Ask [Endor] A Nest in the Forest

A soothing patter of rain drops from the edge of the cave's entrance trickled and echoed off the short rocky walls. The thunder was a little further away at this point, rumbling as the storm slowly rolled in the direction of the Shinigami.

"Yeah, I'll get your hands free, then I'll check in with Shini and the droids." Kyosuke would then begin walking his fingers across the vines as he traced them to figure out how to unbind her best.

"Should really just get the blade from the kit to cut you free..." His smooth tenor voice was mostly focused, but also had a tiny hint of a devious tone as his fingertips poked and prodded at random points between the bones and muscles of her arms and back. It was almost as though he were intentionally trying to tickle and test her buttons. "Hmm... Should be one of these..."

After actually finding out which vines would release Seela's hands he'd gently start working at the binds to free the lower portion of her arms along with her hands. "And I'll get us a fire going too, while you get the rest of -" He gestured to all of her and shrugged jokingly, still dumbfound by her entanglement. "- this."

[Seela]

Well, Kyosuke being this touchy-feely was certainly new, aside from that time ehen he lost some memories, and tought he owned her...

"Yeah, did you close the ramp when you left? Wouldn't want the ship to get flooded... If you cut it, I won't be able to use it to repair the trails! Itty-bitty ropes are useless!"

Things finally clicked, in Seela's brain, and she couldn't resist smirking.

"Are you really trying to tickle me?!?"

Seela knew that wouldn't work, since she wasn't ticklish anymore. The pleasure houses wouldn't let such a thing pass! Imagine if a client were to get hit by an accidental reaction after touching a worker! It certainly wouldn't do! And so, they had been carefully trained to loose any type of reflex of that kind, be it as harmless as flinching, tensing, or more expansive, like moving a whole limb. Then, they had been trained to act as if ticklish, if the client wanted it. Seemed needlessly complicated to her, but she wasn't there to judge the training...

Once she had one arm free, she again stretched it and rolled her shoulder, relishing the sensation. That kind of freedom was nice!

"Good idea! I'll get started on... whatever this is!"

Seela then located the end of a vine, and started gently unwinding it from herself and the ropes, careful to avoid injuring the vines, for some reason...
Anyone paying attention enough, could have noticed how the free end of the vine seemed to curl lovingly around Seela, almost seeming to embrace the girl, while at the same time it would not hinder her progress, maybe even seeming to loosen it's hold of the ropes and other vines.

Kyosuke let out a heavy sigh as he slowly got up and stepped toward the mouth of the cave. Thankfully the base of it was elevated enough up along the incline of the cliff it was formed into, so it would take a much worse storm to start flooding into their little hideaway. It was also tucked behind several clusters of trees and boulders, so it didn't just leave them out in the open either.

"Shini, Grem, Imp, Rabbit. You all okay? Is the ship secure?" Kyo held his sleek wrist-comm near his lips while he pressed a button on it to connect to his ship and their droids. A cacophony of beeps and cheers all chimed back in at once, causing him to blink wide and lightly jerk his head back. "Okayyy -- geez." He shook his head with a soft smile and a hint of a tiny laugh. "You don't all have to respond at once."

A happy set of beeps replied again. It was clear the droids were grateful that Kyo and Seela were alright, and Shini would go on to confirm the ship had indeed been closed up. The Knight would give a steady nod as he'd begin making his way over to the stones that covered the nook with their emergency kit. "Alright, we'll probably be here for the night, so you all just sit tight and stay out of trouble." He'd say as he'd wrap up the call.

"Well, most of them are happy we're alright, but Rabbit says this serves us right." Kyosuke shrugged and made a confused expression as he tried to understand the strange bond that Seela seemed to have with that crazy mouse droid.

[Seela]

Seela giggled at the droid's enthusiastic response, knowing they probably all wanted to be first to answer. Rabbit's replay made her snort.

"Well, checking the weather forecast before going off in the storm might have been a responsible idea... we were kinda reckless, so Rabbit is right, I guess!"

Seela had managed to free most of her other arm from the loving vines, still playing around with her idea, sending small Force healing bursts occasionally, and just softly guiding the plant in what she wanted it to do, ever so gently.

[Kyosuke Yamato]

"Perhaps. Made for a pretty thrilling run though, huh?" A slight smirk popped up on his lips again as he began to remove the stones that covered a hole from a crack in the cave wall that was stuffed with a black pillow-sized sack. He grunted a little bit as he'd try to yank and pull the stuffed bag out of the tight space, then nearly fell over when it finally broke free and slammed into him. "Oof!"

Then he'd make his way between Seela and the wall where he'd tilt the sack to the ground to begin removing some of their spare clothes and other items stashed inside it. "I see your ability with Plant Surge has been improving. Been working at that on your own lately?"

[Seela]

"It was quite fun, until the storm got more intense!"

Seela snickered at the bag defeating Kyo.

"I'm always working on it, I'm pretty sure that if you tried to track me in the forest around here, you'd get nothing from Sense, cause my signature would light up pretty much everywhere!"

Seela wondered if the man had seen her nest recently. She liked it a lot! It now had a watertight roof, and cozy warm furs inside. And it now hung more securely, thanks to a few well placed vines that she helped grow...
Seela now had both arms freed, and was getting to work on convincing the vines to cooperate and just stay still on her forearms, a bit like bracers, so she would be able to feed them, without them hindering her quest for freedom.

"It's impressive how fast you've progressed over these last couple months. Even your bond with animals is going well from what I've seen." Kyo nodded as he praised Seela, his gaze going between her and the collection of items that he was neatly organizing with a touch of haste. One of the first items to come out would be the survival kit's glowrod, which he lit then placed between him and Seela's feet. "Don't kick that." He'd say softly, not trying to be rude or anything, just calmly letting her know it was there.

There were a couple pairs of thin weather resistant outfits for them each to wear. Each piece of clothing was wrapped up tightly, condensing them as much as possible to allow more space in the sack. He'd then sweep off a large outcropping in the rocky wall next to him to clear the space of debris, making sure of course not to brush any of it onto their inventory. After dusting his hands together he'd then unequip his shock gloves and set them aside.

The raven-haired Knight would then pause and let out a heavy sigh before he'd gradually begin to remove his heavily soaked upper layers bit by bit, loosely bundling them and tossing them onto the spot he cleared. "It's becoming time I took on a Padawan of my own, and I know you don't have any interest in becoming a Jedi..."

[Seela]

Seela was busy coaxing a few of her vines to creep towards Kyosukes, feet, softly having them wrap around one of his legs, and keeping hold of her wrist, when she had to halt her progress to answer the man.

"Calling someone Master, and working for nothing? Stars no! Please, don't take it personally, but the order stands for a lot of things that go against everything I stand for... so, you're going to what... get yourself a little womprat mini jedi, that will follow you around and stuff? Cute! I'm not sharing my room with a kid, tho!"

Seela did her best to not let the desperate side full of abandonment issues of herself show, while still making it clear that she very much planned on being part of the near future, and very much not dropped of with her stuff to the nearest starport. She hadn't really ever gotten to interact with kids, so this would be interesting!
Seela then went back to her prank, ever so slowly tightening her old on his leg, waiting for Kyosuke to try to walk away.

"Hopefully it's not a ki- HUUH--!!!" Somehow Kyo had let himself get too caught up in doffing the wet clothes to notice the vine that Seela had discreetly wrapped around the baggy parts of his rain-soaked pants. He'd nearly had them off when he tried to stand and extend his foot to remove them the rest of the way, which was when the vine constricted him enough to trip and topple the distracted young man.

"HHFF!!" Kyo grunted when he crashed down to his hands and knees, flushing brightly as he immediately realized the predicament he was in and how provocative his embarrassing form must've appeared. "S-Seela?!" He looked back at her, trying to hide his flustered expression behind his shoulder, both of which were pulled in tight while he shyly tensed his muscles. "W-why?!"

While Seela hadn't exactly realised Kyosuke was currently undressing, the final result was only made more satisfying. The twi hadn't expected for her prank to work that well!
Stuck with her own legs and body still tangled up, Seela was rolling on the ground laughing her ass off at her success, and the incredibly flustered man's reaction. After a few moments, she started to calm down.

Still giggling, Seela felt the need to try and fluster him even more.

"Aw man, don't worry, you got a cute butt! I've seen more than my share of them! Not as good as mine, but..."

Kyosuke gulped hard as he became so flustered he couldn't even find the words to defend himself from her. His head would duck behind his shoulder even more, shyly glancing away while one of his hands shot back to his pants so he could pull them up over his tight silky briefs.

He'd then remain there for a moment, frozen by a strange sensation he hadn't felt in months. Since the first day he met Seela. A surge of nervous anxiety began to ripple in his chest. His heartbeat skipped then quickened. His breath hitched, then become shallow and shaky. In almost an instant she'd managed to reverse the situation, and pushed him into a mode he'd been trying to bottle up and hide ever since that day.

It was obvious he still needed to overcome the crippling weakness.

When Seela didn't get the embarrassed reply she expected, she frowned, then looked more closely towards the man. What she saw made all kinds of alarm bells ring in her brain, and so she hurriedly rolled/dragged herself to the man's face, ending up laying on her back, just under his face.
Once settled, she called for the man.

"Hey, Kyosuke! Breathe! Look at me, breathe with me, alright?"

Flexing and twisting, she had managed to somehow grab one of their blankets on the way, and she did her best to lay it on him, while still maintaining eye contact.

"Tell me one thing you can taste!"

The Twi also focused on her own Light, guessing it could help, if her own tried and true methods didn't. Slowly pushing it towards him, like a warm fuzzy blanket.

"...how... can I still not shake this...?" Kyo's heavy lids trembled as he looked away from the girl with a flushed and crestfallen expression. After a moment of struggling to fight back against the swelling tide of emotions and anxiety he finally let out a heavy breath, closed his eyes, and dejectedly hung his head.

Then the young man's hips would sink back so he could sit his little rump down between his feet. He had an innocent and faintly downtrodden pout as he slowly reopened his dim blue gaze into Seela's orbs. "Taste what? I have nothing to taste right now..."

"Because that shit takes lots of time to deal with!"

Seela recognized what he was going through, for he had seen it on herself for years. She didn't know what could have caused it, nor precisely what caused the episode, but she got the feeling it had to do with being flustered and exposed, and currently, her fault. Remorseful, Seela continued to channel the light towards the man, using Force Heal a little, trying to help.

"What are two things you can touch?"

Seela was trying to help Kyosuke ground himself in the present, pushing the man to register what his five senses were telling him. It was a nifty trick that she had picked up for herself over the years, and it had helped her come out of bad flashbacks quite often.
During the last two months, Seela had done a little bit of research on the holonet, and learned that there was such a thing as PTSD Accute Stress Response After Trauma.
ASRAT sometimes happens when someone goes through a traumatic event.

"...stop..."

Kyosuke's left hand softly touched down on Seela's as he gently tried to push it away the moment he felt her life energies begin to make their way to him from the attempted Heal. The flushed Knight's azure gaze glimmered and brightened as he stared into Seela's pearls with a listless expression. He tried to focus on her Light, even though he might've just unintentionally doused it.

"Thank you..." His flickering blues stayed on her while the storm continued to rage in the distance. "...but... you've already done that enough today... not even that hurt..."

He notably failed to answer her second question while he tried to push away the memory of more than a dozen scantly clad strangers lustfully dragging their fingers across his body. He'd been dealing with the ever-worsening nightmares from the fallout out of the surprise event she'd sprung on him ever since then, keeping it to himself in hopes that it would eventually just go away...

But that didn't seem to be the case.

Kyo's lids were still heavy, nearly shut while he wavered and struggled to focus his eyes on Seela's.

Seela pouted, but stopped attempting to heal Kyosuke, then frowned when she could see her words weren't reaching him. She would need to try harder!

Seela grabbed the man's hands, firmly putting one against the ground, and the other one on her wrist.

"Focus! You can feel the ground, and me, beneath your fingers. Now, what's three things you can smell?"

She really hoped he would follow her lead and manage to ground himself.

Kyosuke felt a sharp tingle at his chest, his breaths still shallow and shaky. He tried to snap out of it when she grabbed his hands, nodding distractedly to her while his weak gaze lowered and sluggishly flicked around.

He smelt the room. The seductive aroma of the club's pleasure slaves. The intoxicating stench that lingered from those who used the private chamber before them.

"I... I dunno... flowers... perfume...?" His eyes swayed back and forth as he tried to identify the next unfamiliar scent, but it was unlike anything he'd ever smelt before or since. "The sea...?"

Seela worried, as her companion seemed deeper in the memory than she tought, and she wasn't sure she knew how to bring him back.
Trying again, hoping it would work, she pressed Kyosuke's hand to her throat, so he would feel it vibrate as she talked.

"Well, I, can smell the trees, the wet earth, and the sweet sap from the vines. Do you smell those?"

Kyosuke took in a deep breath through his nose, focusing on all of his senses to remind him where he was, who he was. He was a Jedi. He couldn't allow himself to succumb to such trivial nonsense.

The shaky Shadow closed eyes, and tugged the cozy blanket around his shoulders. Then he gradually steadied himself while he focused on the scents around them.

"...yes..." Kyo slowly nodded as he took in the nearby aroma of the moist atmosphere and environment but by bit. "I smell them.."

Seela had to keep her body from making a little happy wiggle, trying to stay on track.

"Good! Now what are four things you can hear? Do you hear the thunder?"

Seela deeply hoped Kyosuke would manage to keep the grasp on reality he seemed to have gotten.
