Okay, this is the OOC for the Main Thread here. Basically, this thread is the first major gathering of Chiss and Imperial/Sith forces for a formal party, like a social gathering. So yea, feel free to meet some new folks, blow off some steam. However, I feel the need to lay down the rules here;
- This Imperial Convention is split into two areas. The lower ranking soldiers, officials, and Sith are confined to a single area for them to enjoy themselves, while the high ranking members, such as Generals, Admirals, Moffs, and Sith Masters have no such restrictions, and can move about freely to other rooms to congregate themselves in.
- There are NO - I repeat - NO weapons permitted at this convention. No blasters, no lightsabers, no bladed weaponry, no nothing. If anyone is found with weapons, they will be taken before they can enter. If you try and sneak them in, you'll be pretty much forfeiting your character's life to the Nova Guard, who are patrolling the place with extreme scrutiny. This is *the* royal palace, so if you **** up here, you'll die.
- There is no fighting. If you wanna fight, take it outside, but not in the palace. This won't warrant an execution, but ignore this rule, and you may find your character locked up and stripped of their military rank or titles.
- There are a LOT, LOT, LOT of security around. This is the center of the entire Galactic Empire, politically and militarily. There is a fleet overhead, the best of the best of the Empire's fighting forces guarding the palace from outside and within, so yeah, try something stupid at your own risk.
