Gordon left to retrieve the flash light as the other two went and started to gather what weapons remained and the scattered ammon on the floor, only managing to find a couple intact boxes of ammo that werent damaged. By the time Gordon got back with the flashlight, he saw West with a large, steel box.

"Whatcha got there?"

He asked, coming closer to take a better look, seeing it was still closed, possibly locked with some sort of contraptipn on it. He could possibly get it open with the tools he had out in his truck.

"Well, it appears we have a box. Made of metal. So I assume then it isn't a box. A container?"

West pulled the box out of its former keep, he started to look it over.

"I suppose we could use one of your tools. I can't use any of the pistols though. Saw it on tv once that low caliber weapons don't work on locks... but shotguns... nah, we better bring it back to the station and work on it there. Right now I'd rather get things cleared up here. Besides, we'll let the group find out with us."

Placing the .45 on top of the bax he used two hands to bring it out to the truck and placed it on the floor on the passengers side. Heading back into the store to help with the excavation of guns and ammo he stood by the door.

"Hey, didn't Alphonze say we should look for barricade material. How about this door?"

While Danny was devouring a bag of Funyuns and a Fruit Punch Powerade he turned to Alphonze.

"Shouldn't we have issued police walkie talkies to the other guys to keep in contact with them? Hang on, does there truck have a CB? My car which is the police lock up had a CB I stole from a Peterbuilt. We can use it to commune with them."

"Looks sturdy, lets take it. I think they might have some more stuff in the back."

Gordon said, going over to the hinges of the door and managing to loosen up the screws in the hinges with his screwdriver in his pouch, managing to slid it off hits hinges and into his grip and slid it through the glass door and onto its side in the back of the truck. He figured that might do for now, as he realized the police station wasent littered with multiple doors and windows leading outside.

OOC: Mulluns, it's a wooden door. Kelly, if you leave there will be less people here :(.

West slid into the passenger seat. He had picked up the hockey stick before coming here and it now sat across his lap, his legs up more since he was setting them on the metal box. Not uncomfortable but he'd have to slide his feet to the right before he got out next.

OOC: My bad. Post Edited.

IC: When he saw the other three loaded all the weapons and ammo they could get, and that West was in the truck, Gordon went towards the drivers seat, hoped in, and started the truck up.

"Lets hit it!"

He then gently turned the truck around so he wouldent swirve the others out of the truck and then began to drive back to the station, seeing that there was little to no life in the streets.

"Dem Zombies must be active more during the night..."

Indeed the town was quiet; almost as if the zombie infestation hadn't occured. However, a disturbing factor was the ash from bonfires, and corpses of dead zombies and humans lining the street. A chill seemed to run through the car and the police station as the first signs of rain crept up on the cold night air...

Danny found his way to the basement, near the cells. But he went into a storage closet. There he found old police equipment from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. He found a 1975 CB radio. He took the battery and wired the exposed wiring around the knobs of the battery, allowing the radio to come to life. If the truck had a CB, they would hear his voice as he passed through various frequencies.

"Away team, this is Danny do you hear me?"

Unfortanetly, Gordon's truck didnt have a CB radio, as it had just a normal radio for listening to music or broadcasts. He he continued to drive, he noticed the sky getting a bit cloudy as rain started to pour, getting the three in the back wet as Gordon and West remained dry inside the front seats. He was curious what was in that metal box, as it must of had something good if it was hidden. They would soon find out once they unloaded all there gear, as Gordon pulled up to his original spot at the Police Station, taking the keys out of the truck.

Far in the distance; the rain smashed upon the shoulders of a hulking figure. It moved very slowly, being followed by many others. From the city these thousands came. And soon, those thousands became hundreds of thousands.

Danny was out and about by the window, with a pair of binoculars after not hearing from Gordon. He looked for the truck, but saw a endless legion of the undead.

Unaware of what was coming there way, Gordon got out of the truck as he started to take what pieces of baricade material he picked up and started to bring it in while the other three that were with him and West started to grab the weapons, which consisted of a few handguns and magnums, and only two bolt action rifles and one 12 gauge. Gordon hoped they had found some weapons here in the station...

Speaking of which, that Fancy girl and that Inmate must have been back from the store with some food and drinks. He thought he get a quick bite before he got to work on baricading the windows and doors as he headed on into the police station with his tool box.

West brought in the metal case first. Hefting it from the ground he began slowly bringing into the police station. One inside, and drenched, he plopped it onto the same table as the map. Stepping to the side so the group could clearly see it, he spoke.

"Ladies and Gentlmen. I present to you... a locked metal case!"

Danny looked as the gun team arrived with the "goods". He inspected it and found mags, two bolt action rifles, and a 12 gauge. They also had a silver metal case.

"Nice."

Danny took one of the bolt action rifles and began inspecting it. He loaded a cartridge and looked out the window. An undead who appeared to be at one time a Wal-Mart employee came forward. Danny aimed at the zombie and fired. The round sung through the air and nailed the zombie in the neck, killing it.

After dropping off his tool box in the map room, Gordon headed right to where the food was, and found a rathery tasty already made sandwich. Oh, it looked good, considering Gordon hasent ate for about 20 hours, and this sandwich, topped with sliced turkey, swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes... Oh yeah... He was about to take a bte out of it before he heard a gunshot ring outside.

"What in sam hell?!"

Then he realized that someone must have picked up one of the guns he and West got and was just "Testing it", So long as no one wastes any ammo, it was all good. He then started to head back to the map room, eating his sandwich along the way.

Alphonze returned from one of the officer's rooms, spotting a nice assortment of food placed on the table next to the door. Taking no time in getting a soda, Alphonze nearly choked when he dropped two orange items on the table in the briefing room. Clearing his throat, the man looked at the firearms brought in; as well as a metal case.

"Good to see you finished your mission. Though, I wonder..."

The field medic looked at the metal case, grazing his fingers along the steel surface. Knocking on it a couple of times, his face suddenly perked up.

"Open this; quickly. I have a good hunch..."

"Alright."

Gordon said, his mouth half full as he swallowed it and set his sandwich aside and went to his tool box. After opening it, he small, thin like tool that he usualy used to open locked doors that he either lost the key too or if he needed to get on the other side. Unfortanetly, it didnt work on alot of locks, but fortanetly, this was one lock that would accept it.

"Just gotta turn this around here a bit..."

After several minutes of turning and twittering around with the lock, a snap was heard and the lock was unhinged. Once it was unlocked, he but it in the middle of the table for all to see what it contained.

"And i present to you..."

He said, opening the box...

The silver case opened, and inside was a sight to make Alphonze cry.

Along with the padding, an M16, cleaned and polished to perfection, lay undisturbed along with a small box of ammunition.

"You've got to be kidding..."

OOC: Not to be picky, but what model is it? Is it the old Vietnam era one or A2, A3, A4?

West dipped his hands gingerly in his hands. Setting the but against his right shoulder he picked up the magazine and placed it into the reciever. Pulling back the bolt and letting it slide forward it gave a small clack. West, couldn't help but smile as he thumbed the rifle off safe to semi-auto.

"This... this is a god send."
