I made an account back in February when I saw "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" but couldn't get into it due to classes, work, and a needy girlfriend. Now that one of those has become The Past I have much more time to RP and look forward to role playing with yall guys! May the Force be with Yall!

Welcome to the site! Honestly if you want to join a faction just go with what seems better to you, and if you want to join one there's a recruitment page in each the factions forums.

It's simple, really.
Step one: create character profile.
Step two: have Marf approve your profile.
Step three: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET MARF TO APPROVE U THE FIRST TIME SO TAKE HER ADVICE.
Step four: Wait for it.
Step 5: Wait a bit longer.
Step 6: Change that one trait that didn't make sense.
Step 7: Congradulations! You've joined a faction!

To be honest with you, that's exactly what happened to me, but I think that my situation is similar to many others in regards to character creation, cus i've read quite a few profiles.
Anyways, welcome! If you needs the help, start a conversation and I'll help you. If you need help with a signature, any idea for some rp'ing, I'll help.
Meanwhile, I'll just sit in the corner, waiting for the rest of the guys in my thread to post.

If you don't yet have a character, you'll need to hop on over to the Character Profiles and fill out the character template. Once you've done that, you can sign up for your faction of choice. We have:

The Sith Brotherhood - Lords of the Sith Sign-Up, if you intend to make a Sith. Or the Sacred Band of Ziost Sign-Up, if you want to make a non Force sensitive soldier type to serve the Sith war machine.

The Republic - Galactic Senate Sign-Up, if you're looking to play a Senator. Or the Border Alliance Sign-Up if playing a Republic trooper type is more your pace.

And last but not least, the Jedi - Jedi Sign-Up.
