This is some most helpful links. Hopefully Ky'ra (the planet this species is from) will be as flourishing as it was a long, long time ago. I must tell you, the crystal caverns there are incredibly beautiful! Almost on par with Ilum, but nothing really matches up to Ilum. Hope you guys like sand!

I suggest you use google docs myself. That auto-save function can be a lifesaver.

I am curious though, what's this species like?

both need to be approved before they can be used - but that wont stop you from making a character and breaking in and getting more cozy with how things work! Your allowed up to 6 characters so there is nothing holding you back from a few alts to play with. or you can familiarize yourself with the rules, and pieces of information that cover this era, or the several other timelines that have occurred in the sites history. So there is no rush if you dont want to

the boards themselves should not be closed for much longer, the cleanup and revamp is nearly done. Im hesitant to give a date, but I'm going to say some time this weekend or early next week is a decent ballpark guess on when things should be ready to go.

You seem super creative and fun! I can tell you're going to help us all to have a great time :)

I would however, check to make sure there is not something that may already work for you specie-wise, I'm confident there are more than a couple animal-like humanoids, and I'm certain I've seen dogs in the mix somewhere! With so many different cultures and heritages to choose from, you'd might as well Wookieepedia it out my brotha!
