his whole body would swing forward like a pendulum.
Not wanting to slow Seela down he'd quickly release at the apex of the swing's arc, and fly up toward the higher path of a few that could be reached from the obstacle. Unfortunately, with the current weather conditions the way they were, and due to his haste to launch, Kyo barely missed the top path. His hand slapped down on edge, and he was unable to find purchase. Unable to get a grip he'd slip, and fall a few meters to the next path below. "Tch!!"
