Kalen Conner found himself on the planet of Tython. He had a good talk with the man known as Andreus but it was time to move on. The boy felt relieved now that he knew he was responsible for far less than he thought he was. It was time to find Kelly Cross, though. He still needed to speak with her. It was just one of those things he needed to do. Now at least he would not have to face her alone Kalen hoped. He would ask the older Padawan to help him search and speak to the exiled Knight. She should be somewhere in the Temple on Tython.

"I still need to speak with Kelly. Would you mind accompany me in searching for her?" the young Initiate asked the man he considered a new friend. Andreus nodded without a word and the two went about the hunt for Kelly Cross. Kalen did not know where to start, however. It would be a good idea to try abd find her in the dormitory or if she was not there they looking in one of the landing bay. Kalen just hoped they weren't too late. It would be expected that Knight Cross would want to leave as soon as possible after her unfair dismissal. "Where do you think we should start looking, Andreus?" the boy asked the man as Kalen wasn't very familiar with the Tython Temple.

Andreus Makaryk hadn't spent much time as a Jedi, but he had spent a good chunk of what time he did have at Tython. So he knew the Temple reasonably well, at least, though not perfectly. Nevertheless, he should know it well enough to help young Kalen find Kelly Cross. Eventually, though it might take a while.

Andreus had no particular reason to want to speak with Kelly--he knew her only from a class instructed by Lecchamemnon in which she had failed to impress neither the instructor nor him, and from the accounts of her actions concerning restraining young Kalen. It was only natural that Andreus would disapprove of her actions; he still believed that her loss of control did warrant an exile, though he acknowledged the hasty procedure the Council used to reach that conclusion was deeply, perhaps even fatally, flawed as it failed to give the accused the chance to defend herself, one of the basic rights enshrined in the governing philosophy of the Alliance. Perhaps the exile shouldn't be permanent, but based upon what Andreus had learned, it was warranted.

Nevertheless, after talking to young Kalen Conner, the tall, imposing man certainly understood why the boy wished to speak with her. Andreus had explained to the boy that Kelly Cross was responsible for the actions of Kelly Cross, not Kalen Conner, but the boy naturally still had to reconcile the feelings of being at the center of all the controversy. Though Andreus barely knew the boy, and was but a padawan himself, he would offer what counsel he could. He certainly had more experience than most in dealing with the darkness, for the creation of a Sith was he.

Andreus considered that given the nature of Kelly's exile, it was highly likely she would want to leave.

"I believe we should wait for her presence near where her ship is docked," he suggested.

Kelly had came down from the Atrium feeling a little better she still felt the need to let out her frustration on a training droid or two but she could live. she just wondered where she should go 'I do have the location Andre gave me about my sister. I guess a home coming might be a good idea.' She thought but still apart of wanted nothing to do with them. she shock her head to clear it, "I'll cross that bridge when I come to it." She said out loud and then let out a sigh at the unintentional pun. The lift stopped on the ground floor and she headed for the space port, and made her way towards the shuttle bound for Corelia.

It was a blessing from the Force that gave Kalen a companion to help him in his search for the exiled Knight. Not only did Andreus help Kalen get over the guilt he felt for what had happened but he would take the boy to where he needed to go. Right now the orphan needed to go see Kelly Cross. The older man suggested looking for her by her ship, "I don't think she owns a ship," the youngster replied to the older man's suggestion, "Good idea, though. Maybe she would go to the space port if she wanted to leave. How about leading the way?" Kalen asked his acquaintance and followed the man when he started walking in the direction of where the space port should be.

As the two Jedi made their way to the space port Kalen realised that he never bothered to ask and Andreus never bothered to talk about himself, "Hey, Andreus. I've been meaning to ask you. What did you do before you joined the Order?" the curious young boy innocently asked the shaded man with a smile. The orphan was oblivious to the fact that sometimes people did not want to talk about their past. All Kalen could see was a man that was helping him and this made the boy curious as to where Andreus came from and what he did before joining the New Jedi Order so late.

(OOC: Sorry for long delay; I've been busy, I have a new training thread up, and given I've been here the entire timeline and am still a paddie, the training and the missions I'm in take priority over this.)

Andreus noticed a young woman walking alone to the public shuttles terminal of the Temple spaceport. He recognized said young woman from his class on Jedi lore and history he had taken months back, a course taught by the now-Grandmaster Lecchamemnon. He recognized the young woman, for she had also been a student in that class, though the two had not crossed paths then.

"Well, well, well, Kalen, I think we have found her..." Andreus muttered. The sighting of Kelly Cross unfortunately left no time for Andreus to immediately answer the boy's question about what he had done before joining the Jedi; even if he had the time, he simply would have told the boy he had been a pilot. Maybe it would come out in a few minutes, during the inevitable discussion.

For now, however, Andreus had to get Kelly's attention. He knew he had superior voice projection compared to the teenage boy.

"Ms. Cross!" Andreus really didn't think he should use the title Knight for one exiled as she was (was she still exiled?), so he used the more generic Ms. His voice was loud, clear, and left no doubt that the exiled Knight's attention was sought--whether by the man who called it out or whether by the boy standing next to him, Andreus left in doubt. Truth be told, Andreus himself had no particular desire to speak with the woman--but nevertheless, unlike the Jedi Council, he would at least give whatever defense she might have for herself fair consideration. The older padawan did at least have some interest in verifying young Kalen's account of what had happened.

((at the time period of this thread takeing place she is still exiled. and the two threads she had been in after exile hasn't happened yet.))

Kelly Stoped looking behind her towards where the voice came from Slinging her bag over her shoulder. noticeing Kalen and a Jedi she could have sworn she had seen somewhere before. Then placed the face to one of the students in one of the classes she had been in in the past. She walked towards the two, "whats up I have a shuttle to catch if you haven't heard I'm an exile and I'm pritty shure some Jedi look down to talking to someone with my status."

((Sorry for small post and lack of colored text posting on my PS3.))

"Well, well, well, Kalen, I think we have found her..." the voice of Andreus reached a surprised Initiate's ears. The young boy shot a look up and around the bay but could not see the exiled Knight. Kalen looked at the big man next to him as the Padawan begun to call Kelly, "Ms. Cross!" the loud voice of Andreus bellowed through the air and it was in that moment that the orphan saw Kelly Cross himself.

The exiled Knight made her way to Andreus and the young boy before speaking, "What's up? I have a shuttle to catch! If you haven't heard I'm an exile and I'm pretty sure that some Jedi look down on talking with someone of my status," Kelly said to the other two Jedi. The Conner boy had planned a whole speech. He wanted to say so many things to the exile. Stuff like how he hated the feeling of what she did to him and how he was filled with regret about how she got exiled.

"I'm sorry," was the only words that came out of the Initiates mouth. His conversation with Andreus taught him that he was not responsible for how the council decided to handle the trial and that he was not responsible for how Kelly handled the young boy's incursions. The talk had taught him that he was only responsible for what he did, "I'm sorry I attacked those two Padawan. If I didn't you would have never been called. Just wanted to say that," the Initiate said as tears started rolling down his cheeks.

He was not sad but overwhelmed by everything that happened the past few days. It seemed Kalen wasn't as strong as he thought he was as the tears continued to flood from his green eyes despite his best attempts to stop them. He had too many feelings inside of him. Emotions he did not understand and could not yet comprehend. He felt anger at his assault, shame for crying in front of Andreus and sadness at the loss of what Kalen considered as kin.

The orphan thought about the Dun Mock class and how he was so utterly destroyed by the technique. Kalen thought about what happened in that training room with those Padawan and Knights. Finally his thoughts turned to the trial and what had happened after. Everything seemed just so unfair. These events would be a crossroad in the boy's life. A path that could lead to darkness or a new plain of enlightenment. "I hope you..." the boy started when the an alarm went off and doors all over started slamming shut, "What's going on!?"

Kelly looked at the boy, "look there is nothing to apologize for I hold no misgivings against you or the...." Kelly was cut off from the alarms. she thought that it was a little much to do a lock down just because she was talking to two Jedi, of course that just be to stupid to be true. she thought looking around the bay. stopping a passing Knight. "Whats going on?" She asked him.

Andreus Makaryk's eyes darted around at the sound of the alarm, searching for whatever threat that might have triggered it. No, it wasn't Kelly Cross--the Jedi might have just exiled her, but they had the decency at least to let her collect her belongings as long as she did not do anything stupid, like attacking another Jedi. At the moment, Kelly was committing no such stupid acts. No, the alarm had to have gone off for some other reason entirely.

But Andreus was still a Jedi, inexperienced though he may be at it. He did bear a duty to protect the Temple to the best of his ability, until countermanded by a superior (as he might be if the threat was a Sith Lord, for example, when any Masters present might tell him, "Let me deal with it, because you would just get killed"). He couldn't sense anything that dark however, and his senses were pretty good, especially for a Padawan. Nevertheless, Andreus felt the weight of both the lightsabers hanging from his belt. Duty imposed only one logical course of action.

"Let's go find out what the threat is, shall we?"

The paladin rushed down the hallway on his way to the hanger bay. He had little time, knowing Antos was against a more than fair match and they had little time to waste.

Aided by the force, he veritably flew down the hallway, though he stopped when he saw a few Jedi standing confused blocking his way. This would just waste his time, but he couldn't just fly passed them. He would have to distract them somehow and had no time to play with in order to just subdue them physically.

He rushed towards them, under a normal speed, and put on a little show for them, acting the part of some Jedi Master or something as he had before. He had his cloak on, however his 'Sith' clothing underneath were fully visible at this point.

"Make your way to your rooms, young ones. Sith have infiltrated the Temple!" Trying to spread the lie they hoped to create, he told them what he wanted to be known, he would try to make them go with him continuing in the direction he was going but dropping them off... somewhere. It didn't matter and he didn't have to time to worry about it.

The young boy saw a man approaching just as the small group was about to leave. To Kal's shock the man revealed that Sith managed to infiltrate the Temple on Tython, "That can't be!," Kalen roared as he was scared out of his wits. He looked at the others and was not sure what to do. It never came to the naïve boy's mind that this man could be the Sith he was claiming was attacking.

He turned to Andreus, "What are we going to do?" the orphan asked as he retained some of his senses and calmed down a bit. The Initiate's feeling was indifferent as he did not know whether to go fight or go to his room as the man had said. The inner conflict almost tore the boy apart as he had been in so many dire situations of late that things were becoming overwhelming. Kalen was going to have to make a choice that would reflect the man he was going to become in the future, "I'm going with you, Master. Take me to where the bad guys are!"

"Make your way to your rooms, young ones. Sith have infiltrated the Temple!" Kelly raised an eye brow at this news as the knight she tried flagging down ignored her and ran on. towards the inner area of the temple. The master that stopped and told them the news something seemed off about him his cloths were a little to dark though the lighting of the hanger made it a little hard to make out the cloths underneath his robes.

"I'm Going with you, Master. Take me to where the bad guys are!"

Kelly heard Kalen said "No you are going back to your quarters if it is a Sith a learner will not make much of a difference, and possibly would just get in the way." She said to Kalen some might feel she had no right to boss the young Jedi considering her Status amongst the Jedi order but any sane Jedi would know where she was coming from. She approached the Master that told them the news, him not acting like he knew her status was odd to her considering everyone in the temple knew by now. "Look I know I have no right to help but I would like to if you would permit it I'm sure the council wouldn't mind an extra Knight to assist tracking the intruders down Master?" She asked the unknown Master.

Breathing a sigh of relief in his mind, he nodded to what this woman said to the boy. "Do as we say. You must go."

Turning back to the woman, he knew it would be much harder to convince her to not follow. A thought came to his mind, and though it was more than unlikely, he asked anyway, "What is your name?" He said it in such a way to indicate that she could come and he wanted to know the name of the Knight he would be fighting alongside. However, if this was indeed the Knight they were looking for, he would celebrate with Antos all night.

"Ex-knight Kelly Cross Master I was recently exiled i hope that doesn't cause any issues with me helping I may have been exiled but I'm still a Jedi and I won't let any Sith destroy this place." Kelly said to the un-known master.

Shock almost crossed his face as fate had indeed smiled upon them. From the get-go of this mission, they had been set up on by problem after problem. Now their quarry landed unknowingly into his own arms.

Without skipping a beat, he told this Kelly, "You are needed. Come with me. I'll tell you on the way." His voice was flat and unemotional as he didn't even motion for the woman to follow. He kept going on his way to the underground hanger, continuing on his original path, he ran, slow enough so she could catch up.

(OOC: Sorry for my absence and the extreme brevity of this post--I got trololed in another thread. Two of them, actually...so I've been distracted lately.)

Andreus Makaryk quickly followed Kalen Conner and Kelly Cross to track whatever threat had presented itself, his two lightsabers unignited but ready in his hands. It didn't take long for the trio to find a...presence, one that was no Jedi. It demanded that Kalen leave, but Kelly go with it.

"Wait a minute," Andreus demanded, suspicions aroused by the instruction from a complete stranger for the boy to leave. "What the kriff is going on here?"

Already passed the Jedi, Zechs stopped and turned abruptly. Looking at the source of the question, he got annoyed more than scared. There was little time and it was just being wasted.

"As I said, Sith are attacking the temple on the sixth level. If you wish to help, you would do well to return to your room and get out of the way." Turning back to Kelly, he said, "We have little time to waste."

He half turned, still facing the trio, but clearly indicating that he was leaving. While his objective was before him, he wasn't about to take her by force. That would go against their future plans for her, and it was better to get one Brother who had more than proved himself than attempt to recruit a Sister that may or may not be worthy.

((OOC thread I'll try and make a post but with the Magic abilities to tell Sith from Jedi no problem I foresee major issues with this thread soon.))

"You clearly need to get your ears checked" She said to Andreus "he already told us the temples being attacked I maybe an exile but I'll be damned if I'll just stand around and do nothing, you take the kid back to his quarters or to a shelter if it is the sith attacking a learner and a padawan would just get in the way." Kelly said running after the Master. a part of her told her the situation seemed off but if the master was on the level she wasn't willing to bet on a Padawan who couldn't hear straight and a learner to watch her back.

she looked at the un-named master. "Like I said before I maybe an exile but I'll do anything I can to help." she told him, reaching into her coat and drawing one of her sabers in preparation in case she ran into any Sith on the way. the Saber taken by the grandmaster in the council chamber was just a hilt it had no crystal in it.

"Then follow me for now, and then go to your rooms on my say."

With that he burst into a sprint, running down the corridor towards where he knew the underground hanger was.

Upon reaching a set of stairs, he stopped rather suddenly, showing the control he had over this ability. "Go to your rooms now. You will be safe if you go straight there." There was no room for arguing as he continued on his way.

Upon reaching the stairs, he proceeded down them into the hangar bay.

((going to wait to see what happens before going on.))
