Iowa is the future birthplace of one James Tiberius Kirk.
I'll give you a moment to retract your comment.
Except a) I knew that and b) I didn't care because it's a fictional character.
Wow Sheo, this was entertaining. I usually don't like sharing personal information like this, but if Sheo doesn't give a shit, neither do I.
Ok, other side of the story folks (I could still be a gold digging bitch, so don't hold your breathe):
I barely talk to Sheo anymore. We became, 'just friends' a while ago. We were never engaged. We talked about marriage, we talked about lots of stuff. It was a serious relationship, for a week. I didn't want to be in a relationship with him. I have lots of complications in my life.
Me and my really good friend who I've known waaaaay longer than Sheo happens to be a Marine. He wants to help me out. If it ever happens, a marriage with him would be a business contract basically, and that was very clear between me and my friend. There wouldn't be a real wedding for Sheo to yell 'gold digger' at. My friend and I would see other people, etc. And If either of us ever wanted to really get married to someone we love romantically then we'd get divorced of course. Sheo didn't want to hear any of it and then proceeded to say, "Go **** yourself, have an awesome time don't speak to me anymore you stupid ****ing lazy bitch." THAT was really out of the blue since he has never talked like that to me before or anything.
It was a normal conversation up until that point and I really thought he was my really good friend. I thought what he said was very childish and so I guess this thread means he disagrees.
Obviously he wanted things to be more serious between the two of you than you did. I can't really blame him for reacting that way. I mean, obviously he was really serious about the relationship when it was happening, and obviously (even if perhaps naively at that point) thought about marriage some point. So to hear you say that you were going to marry someone and call it a "business contract?" That would piss anyone off, since marriage isn't supposed to be a business contract.
