The music in the bar thumped just loud enough for Lux to hear it, though she had no idea what she was listening to. The singer - sounded like a woman, though it was truly impossible to know - was singing in a language she didn't know. Whatever they were singing about sounded happy, or maybe it was supposed to be sexy.

Given how the strangers on the dance floor were gyrating with each other, perhaps it was the latter. Of course, on Zeltros, it probably didn't even really matter much. People on this planet would dry-hump each other into states of various blue-balled rug burn to the sounds of two wamp-rats squealing in a wool sock.

Letting her gaze roll over those gathered in the bar, Lux sipped lazily from the martini glass in her hand. It was nearly empty, something she would soon rectify, but for now she was content to to enjoy what was left before eating the olive that sat at the bottom.

Just as she was about to turn and have the bartender give her that refill, Lux suddenly felt a strange pulse in the force. It was powerful and it roiled with darkness, catching Lux by surprise and almost making her drop her glass onto the floor. Catching her breath, Lux's attention was drawn to another girl at the bar. A pale, young looking woman who at the same time seemed to have felt what she had felt.

Another force user? Possible.

Regardless, Lux's interest was piqued and she slipped from her barstool and made her way over to the girl. Luckily she also found a waitress with a tray of available drinks on the way there, so she wasn't going over empty handed.

Two drinks in tow, Lux slid next to the pale girl near one of the standing tables and, putting one of the drinks on the table and passing it over, arched an eyebrow before taking a sip of her own.

You felt that too, didn't you? She asked, already knowing the answer.

Ambrosia had been to Zeltros before, though she'd never gotten the chance to explore it for herself. But now, rather than remain behind the glass walls of a Zeltron penthouse with the children, she was amongst its "filth" in the streets.

Or rather, a bar. There was some kind of sound being blasted overhead, what she could only assume was some kind of 'music', and the bodies around her were twisting and curling around to the trance-like beat. It was fast. It was energetic. It was full of bass. The room around her was warm, filled with sweaty bodies and the Zeltron pheromones that left her pale skin flushed pink in the cheeks.

She danced, enveloped in the rhythm of the crowd. There was no reason for her to be here, and she loved it exactly for that. Her hands twirled in the air above her, then grazed the shoulders of those around her. There were no apologies needed for the strangers around her. When bodies collided, it was almost expected, and most certainly not shied away from or shunned.

Eventually, the woman stumbled away out of the crowd, hot from the dancing and the mass of bodies around her, and steadied herself on the bar. She felt like she was floating, high on some sort of adrenaline that electrified her skin for just being here. She had every right to be here if she wanted to, but it somehow felt so rebellious.

"Um, can-" Her voice came out too soft to actually catch the bartender's attention, but a dark feeling from the Force closed her throat and slammed into her all of a sudden. Every high she was feeling at that moment - from secondhand smoke, from alcohol, or from the dancing - evaporated, and she was left sober and surprised with her mouth still agape.

"Yea- yes." Ambrosia immediately looked to see who had addressed her, pale violet eyes meeting Lux's for a split moment before skittering away. It was only then that she saw the party continue around her; no one else had noticed. Her eyes immediately snapped back to Lux's. "Are you...?" She looked Lux up and down, trying to discern any clues about the woman's affiliation. Despite her general naivety about the galaxy, she was at least aware that the Sith were not the only Force users. But other than noting that Lux was a very pretty woman, there was nothing she could figure out.

Lux's eyebrow remained arched in curiosity as Ambrosia asked her rather vague question. The look on the girl's face alone told Lux everything she needed to know, but the stilted, surprised way the words tumbled from her mouth pretty much erased any doubt she could have possibly had.

I'm a lot of things, little lamb, Lux said, a knowing smirk pulling at the corners of her mouth that she half hid behind her glass. My chains are broken. Are yours?

It was an odd question, but it would make sense to the people it was meant to make sense to. Lux had no clue if Ambrosia would know what she was talking about, but whether or not she did wasn't really the important part. Either way, Lux would know if this was someone who she could trust or someone she couldn't.

Being a Sith was even more dangerous now than it ever had been. She couldn't be as brazen as she used to be, something Lux still struggled with sometimes. Still, she was confident her question was innocuous enough to be brushed off as odd musings of a drunk girl at the end of the day.

What brings you to Zeltros? She would ask eventually, mind returning to her drink. If Ambrosia couldn't answer the first question, maybe she'd be able to answer this one.

"My name is Ambrosia," she interjected just after Lux called her 'little lamb', the words falling out of her mouth much too quickly for her to stop them. Her tone was neutral, but the clear need for the Arkanian to correct Lux might not go unnoticed. There was a flush of color that rose in her cheeks even more so than before as she grew embarrassed for her own version of an outburst, but she was distracted by the stranger's question.

'Are yours?' Recognition sparked in her eyes, and she was nodding as if she understood even before she replied. "Through victory, yes." To anyone else, the exchange would seem like an obscure reference, because it was to anyone but the two of them in this room. Suddenly, Ambrosia had a friend among the crowd of strangers - or at least, the closest thing to it on this planet.

"Curiosity," she answered honestly, finally picking up the drink Lux had brought over for her and taking a sip. It tasted terrible and left a burning sensation in her nose and throat. She liked the sensation enough to ignore the taste. "New experiences." She side-eyed the crowd on the dancefloor, knowing there was at least one, maybe two people here tonight she'd left with nights before. Drinking, drugs, people... she wanted her fill of it. What better place to do all the things she hadn't been allowed to even think about than Zeltros?

"Wh- um, what about you, ....?" She struggled with her words for a second, but continued regardless, and drug out the end of her sentence, asking without asking for a name.

You can call yourself whatever you want, little lamb, Lux said, finishing off her drink but keeping the smirk on her face. It was always self affirming when your intuition about something proved to be true. I would say I'm in a similar boat to yourself. Curiosity, experience..

Lux paused for a moment, considering whether or not to elaborate further. Figuring there was no harm in doing so and not finding Ambrosia particularly threatening, what was the harm?

And a little bit of uh, business if you know what I mean. Reaching into her pocket, Lux pulled out a small metal cigarette case. Offering one to Ambrosia, Lux would take one for herself and light it regardless if her friend took up the offer. Zeltros is a good place to hide in plain sight. A good place to.. operate out of, if you catch my drift.

A puff of smoke escaped Lux's mouth, its haze hanging lazily in the air around her head. They were flavored cigarettes, some kind of fruit native to Zeltros. It wasn't Lux's favorite flavor but you couldn't really be picky when it came to what you pick pocketed off drunk idiots at a bar.

I'm Lux, she said, flashing Ambrosia a smile. So what do you say, little lamb? How interested are you in some new.. experiences?

Lux would leave out the words dangerous, life threatening, possible arrest and eventual and likely murder out of her proposition for now. That stuff would all come up later assuredly, and Lux always found it more interesting to see how people reacted to those kinds of surprises.

Plus, she didn't want to scare away the lamb so quickly. Not when they hadn't even started the trip to visit the wolf.

Ambrosia bit her tongue, not really wanting to push the issue despite her very strong dislike of being called what was little more than a pet name. She took the cigarette Lux offered and placed it in her mouth, letting it hang unlit from her lips as Lux continued. She listened, facing the bar but watching her fellow Sith, until the Firrereo asked if she 'caught her drift.' Ambrosia nodded.

"I'm in," she answered as she finally pulled a lighter from her pocket and lit her cigarette. She breathed in, savored the nasty taste of tabbac, then exhaled it out through her nose. It burned her throat and watered her eyes, but Ambrosia's expression barely changed. The burning of alcohol, the choke of smoke - she almost enjoyed the pain. "...should we get out of here?" Doe eyes met Lux's, and her lips upturned into a smile as she gestured with her chin to the door. There were many eyes and many ears here. Plus, it might be easier to hear where there wasn't techno music thumping away. It was already difficult trying to hear Lux.

Outside the bar, the Zeltron air was crisp and chill, with the sort of barely-there humidity that told tales of spring to come. It felt good, and Ambrosia could feel the color in her cheeks simmering down as she began to cool off.

The Arkanian let her cigarette fall from her fingers and onto the concrete floor to be put out and squashed under her heel upon impact. She folded her hands in front of her, turned right to face Lux, and smiled. "So, business? Where shall we begin?" Surely Lux already had a lead if she was here with business in mind.

Well, that was easy. Admittedly, Lux wasn't against having someone so eager to help her, obviously, she just wasn't quite used to people doing things with such little resistance. It struck her as a little strange, given that they had literally just met. Though, she'd been the one to ask a stranger to help her in the first place, so maybe the whole thing was just a little pot and kettle.

Following Ambrosia outside, Lux too flicked her cigarette into the street before shrugging her shoulders a little at her new friend's question.

Well that's the question of the day now isn't it? She said idly, brushing a few stray hairs out of her face. There's a hundred ways to do it on a place like Zeltros. The place is naturally good camouflage in general.. so many emotions going on in this place all the time.

As they walked away from the bar, Lux would lead them down the street and around a couple corners until they were around several blocks from where they started. The area around was a little bit seedier than the one they had just been in, the dive bars a little more dilapidated and the apartments considerably more run down.

Been eyeing some of the local gangs since I've been here. Might be able to clear one out with force and take over their space. Could bring trouble and it's a little.. overt. Lux took out another cigarette and started smoking it, offering Ambrosia another if she wanted it. Could also work ourselves in the quiet way, take over and use them as a front. Might be good to have some people to do things, a way to make credits.

It might have seemed that Lux was being a little dodgy in the way that she talked, but the more truthful version of it was that she was just a little scatter brained. She wanted to get a presence on Zeltros for herself, but also for the Sith. A safe house they could use quietly, a way to help rebuild.

Thoughts?

Lux led her down further into the inner city. The building grow smaller and more crowded, and the streetlife grew less party-like and more I-do-drugs-to-cope-with-my-shitty-life-like. Ambrosia let the woman talk, listening quietly with her hands still folded in front of her, her eyes drinking in the details of their surroundings. It was only when she was finally addressed that she spoke.

"Are you saying the less attention we draw, the better?" She asked, phrasing her comment to sound as if she was picking up on something Lux was already suggesting. "Reports of a violent takeover might reach the other gangs, and the space might not be so secret."

Ambrosia considered that maybe the best solution here was a compromise. Infiltrate through force, then slowly remove the pre-existing members. If they disappeared more slowly, perhaps it would be less likely to be noticed. Alternatively, they could take by force via a method that didn't directly involve their hand. Like-

"A fire, perhaps, too." Though it would have the chance of causing damages. Maybe they could stage a gang war. "We could speak with whichever gang you've found first. Maybe they'd be useful?"

I considered approaching one of the gangs, though they're motivated mostly by credits. Something I don't have a lot of. What about you? Lux asked, curious if maybe she stumbled upon the stranger jackpot and the weird pale girl just happened to also be loaded. I suppose we could try to tempt them with something else, though our name doesn't carry as much cache as it used to.

Lux's mind was turning over trying to figure out what their best bet might be. Truth be told, operations like this weren't her particular forte, but since the relative collapse of the Order she'd been trying to branch out. Seemed like the prudent thing to do, all things considered.

A fire could work. How much experience do you have with pyrokinesis? Lux posed the question idly, using it both as information for a potential plan and to suss out just how trained her new compatriot was.

It was possible that Ambrosia had fallen through the cracks with the fracture of the Order, just another acolyte wandering the galaxy without knowing much of anything.

After a little more walking the two eventually found themselves on the opposite side of the street from a building with a large spray painted snake on its face.

Over there's a place ran by a small swoop gang called the Tunnel Snakes. Pretty small time from what I've gathered, probably wouldn't be missed. Lux put her hands on her hips as she stared at the building, brow furrowing as she contemplated.

Fire could definitely work. Could leave loose ends, though. We could just walk in and try negotiating something. Of course, we could also just kick in the door and kill every single one of them. Lux clicked her tongue and shrugged her shoulders, pulling out another cigarette and lighting it as she stared across the street.

Up to you.

"Not enough to tempt anyone," she mumbled, glancing down at her side before looking back at Lux. Luxury. She missed it, to her chagrin. Perhaps she would get it back one day, on her terms.

"I would stand ten feet away if I was around me using it," she answered, a bit of humor slipping into her voice. She could use pyrokinesis. In fact, without a lightsaber to serve her, it was probably a better use of the Force than strengthening the swing of her baton. "Though I'm not sure if precision is pertinent if the goal is arson."

Ambrosia looked up at the building in front of them, pale violets sweeping over the painted snake motif with an indiscernible about of interest. She was half-listening to Lux, half playing out a scenario in her head. 'Up to you.' Her head turned, eyes regarding Lux half-closed and from beneath her eyelashes.

"I'd say this warehouse belongs to the Sith now," she hummed, voice almost a purr. 'Through power, I gain victory.' If the gangsters could not prevent them from taking it, it should have never belonged to them in the first place. "Let's rid it of vermin."

Ambrosia approached the door, dug her fingers into the metal seam, and pushed it open. Once Lux was inside, she would close it, latching the heavy metal lock into place.

Lux chuckled a bit at Ambrosia's joke, and even more she appreciated the honesty. More than once Lux had gotten burned by another Sith lying about their aptitude. A specific moment came to mind that ended with her partner getting torn to bits but some tukata.

What a doink.

Shooting Ambrosia a smirk, Lux nodded her head in agreement when the girl mentioned ridding the place of its vermin. She couldn't have agreed more. Following behind, Lux would slip a foldable vibroknife into Ambrosia's pocket, just in case the girl hadn't come prepared with an actual weapon for her own.

Remember to do what you must, little lamb. Lux whispered as the two walked further into the Tunnel Snake's den. They will not offer mercy, so grant them none in return.

Luckily, the foyer of the base was empty, a testament to the weakness and relative idiocy of the Tunnel Snakes. Anyone with a brain would have had guards posted here or even outside, but perhaps that was asking too much for lowbrow gangs on Zeltros.

Pushing further in, Lux could eventually make out the sounds of people talking, though it was muffled by closed doors. She caught something spice, but whether they meant dealing it or snorting it Lux wasn't quite sure.

Before Lux could say anything more to Ambrosia, the door in front of them burst open and two guards were immediately staring at them down the barrel of some blaster rifles.

Keeping it breezy, at least for now, Lux raised her hands in the air to show that she held no weapons while a voice rang out from behind the gun toting thugs.

Well, well. Two rats coming right into the snake den. Did Ruusk send you?

A woman's voice, aggressive and husky like she'd spent the better part of her life huffing down cigarettes. It made Lux consider quitting the habit, but just for a moment.

Bring them in, we can at least get some information out of them before we shoot them in the face.

There were a lot of ways this could go. Lux still had confidence in Ambrosia and her own ability to figure out the best course of action even if things had gotten slightly complicated. Hopefully her compatriot could play along, at least for a little bit. Maybe they could do this the diplomatic way after all.

Or not.

That was all just part of the fun.

Ambrosia bristled at Lux's 'fun' little pet name, though the only evidence of her dislike was the pointed side-eye she gave to her new friend as the two ventured further into the warehouse. Her response was simple and playful: "Aw, are you worried for me?"

Though the Sith was not nervous, she did have a healthy amount of wariness, but even that didn't save her from being just as surprised as Lux when the door in front of them burst open and the barrels of two guns were shoved in their faces. She would allow the guards to forcibly usher her in, glancing at Lux as they were forced down in a set of chairs in the middle of the room. When eye contact was made she would reach through the Force to Lux, attempting to speak in the other woman's head.

'How good are you at improv?' she asked, the ghost of a smile forming on her lips right as the gang members began to question them.

"How did you find us?" The smoker strode forward and pushed the barrel of a light blaster pistol against Ambrosia's throat, forcing her chin up so that the young woman was forced to look at her. "And what's your name?"

"Considering the snake motif on your doors, just by looking," she answered, her face altogether void of any emotion despite the smart-alec-y answer she'd given the woman.

"Don't be smart with me. What's your name? Names?"

Ambrosia paused for a moment while she scrambled to come up with a name. "L- " 'Damn it.' "Lamb." How infuriating that the first word to come to mind was Lux's nickname for her? "And this is my partner.... Wolf."

Clearly, Ambrosia was not very good at coming up with names. Before she could be questioned about it though, she hurried to spit out some nonsense Lux could help her work off of. All they really needed was to get the gangsters to let their guard down just enough that the two of them could get the upper hand.

"R- Ruusk didn't send us, but we did come to you about- them."

As good as I have to be not to get my face blown off in this shithole. Lux shot back to Ambrosia, curious as to what kind of plan the girl was cooking up

Lux was definitely no stranger to spinning up a yarn to get what she wanted, or more often to get herself out of trouble. Of course, that usually was way before she already had the barrel of a gun aimed at her, but beggars couldn't be choosers at this point.

Unlike Ambrosia, Lux couldn't help but smirk at the snarky remark about how exactly they'd found the Tunnel Snakes. Anybody with a brain and who wasn't a Miraluka could have sussed that out for fucks sake.

Word on the street is that Russk is looking to make a move against you guys, Lux lied, picking up where Ambrosia had left off with out missing a beat.

Of course, she made a mental note to also tell Ambro that she was totally into their new nicknames. Classic stuff, it reminded her of superheroes and their sidekicks. Or those lawyer duos in the holovids.

And to be quite honest, the dude is a massive dickbag. A guess, but it seemed like a safe place to hedge a bet. We might be able to help you, for a price.

Before Lux could continue much further - which was probably for the best, to be honest - the woman raised her hand in the air, the universal sign for "shut the fuck up, I'm thinking."

Lux wasn't entirely sure if the woman would buy her story, but it did seem to get her to bring her guard down just a little. In theory, they could use this opportunity to get the jump on the Tunnel Snakes. Although, having them ingratiated by taking out whoever Russk was could be good too.

Since Ambrosia seemed to be gung ho about improvising, Lux would let the other girl decide which she wanted to do.

Either way Lux was going to get to kill somebody so it didn't really make much difference to her.

"Tell me why I shouldn't just shoot your heads off right now?" The woman still had her hand up, her glare hard and steady. Since she was directly addressed, Ambrosia figured it would be fine to respond.

"We have a common enemy," Ambrosia began, trying to instill the confidence of someone who ran the streets into her usually apathetic voice. "You hate Russk, and we hate Russk. We have information you don't, and we're willing to exchange it to help take him down."

She could feel the energy in the room shift - the gangsters weren't holding the barrels of their guns so steadily on them now. They had caught their attention, at least. Russk was clearly a sore subject amongst them.

"You don't have to trust us," Ambrosia offered. "But the enemy of my enemy is my friend, and such." That was a saying, right? She was almost certain she'd heard it before.

'We need to get her on her own, or at least away from everyone at once.' They could most certainly handle a few of them, but all of them? It was too risky of a situation. If they could even just split them in half... 'What's the best way to get her to speak to them alone?'

Ambrosia cleared her throat, her eyes pointedly wandering around the room before landing back on the woman. "Don't you want to know who's been leaking information to him all this time?" Maybe, if the woman was already the paranoid type, she could play off that.

Ah, that last little line from Ambrosia seemed to be what broke the levee. Lux could see it in the woman's eyes almost immediately despite her face staying stony. People would often call themselves great liars but most of them were full of shit. They had the quick wit and sly tongues, but they couldn't keep the truth from showing where it really mattered.

Lux couldn't keep the knowing smirk off of her voice, her lips parting just enough to show her overly pointed canine teeth. Wolf, indeed.

What do you know about that? She seethed, her voice barely above a whisper despite the contempt each word seemed to hold.

I don't think we should discuss that here. Lux said calmly, her eyebrow arching knowingly. Do you have an actual office? Or are we to assume you just collectively shit on the floor. It may have seemed rude, but Lux wasn't really known to be overly cordial. Of course, that would explain the smell.. She added, mumbling under her breath.

This way. Donk y Kong, come with us. She said, motioning towards two of the bigger goons. One of them was a Weequay and the other looked like some kind of mutant hybrid of a Gammorean and a human, but Lux wasn't going to say anything. Not her place to judge. Love is love, after all.

Following them back towards the more private office area, Lux and Ambrosia would eventually be lead into a circular room that - surprisingly - contained a table with actual chairs.

Shooting a glance towards Ambrosia, Lux turned her tongue over in her mouth and arched an eyebrow. Opportunity awaited if they so chose to accept. Of course, they could also not be dirty little backstabers, but where was the fun in that?

What do you think? Take these three out now or do you want to hear what they have to say? She asked silently, Lux's eyes not leaving the two goons and the leader. You know which one I want. You got the knife. Show a wolf what a lamb can do.

The same fang showing smirk from earlier returned to Lux's face, the muscles in her arms twinging just slightly in anticipation of everything suddenly turning into a bloody mess.

God, she loved being a Sith sometimes.

The side of Ambrosia's lips twitched up into a smirk as her pale violets looked sideways to give Lux a 'look.' 'Got her.'

She was quiet on her way to the room, following behind the gangsters and in step with Lux. She could feel a buzz running over her skin - excitement for what was about to happen.

'I don't care what she has to say,' Ambrosia replied back to Lux, facing the woman and her bodyguards without a change in expression. "Before I tell you, let me show you," Ambrosia offered, slowly moving her hand toward her pocket as to not spook the gangsters. She pulled her datapad from her belt, then stepped forward as if she was going to show the woman the screen.

Lux would know what was going to happen before it even did. The Force would suddenly thicken in the room, and just as the woman leaned forward to look at the screen, it would be violently slammed into her face. Blood splattered and a crack sounded as the gang leader's nose cracked under the Force-enhanced datapad punch.

Ambrosia immediately reached back and grabbed her stun baton with one hand, while the other pushed into the desk and helped to vault her over the surface. Her arm swung back and forward into the leader's skull, striking the woman with enough strength and stun to knock her clean out. Her men immediately went to arms, leaving it up to Lux to follow up.

Lux watched with thinly veiled glee as Ambrosia smashed her datapad into the woman’s nose, sending specks of blood and bone spewing across the floor. It was a firmly direct approach and Lux appreciated that.

There was no mood killer better than pussyfooting around.

Since it seemed like Ambrosia had the gang leader handled, Lux’s attention turned to the two mooks that stood in the room and flanked the leader on either side. By the stupefied looks on their faces and the noticeable delay in them taking up arms, it seemed they too were taken by surprise at the sudden confrontation.

Idiots. Clearly no one had ever taught them the number one rule of dealing with strangers: Expect the unexpected, and always assume they are going to try to kill you.

As the two guards started raising their blaster rifles to aim and fire at Ambrosia, Lux would raise her own hands in tandem. The force snaked out of her fingers and gripped the blasters, causing the two idiots to aim at each other as they pulled on the triggers. A smattering of blaster shots rang out and volleyed across the room, each guard popping off maybe three or four times before getting hit by the other’s fire and slumping into little more than crumpled heaps on the floor.

For good measure, Lux would reach out and snap both of their necks with the force, not wanting any undue surprises. Plus, she just liked hearing the sound of it. It was cathartic, like when kids got a hold of some really pristine bubble wrap.

With both of the guards dispatched, Lux turned her attention back to Ambrosia, unable to keep the smirk off of her face.

So are we willing the rest or recruiting them? Lux asked, brushing the proverbial dirt off her shoulder like she’d just finished something entirely mundane. Could be good to have some bodies around for things. But a clean slate might be good too. Less chance someone runs their mouth.

With a wave of her hand, Lux pulled the gang leader’s blaster pistol into her hand and stowed it away. Could come in handy later if a lightsaber would be too overt.

I vote for a clean slate, but we should be on the same page before we walk back out that door.

Pulling out her pack of cigarettes, Lux lit one absentmindedly, whistling just a bit of a tune between drags.

Having no desire to deal with the repercussions of the woman waking up, Ambrosia crushed the woman's skull under her boot. Though it was usually considered despicable to 'kick someone while they're down' - or kill them while they're unconscious - Ambrosia didn't care. In fact, she'd died asleep. It was a mercy as far as the Arkanian was concerned.

"I don't want witnesses," was Ambrosia's only response. "The dead don't speak," she added, giving 'Wolf' a knowing sort of smile. Though the Sith wasn't bloodthirsty by any means, she had zero qualms against killing. If it served them better to break a couple of necks, so be it.

"Clean slate it is." But they didn't have to go quite yet. Ambrosia took a seat in the former gang leader's chair, relaxing into the plush while 'Wolf' lit up a smoke. The room was soon filled with a smoky smell, covering up the sharp metallic stink of blood. Ambrosia looked at her datapad, trying to see if she'd be able to get the blood out of the crevices. Hopefully so, but if not... oh well.

"I wonder how big this compound is," she commented absentmindedly. She knew some of these places could go pretty deep underground. It was possible the gang wasn't occupying all of it for practical reasons.

Big enough for a start, Lux said idly, blowing smoke slowly out of her nose as she looked around the office for a few moments. She smirked at Ambrosia as the girl idly lounged in one of the chairs, finding it humorous how swiftly the girl had shifted from seemingly timid and quiet to busting open a woman's skull.

Remind me later to hire a droid to clean up the bodies when we are finished. That's not something I much feel like doing myself.

Finishing her cigarette, Lux bent down and put the butt out, digging it into the former boss of the Tunnel Snake's cheek to put it out. The smell of burnt flesh causing Lux's nostrils to flare, she felt a sudden rush of adrenaline as she stood back up and headed for the door.

Let's give our new place a fresh coat of paint, shall we?

Kicking open the door that lead back out to where the other snakes lie nestled in their soon-to-be former den, Lux was immediately greeted by two of them that had probably heard the gun fire and eventually decided to investigate. Reaching out with the force, she gripped one by the neck and slammed him head first into the ceiling - the sickening crunch of his neck snapping echoing morbidly off the duracrete.

Clearly not expecting to watch his comrade be killed so unceremoniously, the other Tunnel Snake's mouth suddenly hung agape, a look of absolute shock plastered over his stupid face. Rolling her eyes, Lux took a few swift steps forward, using her considerable Firrerrian strength, she struck directly at the man's throat.

The guy doubling over with a crushed windpipe, Lux followed up with a knee to his nose that sent him flying backwards. He wasn't dead he would be soon enough, given that he was currently thrashing around and choking to death.

After you, my little Lamb, She said, gesturing for Ambrosia to take the lead towards the sound of swiftly mobilizing snakes.

"Mm." Ambrosia did like to paint, and though red was far from what might find itself on one of her palettes, she'd make an exception in this case.

Ignoring Lux's little pet name for her, Ambrosia strode past the two limp bodies her friend had just eviscerated and descended upon those waiting. A wave of her hands slammed open the doors in front of them, revealing a room of rattling snakes drenched with the perfume of fear. Time seemed to slow down for Ambrosia as the two of them entered, a million eyes locked onto them across the room. She could feel the adrenaline in her veins as her eyes widened and her skin buzzed with anticipation. She was a wolf in sheep's clothing, and she would slaughter them where they stood.

Her hands flew out in front of her, sending out a Force push that knocked several of their assailants down. With another simple gesture, one of their guns flew to her open palm, and she sent out a series of blaster fire at some of those still standing. Some of her shots hit, incapacitating one, injuring a few and killing one more.

It was go time.
