[fancybox4="https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/564x/f1/61/b3/f161b36548826e07da0edde111f44dca.jpg"]The dropship skimmed atop the treeline, slicing through the air silently as it burned its way to its destination. From a distance, the sheer lights of the gala could be seen twinkling like stars, a stark contrast to the pitch black of the night sky. The planet's natural beauty was wasted during this hour but Nayel imagined the view from the heights of the building alone made up for the perceived loss.

Not that he knew how the scenery would look before the party-goers, but he could imagine. The smell of expensive liquor, the sickening stench of perfume and the light chatter of politicians and nobles interacting with each other. The soldier simply looked away from the window and turned to the rest of Gorgon, seated and prepared for the mission. Dangerous men but he couldn't have asked for anybody else. . .except perhaps for someone who knew how to cook.

He imagined that good food would be on short hand very soon. Bringing up his tablet, he tapped the side of his helmet, notifying the rest of them to tune into the squad's internal channels. "Two, Five; heads up, this is your stop. Four, take us in slow and steady." The craft seemed to have lost its speed upon his orders, he couldn't tell: he didn't have the natural pilot's touch.

Tapping the screen of his tablet, the squad leader singled out the two operatives they were dropping off- Two was the oddball of the group, both with her gender and her background. While everyone was comfortable slugging rifles and grenades, she probably found it easier to trust in a good saber and the abstract concept of the Force. Nayel wasn't a believer, and dismissed it as old folk stories. He had much more important things to mull over than the purpose of such stories. He also didn't trust her to keep her cool- the Sith were notorious for their battle rage, so she was highly likely to put the team in danger than everyone else in the team. He wasn't exactly lying when he said he didn't appreciate her presence though: the reputation of the Sith alone was often a good reason for most individuals to cut loose and flee the scene.

And Five? Five was mandalorian, and followed his warrior's code. Predictable in a fashion, reliable. And also the grumpy one of the group. "We'll run this through one last time, so don't screw this up: One of the local House lord of the planet is hosting some sort of big gala, inviting all sorts of folks from around places. Even got some high-up government people from Aldera. We don't know the names and we don't need to know, not that we've been given the luxury. The point is!" He said, as the ship slowed its descent, the bay doors lowering to a grassy field. The draft from the engines made ripples in the sea of grasses, stirring the the edge of the woods at the distance.

"You make your way to the A.O, kill as many posh nobles as you can and then bug out to the coordinates. We'll pick you up last, so be prepared for to 'discourage' the curious." Nodding to the open doorway, they watched as the operatives disembarked to an open field ringed by thick woods. "Good luck." With that, the ship took altitude and blazed off, very soon a dark figure in the night sky. Just like that, they were gone. Gorgon Two and Five would find themselves deserted and two kilometers to the area of operations, north-west of their position. Between them? A good slog through wooded hills and light shrubbery.

And of course, because even for a planet which had forgone military action, they still had a shred of common sense: which entailed tight patrol routes, checkpoints and a small squad of the Republic's finest. No one said it was going to be an easy mission.

OOC: This is the first of Gorgon Team's mission threads. The maximum amount of players for the thread is 4 players, of which two have already been taken up by Gorgon Team. This means the Republic can send at most, 2 other players to attempt to stop the mission. No meta, no godmodding (If there is proof that any Gorgon personnel has meta/godmodded, they will be disqualified from the team immediately.) as I will be personally monitoring the progress of this thread. As always, this is a DEATH ENABLED thread, with CAPTURE allowed. As another note, the operatives will have entered UNDETECTED at the beginning of the mission, so the Republic characters CANNOT know immediately that Gorgon operatives are on site. What can happen however, is for the Republic characters to expect an assault/infiltration squad and therefore prepare for such an assumption. Other than that, anything that happens to Gorgon team after this is on the operatives themselves (i.e discovery, death etc.) [With exception of possible meta/godmodding].

That said, good luck, happy hunting and try not to disappoint your factions! @Ecclessey @Gian Greydragon , this is your thread. Do not disappoint

"Aye, understood, sir" she spoke, plainly to her, commander, whom she could just tell her presence annoyed him.

"Good." she though, cracking a wide grin at the man, before looking toward her partner; a Mandalorian. She had worked with the type before, never liked them much, but they made decent allies, turning her mind to the Echani she'd met that worked for the Death Watch. Like anyone looking inward toward Mandalorian culture, she wondered, if her partner knew him, or was, in some way, related to him. She'd nod at him, motioning that she was ready to jump, stepping backward, off the craft and free-falling, and landing on a branch, then jumping the rest of the way down to the forest floor.

Siobhan's staple wild grin didn't leave the framework of her face. She was upset to find out that they'd simply be infiltrating the party, and not attending, then attacking after cozying up to everyone. Although the prospect of jumping onto a dinner table amid a grand feast, to slaughter those seated, like her master had done as an assassin of the Sith, pleased her equally as much.

She donned a black set of Echani light armor, save the helmet, opting instead, for a checkered black shemagh, to cover her face. On her back was her Force-imbued Claymore, in a skeletonized sheathe consisting of a thin frame around the blade, keeping it's sharp edge from cutting what might come in contact with it. It appeared to be a normal weapon, perhaps a Vibroblade, but when Siobhan feeds the Force into her weapon, it glows a hideous crimson, like that of a Sith lightsaber. She also carried two lightsabers, with basket-hilts to protect her hands and wrists from disarming strikes. For a ranged sidearm, when the Force would not cut it, she carried a KAR-95 'Wolverine' blaster rifle, fitted with a large bladed bayonet. This hung on a sling, resting on her left right thigh.

She checked her compass, and turned to the direction in which the estate was situated, and took the first steps forward. "Oi, ye ready, darlin'?" she asked her partner, walking at a slow enough pace for one to catch up.

Barr hadn't conversed much during the flight over. It had been a long time since he had actually set foot on a field of battle and no one was ever completely comfortable returning to one. Alderaan was nice, the vegetation reminding him of jungle warfare and survival expeditions of decades ago. Those times, however, he had worn camouflaged armor.

The teal-colored plates of his signature Mandalorian CCT-armor that he wore today were in stark contrast with the grassy fields and the autumn forests, and yet in the darkness of a nighttime forest he seemed to melt slightly into the background. Never as much as his companion, ofcourse, though that wasn't a surprise. "Check," he said to her in reply as the small F105 drone rushed passed them and into the forest towards the gala. Having the drone around meant that they could eliminate any surprise encounters with nearby patrols. Seeing that they were just two, and tasked with mass murder of dozens, not getting surprised by a superior force seemed like a good first move. "No antics," Barr checked and reloaded his rifle with the swiftness of a practised rifleman, "Let's be efficient foremost and retreat into deep cover." His belt was stacked with more than his usual firepower, including two MZ-99 and three frag grenades intended to let off in the midst of a dancing crowd. The idea that he was about the slaughter innocents didn't see too well with him, yet it was a necessary evil to enduce conflict on a larger scale. It was the latter the Moff of Raxus truly craved. The only reason why he had become Gorgon-five in the first place.

"Aye. No antics." she said in response to her partner, and turned back to the front, bringing her own rifle to bear, checking to make sure the battery pack was in a secure position. She was no soldier, and didn't claim to be. Her understanding of firearms came about out of necessity, like her master before her, and would do away with them completely if they were not the most widely used weapons in the galaxy. She found one recently on the black market for a reasonable price, and took to practicing with it, just months ago, and had a decent working knowledge of it's intricacies. Even if it wasn't a weapon she favored, she knew how to operate it fairly well.

About half of the way to their party, they'd see the light beams from the flashlights of the guards up ahead, as they shined through the trees. They were a good ten meters away, and likely wouldn't spot them from their lights alone, through the heavy brush. Stopping, and making sure not to make too much noise, she held up a closed fist, motioning to stop. "We've got company. Take them out, or move around them?" she whispered into her commslink, to Barr.

"Captain." Braedon could never understand why he always ended up at functions like this. First there was the party back on Tython (which had gone ever so well), and now here. If there had been nothing out of the ordinary the Thrysian was sure that he'd have departed long before now.

But it hadn't taken the man long to realize that there was something wrong there. Among the guests were fully fledged Republic soldiers, as well as the usual two-bit security personal that usually frequented events like these. Sticking out like sour thumbs due to their armour, it hadn't taken long at all before Braedon had approached the soldiers and been told why they were present. Apparently the Noble who was hosting the event had been paranoid enough to bring them in after he had received word on the possibility of an attack. They themselves doubted that anything would come of it, but Braedon had been attacked too many times to dismiss even the slightest rumor.

"Everything's dead-on normal, Master Jedi. Just as you'd expect." The 10 men team was headed by Captain Wolpert, a confident enough soldier in Braedon's own opinion, "If I may say sir. Relax, enjoy the festivities. We have this covered." even if he was a little overconfident. "The approaches are secure?" "As secure as could be, got 6 of my men watching over the security, no one's getting in here tonight. Even if they do though, they'll have to deal with us won't they." Perhaps the man was trying to be funny. Either way, the Thrysian was hardly amused.

"The second you even think something might be wrong..." "I come to you. I understand Master Jedi." No matter how good the soldier might have been, Braedon couldn't help but remember the last times that he had thought himself safe. Even Ilum itself hadn't been free from the dangers of the Death Watch, what was to make him think that Alderaan would be any better.

As it was, however, the man had little else to do than try and join the gala, and hope that his fears would come to naught.

Maximus sat at a tale drinking some wonder full local wine made from the great fruits of the one of the most pacifist planets in the republic. That all so meant Maximus stood out wearing his full dress uniform and his standard gear. Though most was hidden under his tunic his swords stuck out the bottom. Something people all ways forgot about the Echani was they where just as militaristic as the mandolrians, they just had the self confidence in them selfs that they did not have to boast about it.

Still the party was boring and if nothing interesting happened he would have his droid bring his ship down so he could leave. Maybe go to party where the people under stood the beauty in the art of hand to hand combat.

Barr signalled to wait and focused his attention to the drone's video feed. Small as it was it had already slipped passed the guard detail and was approaching the party to discover a hiccup in the Gorgon team's plan. "The security is tighter than the citadel on Ziost," the Moff of Raxus frowned. It was highly unusual that such a leasurely event was this well-protected, especially considering her comfortable position in the Republic Core. Gorgon Team operated deep behing enemy lines yet tonight it felt as if they had doubled back and found themselves back on the front. Fortunately Barr had chosen to wear his CCT-armor or his chances of completing the task at hand would've been very slim. "Silent and quick," he told Gorgon-two as the blade extended from his right wrist and the Mandalorian moved slowly to position himself behind the walking patrol. Moving around them wasn't an option when there was so much security on scene. Barr needed his hands on one of their comm units and draw the protectors out.

In surprisingly silent footsteps despite the armor, Barr rushed up behind the patrol and dropped the first man unceremoniously with his left hand in front of his mouth and the blade firmly lodged in his spine. The guard was dead before he quite knew what had happened and the surprise together with the silent approach left the tight-grouped patrol of six unable to promptly react. The wristblade was pulled back along Barr's forearm as he moved passed the dead guard and lunged the extending blade into another before the landing of the first on the dried leaves made the others turn. "Hey! Don't make such a-" eyes bulged as the flashlights illuminated the lifeless body of their comrade, "Force-sensitive Bantha, Mickey!"

Trusting that Gorgon-two would take out her share, Barr lunged at and shoved the blade into the third guard's heart while he tackled him to the ground. This man wore a different uniform Barr knew wasn't simple Alderaanian security, no he wore Republic armor and must've been put in charge to make sure the patrols walked the right routes. With the patrol taken out Barr took another look at the drone's video-feed and recognized some of the uniforms, "I see an Echani Admiral, a Republic Captain and..Frack, a Jedi among the guests." The Mandalorian went silent for a moment as he stared at the feed, but considering what people he hailed from he made the only decision that was logical. "I'll discract the Jedi. You take out the party." Ofcourse he needed to test whether he still had the skills of his youth, and whom better to test them against than a Jedi knight who are so feared among the Sith Lords.

Then, taking the commlink from the dead Republic guard, Barr spoke over the preset channel to Captain Wolpert. "Good evening Republic soldiers. I am a Mandalorian from clan Wren and the Moff of Raxus. If that Jedi does not come to the field two clicks to the south-east to fight me, I'll have my forces decimate your host's grounds and wipe all his guests from existence. Consider this a peaceful way to prevent more deaths."

@Jinan B wanted to fight me so I'm giving him a chance for a fair one-on-one. I expect all parties in the PvP to behave in a civil manner and all issues can be brought to me on Skype in the Republic Faction Chat. As the security is overly excessive for a party on a Core world I'm hoping the defending forces will agree to two simple one-versus-one fights, the distance between the two fights being too big to make it 2-versus-1. If the wounds aren't too grievious and the winners of their respective fights are of opposing teams and want to continue, we'll get the survivors in another 1-versus-1..

The thread is closed to further participants.

Siobhan listened and followed suit, as Barr took three of the patrolmen down quickly with his wrist blades, she pressed forward to the other three, feeding the blade of her Force Claymore with dark energies just before slicing through the abdomen of a guard, bisecting him across the waist. She'd rush the other two, sending one flying into a thick Alderaanian Oak, severely snapping his spine on impact. She giggled at the loud cracking and snapping that came along with a pained grunt from the guard, as the last man stood in fear of the Sith and her partner. "Came to tha wrong party, lad." she said before using the Force again to slowly choke the life from him.

Looking back at her partner, she heard him speaking into the comms, demanding the Jedi to come out to him. A balls-y moved, she thought, but she nonetheless respected him. She continued forward, shrouding her Force Signature, as she continued up toward the party, under the cover of darkness. Now, with the party being only about 100 meterss from her, she tucks her red locks underneath he shemagh, to allow her to adorn her faceless Echani helmet, a stark black, faceless helmet, with opaque eye ports, giving only the outline of her skull. Her hair fit tightly within the helmet be managed. One sure thing, if someone were to see Siobhan, they'd have no conceivable way to accurately determine her allegiances, as her armor bore no insignia.

Quickly moving around the outside of the visible perimeter, she'd attempt to enter through the rear and spring her attack there. Moving through the woods, swiftly, she kept a watchful eye on the security that held the walls. Once she was at the furthermost eastern point of the compound, she'd move silently toward a security entrance, gripping tightly her Wolverine Blaster rifle, as she leapt upward onto a tree branch, coverig her with foliage, and granting her a vantage point, to see inside the party. As she'd remained undetected, she'd aimed to continue to do so. Once that Jedi decided to leave the party, she'd spring from her position and descend upon the unlucky fools that were guarded within.

Hardly a second passed before Captain Wolpert found him once more. "Master Jedi, Scarecrow's patrol just lit up." The Thrysian turned to the man in alarm, his heart sinking as he realized that his fears wouldn't be for naught after all. "Where were they?"

"Guarding the Eastern Approach." Braedon couldn't see the man though his helmet, but he could tell that he was concerned even under his commanding exterior. "There were 6 men on that patrol and they were taken out in a few seconds sir, we're dealing with a powerful group at best." Blast...

"What's your frequency?" He took out his comlink, tapping into the frequency that the Republic soldiers were on, only for Wolpert to suddenly freeze as someone began to speak on the channel.

"...Wren and the Moff of Raxus. If that Jedi does not come to the field two clicks to the south-east to fight me, I'll have my forces decimate your host's grounds and wipe all his guests from existence. Consider this a peaceful way to prevent more deaths.""

"Sir..." Braedon said nothing for a few moments. This party had most certainty taken a turn for the worse, but were his hunters so persistent that they would track him to this party in order to kill him, or was there perhaps some other reason that the Moff of his Homeworld had shown up? For some reason Braedon doubted it. He pressed a button on his comlink, opening the channel for him to speak.

"Moff of Raxus... If it's me that you want, then I will find you at that field. I trust that you will spare the rest of this party once I do. We cannot let it be said that the men of Raxus are without honor, can we?" He broke off the communication, before addressing the Republic Captain once more.

"Whatever force this man has won't be able to be dealt with by you group alone. Get the rest of your men into the manor, until you can tell them face to face what frequency to change to you can't give them any further orders.... The guests will be in danger even if I leave, you'll need to find a way to get them out of here." The Thrysian's brain had kicked into overdrive, trying to find a way that would keep the guests at the party out of the life threatening situation that he had put them in. He put no trust into a man who would threaten innocents in order to get to him, nor did he trust any close associated of the Sith, if he wasn't a Sith himself.

"We don't know where the enemy are, for all we know I'll be leading them into an ambush when we evacuate."

"Them keep them all here where you can protect them. You're better versed in these manners than I am Captain, but their lives are in your hands now." He put his hand on the man's shoulder, hoping that he could provide some amount of reassurance. "This is what you were training for, right?" The Captain seemed almost rallied by the statement. "Of course sir! I won't let you down."

The Thrysian made his way towards the door, only to be stopped at the threshold by Wolpert once more. He held a Blaster Pistol out in front of him "18 rounds sir, I hope it helps you." He took the weapon with his thanks, before attacking it to his belt alongside his Lightsabers. He quickly found and fetched his faceplate, before leaving his Jedi robe behind and leaving the manor. He began to make his way Southeast, hoping against hope that he would only be facing the Moff himself when he arrived.

// OOC: I'm continuing now since Andrew hasn't posted and its a week later \\

The F105 drone captured the Jedi leaving on his video feed as well as the rushed orders from the Republic captain to move both the partygoers as his soldiers inside. Barr witnessed it through the uplink with mild satisfaction, seeing as his plan had somewhat succeeded and his force-sensitive companion could now finish the job without Jedi interference. Still, there was the issue of the lightsaber-wielding defender of the Republic that needed to be taken care off. "Don't lecture me on honor, Knight of Bau Zo." Barr said over the comm in reply to the Jedi Knight that had accepted his challenge. Jedi Lord Bau Zo had been well known to disregard honor and drove the Jedi Order, just like public opinion, against his crusade. The fall-back that it caused, the Jedi that he drove to the darkside had to this very day decimated the Jedi Army leaving it a mere shell of his original self. Mentioning that name would hopefully stirr some frustration with the knight.

It was a short walk back to the field for him and he'd be there waiting for his chance to prove once and for all that the Moff of Raxus might be old, but still has what it takes to defeat the strongest threat to Mandalorian dominance. The Jedi had corrupted life in the Galaxy for too long. They had driven proud people away from warfare and towards coexistence, but not any longer. Barr and his brother would start at Mandalore and then return the entire galaxy to its proper state. Challenging a Jedi knight to a duel was just a way to test his resolve.

The field was dark, despite the starry sky, and Barr was thankful for the nightvision feature of his helmet. Without it he might never have seen his opponent coming. "Gorgon-two," the Mandalorian spoke to the commlink with his partner as he loaded his rifle and readied himself for the arrival of the Jedi, "Trash the place."

Gorgon two, as she was known to this lot, would acknowledge the order from her teammate, with a short, "Aye," before leaping through the air, over the rear gate, onto a guard positioned there, jostling the leaves, shooting fear up the spines of the guards at the entrance. They'd turn, thrusting forth their rifles, to see only leaves fall from branches, though no threat was visible, due to her all-black armor. The men would dismiss it as an animal in the trees, up until the Sith Berserker landed, driving the basket-hilt of one of her lightsabers, down heavily onto a guard's unprotected skull, resulting in a satisfying crunch on contact.

Without much time to react, the other guard, a few moments away, fired his blaster at the Sith, who ignited both of her crimson blades, in time to block the two shots that the terrified soldier fired, haphazardly at the Sith, the majority of his volley passing by the Sith, and into the wall behind her. The shots were directed back into the man's chest, killing him, instantaneously. After disposing of the two guards, she planted an Ion detonator, with a five second delay at the gate, to collapse the entrance, and prevent anyone from leaving the party early. Priming the detonator, Siobhan dashed forward, to engage more guards and, make her way to the dance floor, to 'mingle' with the guests.

"The rrreal party has arrived, gents!" She shouted as she came upon a group of five guards, rolling her tongue, playfully, a small ways in from the exit, who had heard the two shots ring out, and were going to investigate, only to encounter Siobhan, who would become a blur of crimson, as her blades blocked and deflected blaster bolts, into the guards and a few civilian patrons in the process. It was at this moment, the Alderaanians knew; they done goofed.

While this brought life to the party. Thank fully the attack probably a sith by the look of him was focused on the guards maximums blending in to the crowed. "Z1 bring the ship in we have a issue" the droid beeped and booped in response. But right now there was a bigger issue and that was the mad man making short work of the guards. "bloody weak fools he mumbled to him self as he stood up

Drawing his sword he called out to the attacker. "don't you grow tired of slaughtering the weak and feeble?" Wearing Echani armour he worded who the attacker was. Not that mattered all that much he had no illusion of diplomacy his keen eye picking up the brutal nature of there attackers fighting style, no this would end in a fight so the sword came out and so did the scabbard since it was still use full in blocking the odd lightsabre strike "Why don't we dance, after all this is a dance floor?"

His withered face and long air did not hide his face. Maximums was a old warrior some would say retired but he was not quivering and unlike the guards there was no look of terror on his face. He stared at the attack but he was no fool, the bar area was close in case he had no honour and resorted to blasters. Though based on the how the attacker fought he would probably leap head first in to this duel.

Braedon did not bother to answer the Mandalorian's accusation. He was still new to the order, and the name of Bau Zo meant next to nothing to him. The man had been the Lord of the Jedi Knights, he knew, but why Barr Wren would use such an affiliation in the way that he did was beyond the Thrysian's knowledge. Instead he made his way slowly towards the field that had been specified, allowing his Force Enhanced Senses to acclimatize to the darkness so that he would be able to fight effectively, and making sure that he was not heading into a trap even more blindly than he already knew he was.

"Hostiles in the perimeter! Archer is down. I repeat, Archer is down." The sounds of battle and screaming came through Braedon's com-link in lieu of the Mandalorian's speech, making the man realize that he had been tricked in order for the party to be more easily attacked. He was already where he was wanted, however, and could see the Moff of Raxus before him. It was too late to go back and help the nobles who were under attack, but he would be able to make sure that the man responsible would pay for his underhanded tactics.

He turned off the communicator, in order to better focus on the battle ahead, before taking Lamentation from the spot on his belt where it was stored. He did not light the weapon, however, instead opting to speak to the man who he knew he would be fighting soon enough. Whether he would respond the Thrysian could not say, but even if he choose to attack it was an opportunity that he did not wish to pass up. "In my youth I was always told that Mandalorians were an honorable people, yet you choose to attack innocent civilians behind my back? Did the Sith order you to do this, then? Are you that much of a lapdog that you're willing to forego your culture in order to do their bidding?" Braedon's voice was cold, as he waited for his enemy to respond.

"Do not speak of something you don't understand." Barr replied angrily, for he knew the salty truth in the Jedi's words, "I am here to fight you, Jedi knight, and by fighting I honor my clan for it is better to fight than to stay idle and let you force sensitives ruin the galaxy." Yelling those words across the field made him feel justified being part of Gorgon, despite its dubious assigment here on Alderaan, and having no intention of letting some form of doubt slip into his words this jedi could take advantage of, Barr shouldered his rifle.

The distance between them was still a good thirty meters, too far to effectively hit the target with a pistol for a basic shooter yet an experienced lifelong soldier holding a precision rifle could easily pick and choose the bodyparts to hit. Thus Barr pulled the trigger in single-burst mode four times aiming his first at the Jedi's shins and then upwards letting the last reach the Jedi's position at eye-height. It wasn't meant to kill, rather to see what the opponent would do when faced with energy bolts he could not deflect. The Mandalorian in his teal-colored armor was expecting the worst against a foe that could wield the Force and was anxious to know how heavily the Jedi relied on these mystical powers.

Gorgon 2 grinned wildly under her translucent visor at the Echani, who drew a blade. No doubt of a lightsaber resistant material. If not that, than the scabbard at the very least was. She took note of the pale skin. She took note of the man's prepared stance, and surmised that he was probably proficient with that weapon, but she had the advantage of being half his age. She'd be foolish to drop her guard, instead, disengaging a single lightsaber, in her right hand, planting on her belt, and cocked her head to the side, gazing directly into the man's eyes. He could not see the murderous grin crackling across her face, but he could certainly feel her gaze.

"Well, what're ye gunna do with that poker, pappy? Someone get ther peepaw 'fore he reaches an 'arly expirrration!" she jests, loudly as the group of five ran through their line of sight. Using three rapid, wide-sweeping strikes of Shii-Cho to strike and dismember what ever limbs were available, only a few suffering fatal wounds, their blood-curdling screams filling the ear drums of everyone in their immediate vicinity. When the last of them falling to the ground in agony, she looked again into the man's eyes, this time at about 8 meters away from the man's original position.

"Ah didn't kill them. Most of them." she said before pulling her rifle to bear with her dominant right hand, and firing at the Echani from her hip, toward his shin and thigh, as she fired from in a rising pattern, only to drop the rifle again and move in for melee, with her guard up, and hand ready to call upon the Force to aid her.

Maximums doubt she based on her voice would let any body live. If she could she woild probable kill the wounded when she had the time and do it slowly. Either way he had no need to talk. Her movements where both methodical of a trained style and in acted with the rage of a wounded beast.

The shots from the rifel where expected. He him self would not shoot her to die by his own weapon. But he would not die by her weapons either. Jumping clear towards the bar to his right, the shots all ready aimed low slamed in to the ground. Before she even lowerd her rifle several shot glasses and a bottlel of Tradoshian death liquoer was set flying towards the sith, sent that way would a at first slow then lightning fast swing of the back side of his sword. Maximums him self moving left again his species fighing style being based on mobility and he did not want to end up trapped between the bar and a sith.

The Thrysian's lips turned into the slightest of smiles at the Mandalorian's angry response. Clearly, he had struck a nerve, though whether it would help him in the fight ahead remained to be seen. The emerald beam that was Braedon's Lightsaber blade emerged from it's hilt the second that he saw his opponent move into a firing position, before it was brought quickly across in order to block the first three bolt sent his way. It was only when the first shot connected with his blade that he realized that the Mandalorian was not using any kind of usual weapon, but instead a particle beam weapon. It was lucky that he had already spotted where the other shots would land, and so all he needed to do was continue to move his weapon in the same way he had already planned. Otherwise he might have been hit by one of the shots that he struggled to see. As well as that, his Soresu was not built upon redirection in the same way that Shien was and so it barely mattered that he would not be able to reflect the shots anyway. In order to not be hit by the 4th and last shot, the man simply took a step to the right and let it hit a tree behind him.

The man knew that he needed to close the distance between the two fighters quickly if he wanted to use any of his weapons effectively, and so he began to sprint towards his opponent. After his very first step, however, he took his old Sith Lightsaber into his left hand, and threw it at his opponent. He doubted that even a marksman like the Wren would be able to aim effectively while dodging the weapon at the same time, which would hopefully give him a bit of time to get into striking distance. To make sure that it wouldn't be easy for the man to dodge either, Braedon focused and used the Force to push the blade even move quickly towards his opponent. Under normal circumstances the Thrysian wouldn't have used his old Lightsaber, but he needed to defeat the man quickly, and he was willing to do whatever was needed to make sure that he could get back to the party in time to help the soldiers defending it.

Barr wasn't surprised to see a combination of sidestepping and lightsaber defense, yet the ease at which the Jedi parried four immediately following shots with consecutive actions made the Mandalorian instantly alert for active Force powers. A naturally defensive reflex had him therefore able to respond adequately to the Jedi's next move. The moment the lightsaber went into the air at thirty meters the color wasn't even registered by the experienced warrior, focusing only on the fact that it was a lightsaber, as he let go of the rifle's grip with his right hand and extended the wristblade in a forward low lunging movement. The speed increase of the lightsaber barely being factored in, Barr still managed to put the wristblade against the hilt of the swinging lightsaber due to the distance it had to travel, cutting it through half due to the sharpness of the blade and the saber's own terrific speed. The red flash died instantly as the hilt landed scattered behind the Mandalorian in the grass.

With a flick the wristblade disappeared back into the forearm protection of the CCT-armour, before Barr's right hand again found the rifle. Low to the ground due to the lunge, he planted his right knee in the grass and quickly resumed fire on the approaching Jedi who was now just over twenty meters away. This time, however, his left thumb flipped a switch and changed the fire selector to a 3-round burst in order to surprise the Jedi and further limit his actions. Sprinting and until a second ago focusing on Force powers, the likelyhood the Jedi would manage to succesfully defend against three times three shots, the first high, the second low and the third high again was slim.

Siobhan would stop her advance, as the man bound away. He was quick for an old codger, that was for sure. she'd take that into account. Having, in no time, sent a bottle of liquor and several shot glasses. Siobhan chuckled a bit, as she let the bottle pass by her and break over the head of a cowering women, and then, cut the shot glasses down with exquisitely precise weapon handling. She dashed forward, using her natural quickness, to close the distance, toward the Republic Admiral. She'd begin her assault with a hefty Force push, as she got with in two meters of her enemy and has been using her own physical abilities without the use of the Force thus far, following up with a quick dash forward, to follow up the Force attack with a diagonal slash going upward from his left hip to his right shoulder, then followed up with a strike on the opposite side in the same fashion.

Maximums let the force push, push him away. He may be old but he still trained daily, as he landed he rolled with the flow tumbling along though it must of look comical at the end Maximums was on 2 feet, just. As the first strike came in he warrior reflexes kicked in and blocked it with the sheath of his sword before he staggered back wards to both doge the second strike and regain his footing after the push. As the blade on his right moved past him Maximums moved to his right standing to his attackers left flank
