DESCRIPTION
«When assembled, this particular lightsaber could be used in one of two modes: crescent or disc. In crescent setting, it would produce a single blade. When used as a disc, a second blade would appear—and do tremendous damage if spun around at any speed. It was a terrifying weapon when it was intact.» ―Dok-Ondar, to Karr Nuq Sin on a broken Inquisitor lightsaber he owned. This weapon was salvaged and cobbled together from the remains of an ancient Inquisitor lightsaber. Or sometimes known as "Imperial" or "Helicopter" lightsabers. Unlike it's strange nicknames, the saber does not in fact give it's wielder the ability to fly. How the Inquisitorius accomplished this strange and laughable feat remains unknown.
Having found the saber deep in a tomb on Moraband, relatively undamaged with the exception of a stolen kyber crystal - Gale decided to insert his own kyber from Rhen Var in combination with the purified red crystal recovered. The result was a yellow and white saber-staff, capable of a variety of functions. Though it does not outwarldy appear cobbled together, the internals leave quite a bit to be desire - unless Gale finds formal apprenticeship in lightsaber creation.
LEGALITY
Legal wherever lightsabers are legal. A lightsaber is usually only as dangerous as a vibroblade, and less dangerous than blasters. Yet it is also a rare and expensive item. It may draw unwanted attention on some worlds or from some individuals.
INTENT
To describe the lightsaber used by Gale throughout their Jedi career. Also meant as an upgrade on the existing, failing saber that Gale currently owns.
RESTRICTIONS
None; however, lightsabers aren't mass-produced and are usually one-of-a-kind.
