The Twi'lek couldn't stand still. Something was in the air, something was going on and she wasn't privy to it. That bothered her. That made her angry. She quickly turned on one of the passengers and started to beat their face in with her fist. She screamed wildly as she did so. She stopped after a few swings, and shoved him away, going to the wall and planting her fist against it. "I want this situation handled. NOW!" She shouted into her communicator. The other pirates in the room with her were slowly starting to wish they could be outside instead of in here. The passengers were all by hysterical as they tried to tend to the man's wounds. Rhia flicked the saber on and off as she paced back and forth across the room. She just knew it was Jedi. It had to be...and she would exact her revenge on them one at a time...

Elsewhere the first patrol of pirates was approaching the breach in the ship. Red lights coated the white hallways, and they kept their automatic rifles close to them. These three were not Force Sensitive, however, as it was Rhia's policy to keep those guys for the last line of defense. Why did they have to be cannon fodder though? They both hated it, but for the sake of avoiding Rhia's wrath they tolerated it with glee. Making the turn into the hallway where the breach occurred they looked at one another. Nothing was there, no one was there, but of course not. What would be there.

The first one, a Rodian, looked cautiously before stepping forward. The Togruta wasn't far behind him. The Rodian watched their front, and the Togruta their back. There was a second Rodian who remained where they were, watching the hallway they came from for signs of movement. When the first two approached the breach they were greeted with the steel tube and the inside of a ship. "Should we look into it?" The Rodian asked slowly, the Togruta shrugged. He really didn't want to. In his mind he could only imagine a small army of assassin droids waiting for them inside of there. He wasn't going to fall for their trap today. "I a'int lookin' in 'ere. Nu-uh. No robits gon' get me today." With that the pirate turned on his heels and kept walking.

Viole found himself in a room on the second floor, sitting on a bed and meditating to maintain this telepathic communication between all the students. It was a difficult thing for him to do, but he could do it as long as he remained out of harm. Reaching out into the Force he could see several patrols on each level, he could feel the leader and her rage. She shined like a beacon in the night with such wild emotions, but the problem was that the students didn't seem to catch the existence of the Force Sensitive pirates. The skill of these pirates was low, and they were taxing themselves by Sensing as well as hiding their presence, so it was understandable that they would be easily overlooked. Not to mention that because they were near Rhia, her emotions acted as a kind of shield to hide the others.

Pick an action and act, students. Remember, the Force will guide you only so far before you must make a move. We are at that time now. The leader is...hurting one of the passengers. Her rage is growing, he fears we do not have much time left before she falls into eliminating them. We must dispatch their patrols and get to her before that happens. It should also be noted that there are others who can use the Force with her..." He sent them all an image of what he saw. Force Sight was a strange thing for those who didn't use it, to see the world in mostly shades of blacks and grays, but the people stood out like sore thumbs. Seeing through all the floors, there was a massive huddle of light bodies, these bodies were the passengers. There was a woman in mid walk who shined a light red...signs that Bogan was weaving his fingers through her soul. There were two other guards there two who were a darker shade of pink, showing they were beginning down the same path the leader was, and that they were Force Sensitive as well.

Walk with haste, but act with caution. And do not forget the droid that lurks somewhere too... Admittedly, Viole almost forgot about him too, but that didn't need to be mentioned.

Relia let the words reverberate through her mind for a few seconds, thinking deeply. Outside, she could the faint sounds of the pirates' conversation further down the hall. She closed her eyes and focused beyond the metallic room and peered out into the corridor, feeling the presence of the two pirates near the tube and... A single Rodian in front of her door, back towards her. He was too far out for her to simply open the door and silently drag him in for elimination, but she noticed that he was close to the corner of the corridor adjacent.

Relia opened her eyes, quickly formulating a plan. The other two pirates were walking away from the Rodian, who was still in the same spot. She figured he would watch the corridor for whatever monstrosity they expected to come from the tube. Inside the dimly-lit maintenance room, Relia approached the door slowly. She hoped the Rodian was as dim-witted as she expected, otherwise her plan would get slightly more complicated. With an audible swish the door opened, and Relia backed into the darkness once more. Crouched low, the Vahla listened quietly as the Rodian grunted and began to approach the room. He wasn't exactly quiet; each step making a notable thud as his foot struck the metallic floor. He cautiously entered the room, rifle raised and kept close to his chest. Relia quickly rose and appeared behind him. With surprise on her side, it was no issue for the Vahla to quickly leap up, twisting her body midair in an attempt to bring her leg around in a roundhouse kick to his pirate's skull. Thanks to her naturally cartilaginous skeleton, the Vahla's foot rounded her body and made contact swiftly. With a sickening crunch the Rodian crumpled to the ground, exhaling a curt, final breath of air.

Taking no time to admire the kill, Relia crouched down and felt around his body for his commlink. She knew it'd be useful to know what the enemy's saying, after all. After a quick peak into the hall and noting it was empty, Relia slowly began to walk around the corridor's corner, headed the direction the first patrol came from. The other two were nowhere in sight, and would presumably return soon. As he skulked the ship, Relia relayed a message to the rest of her team.

I've taken one down and stole his commlink. This should give us an edge as to what the pirates plan. We need to begin the attack soon; I fear what may happen if we delay too long. Two pirates are moving south of the shuttle we arrived in. They aren't too bright and shouldn't be much trouble to deal with.

Relia approached a room and felt the intense emotions within. Fear, confusion, anger, sadness; all of these were present, and she knew she had found one of the hostage rooms. She cursed under her breath; she knew couldn't exactly walk through the front door and hope she wouldn't be blasted. She look around, frustrated, before noticing a grate in the ceiling, just big enough for someone slightly larger than her to squeeze into. Noting her luck, Relia channeled the Force beneath her feet, releasing it as she leapt up and into the ventilation shaft. After replacing the grate she began worming her way through the ducts, coming upon another grate leading to a room below. She listened quietly to the murmurs of pain and confusion below, occasionally being stopped by a terse "Shut it!" every now and then. Relia was ready, and hoped the others would soon move into position.

I'm ready whenever you all are. she quickly sent out, listening to the hostages and pirates to bide her time.

“I've taken one down and stole his commlink. This should give us an edge as to what the pirates plan. We need to begin the attack soon; I fear what may happen if we delay too long. Two pirates are moving south of the shuttle we arrived in. They aren't too bright and shouldn't be much trouble to deal with.”

Reilu took a calming breath from within the depths of the dark room. It allowed his mind to finally reach a point where things started to ease in the ebb and flow of the force. He could feel his hidden presence in the force and pushed it deeper inside. He closed his mind off to the shuttle and to the hallway outside. He could feel them just outside the room, and a couple more seconds would center the doorway between both their backs. It was now that the presence of the crusaders force sight managed to reach Reilu. A sense of panic brushed over him quickly as it took him slightly by surprise. In the moment of bright colours, Reilu managed to spot a bulge on one of the men's backs; no doubt a small knife of some kind.

“Thank you master, your gift has shown me my path.”

When the doorway centered between the two pirates, Reilu exhaled quickly to ready himself. He glided out of the door as soon as it swung open. Reaching for the bulge in the quick surprise the pirates felt; luck adding in that the bulge was in fact a hunting knife. Reilu gripped it tightly and swung. He unsheathed the knife from the pirates back and swung it around and through the other pirates neck. Finding no resistance but a spray of warm blood, Reilu continued spinning and lodged the knife deep into the owners thigh, dropping him to one knee. Reaching through the force for the briefest of seconds, Reilu grabbed the Tortuga's head and spun it until he heard a grotesque snap – all before he could cry out in pain.

“I have taken out both of the patrols. There are two generic rifles here if anybody is interested. They won't be using them. They are in the bathroom with the bodies.”

Reilu inhaled slowly in complete control of his breathing. He moved the bodies into the bathroom where he had hid and removed the pirates sheath and strapped it to himself before sheathing the knife. It was going to come in handy for his next venture no doubt. He walked until he was in position, just outside the door of one of the hostage rooms. He reached through the force and could feel that the angry presence of the pirate was beside the door and that the wall of fear the hostages created was against the back of the room. He tried to remember to make sure his presence was hidden the entire time, but couldn't tell just yet if he was being successful or not.

“I am also in position. This is going to get messy quickly I feel. Once we start we cannot stop, we will need to hurry as soon as we hit the first set of rooms.”

Raelin had been snooping through the hallways, trying to listen for the sounds of the patrol, when she heard the other Acolytes.

Well at least that solved one of her problems. But she didn't care about the rifles. To get them would mean going back and they didn't have time for that. Still careful to keep her presence hidden, she had managed to find one of the hostage rooms. She would have to take out the captors with her claws when it came time to attack. She could sense their fear from where she stood, but more than that... she could smell it. The fear-scent nearly pulled her focus from the task at hand. With a near-silent growl, she made a mental note that she would have to focus once they attacked.

"I'm in position," she said, making sure that she was still hidden in both the Force and in a dark spot in the hallway. "I have found one of the hostage rooms, but I'm not sure how many are in there. Their fear is almost overwhelming... Just let me know when it's time to attack."

Ignoring the voices in her head, Jade crawled as slowly as she could through the ventilation tunnel, slowly moving closer to the vent above the room where the hostages were held. She had spotted a similar vent in the chamber she had been hiding in and had identified it for the opportunity it presented. Getting in had been easy enough, even without the Force to aid her, after that it had been a simple matter of moving down the tunnel. Ships like this had fairly standard designs, specially where passive systems such as the life support, lighting and ventilation were concerned. Tunnels like this would be running straight through the length of the ship, servicing all rooms on the way, and Jade, like others before her, was going to take advantage of that design.

Stopping at the vent, peering through it to confirm what she had already sensed within, Jade started making plans on how best to take out the three pirates. Two were clustered fairly close to each other and she ought to be able to take them out quickly enough, it was the third one at the other side of the room who would be a problem. As she shifted her weight to get a better view of the third pirate, her hand brushed the vent grill and a smile crept onto her face, a solution having presented itself.

Having sensed the others readiness, she decided they had wasted enough time, no point waiting any more. Alright, we move on three. 1....2....Go!

(( OOC: I apologize for the delay. ))

Viole smiled at the Acolyte's strategic train of thoughts. Were he an Assassin, he would be bursting with pride. But he wasn't. He was a Sorcerer, and thus he admired them for their...cunning, and nothing more. It would be usage of the Force that would impress the Crusader. It was not his place to intervene in this mission, so their plan would sink or swim on their own accord. He was here merely as an observer...

Rhia growled as she lost contact with her team. "I want that droid in here, now!" One of the pirates saluted her and activated a wrist computer. On board their ship a droid was activated, beeping as it recieved the command, the silver humanoid stepped out of it's chambers. "Query: Where are we now? Where has everyone gone? Exasperated statement: When will they learn to cease beginning negotiations of hostilities without me." The droid grabbed a blaster and removed itself from the ship. An assassin droid that moved in for the top floor directly above all other things. It seemed Rhia was too blinded by her rage and the fear of the people around her to accurately sense the intruders on the ship. Her pace had quickened and she was getting very, very, feral. Her sharpened teeth grinding into her gums just slightly. She would not be made a fool of.

Relia grinned sadistically as the words resounded through her mind, finally initiating the first of the many battles to be fought onboard. Peering down through the grate, she counted two visible pirates, but felt a third somewhere in the room. The fear acted as a shield for their emotions, but Relia dared not curse it. Knowing there were Force-sensitives aboard, the mass of emotions shielded their own presence from potentially stronger opponents.

Relia twisted her body around, able to move with much more freedom in the vent than most due to her innate flexibility. She placed her feet lightly on the grate, before giving it a firm kick. It came loose, followed by the Vahla. Before either of them hit the ground, Relia pushed out with the Force, sending a wave of energy to follow the grate. With a dull thud the vent struck the first of the three pirates, knocking him unconscious in front of the door. Upon landing, the civilians inside the room let out a panicked gasp, one woman letting out a faint squeal.

"Eh? Wotsi-"

The second pirate turned to face his comrade, before twisting his body to bring his vibroblade to bear down upon Relia, only a few feet away. He grinned mischievously, believing himself to be in power. What he failed to realize, however, was that Relia wasn't an idiot. With a scowl, the Vahla woman feinted left and quickly moved right as the pirate continued the diagonal slash. Relia moved her forearm up and swatted the pirate's sword arm away from her, kicking her right leg out and then bringing it back in behind the pirate's foot, sweeping it up. With the sudden loss of balance, the man staggered and blindly swung towards Relia. Connecting her attacks together, the Vahla twisted her body gracefully and continued the flow. With her back to the man, Relia threw her left elbow back and struck the temple on his head. Finishing the rotation of her body with a flourish, Relia quickly wrapped her arm around the man's throat and forced his head back, protecting her own body with his. It was at this point when the third pirate she had sensed fired two blaster bolts directly into the man's chest, cutting his life of piracy short. With a shuddering burst of air, the man went limp in Relia's arms and dropped his blade, the weapon hitting the ground with a small clang.

Relia slowly advanced towards the final Twi'lek pirate in the room, still using the meat shield in her arms. In the corners and along the sides of the room were hostages, huddled together and cowering in fear of the sudden attack. The pirate slowly began to back himself against the wall, keeping Relia to his fore. His face was that of terror, and his emotions reflected that. Relia knew that he was in fear of her as a result of her deft elimination of his allies, and loved every bit of it. He fired the blaster once again, finally pressing his back against the cold, metallic wall of the room. Relia felt the heat of the bolt become absorbed by her beyond-deceased body shield, pressing forward a few more feet. Once she was a mere two meters from her prey, the woman threw the body forward and dove to the right. The corpse landed on the Twi'lek, who wasted precious seconds in throwing it off to the side. By the time he looked back to Relia's position, it was too late.

Quickly, she thrust her hand out and felt for the vibroblade, drawing it to her. Exhaling forcefully, the Vahla lunged forward. The blade passed through the man's clothing like a hot knife through butter, sliding between his ribcage. As the blade sunk further into his flesh, a sizeable pool of sanguine liquid coalesced beneath him. He stared at Relia, loosening his grip on the blaster before glancing down at the wound. He didn't speak, he couldn't speak, to her; he simply stared as the once-stainless silver of the blade became tinged with crimson. Letting out a shuddering gasp for air, the man slumped against the wall, his eyes still fixated on Relia. The woman backed up and stood erect, panting slightly. She admired her handiwork for but a second before realizing she had yet to eliminate the first of the three pirates, who was lying facedown in front of the door with a grate atop his body.

Relia sauntered over to the man's unconscious body. After picking up the grate and gently laying it down off to the side, Relia would roll the man's limp figure over, so that his chest was facing upward. Relia took the heel of her boot and, once placing it over his throat, began to press down with force. After a few moments of crushing the man's windpipe, Relia pressed down once again with much more power than before, entirely smashing his trachea.

She backed up, taking only a short moment to relish her conquest over three lowly marauders, before turning to the hostages. With a smirk, Relia spoke to them in a cold, hushed voice.

"Don't make any noise. Grab their weapons if you desire, but do not leave this room until we tell you it is safe."

Relia looked at them, observing each of their faces. While they boasted a sense of immense panic, she felt that they were relieved to be safe, relatively speaking. Relia knew the sense of security wouldn't last long, and that the rest of her team would have to move quickly, before things got worse. Relia relayed a quick message to the remainder of her team, hoping they were in similar situations.

Three pirates lie dead in here, and the room seems relatively secure. A few hostages seem beaten and bruised, but there are no visible bodies. I've finished here, but will remain on guard until we are all prepared to continue.

Reilu reached through the void of the force and could feel the separate ripples of emotions throughout the ship; he couldn't sense his partners, but could sense the confusion from the pirates as well as the mixed feelings of more confusion and some faint scatterings of hope. He hadn't felt that since Naboo and it sent some weird feelings through himself, but he pushed those aside and retained his own presence with the gaps of the force.

He took another minute swimming through the force; his mind focusing on the room in front of him. He could sense the impatience building within the pirates, the fear within the hostages and a faint sense of something else, but he couldn't exactly feel it; excitement maybe? Without a second guess, Reilu kicked open the door to stir up some more emotions. He could sense one pirate near the door and suddenly another near the hostages; he was the excited one and his hunger for it was just placed in front of him.

“Knock knock.”

Reilu's voice was dry, but carried its weight throughout the room. Knowing beforehand where the pirate stood was definitely an interesting sensation for Reilu; calming in a way. With an air of confidence, he swaggered left before spinning to his backside and around to the right side of the first pirate as he raised his rifle. With the spinning motion, Reilu was able to quickly grab the barrel and push it just off its target, his head. His hand flicked out with the knife and found purchase just underneath his ribcage and the pirate quickly go limp and fumble under his own weight with a throaty gurgle.

When he turned to move after the second hostage he shifted his weight knowing that he would need to be quicker this time, but he was met with a blaster bolt just as his weight shifted awkwardly. It caught him so off guard that he began to fall over; living in the moment, and before his body could register the pain, Reilu used the momentum and spun into the unbalancing act. With a quick flip at the last second, and while in mid spin, hurled the knife at the crowd without thinking.

Reilu hit the ground, and on the shoulder clipped by the blaster bolt, it was then that the pain shot through his body and his mind rang with the pain. When he realized that he had spent too much time dwelling on the sensation of burning within his shoulder. He checked his trajectory to see a shocked expression from the centre of the group of hostages. It belonged to the shooter who now had a knife hilt under his chin and buried in his neck.

There was a second of awkward silence as the hostages realized what transpired in the lapse of mere seconds. Then it was there again, the sense of excitement, burning in Reilu's mind like a siren. Reilu's fear built as he realized the man was still alive. That was until a second sensation of excitement flourished his mind. It was even faster than the shooters. A slender arm reached out and grabbed the knife and pulled it out through the side of the man's neck. A young woman peered back at Reilu with a concoction of anxiety, regret and ecstasy.

“Thank you, Jedi.”

Reilu scoffed at the name. It had been a long time since he considered himself that, but he also didn't consider himself a Sith either.

“I don't find solace with either of those groups. Keep the knife and protect yourselves.”

He grunted roughly as he tried to keep the majority of his weight off his right side. He reached through the force once more. It was harder with the injury, but he was proud of the fact that he could keep his cool under pressure.

“I have good new and bad news... Room is cleared, but I have been hit. I am fine, but I will need to take it a little slower. I am sorry.”

Alright, we move on three. 1....2....Go!

Seconds after she heard the voice in her head, Rae leaped forward. She flew through the door, barreling into the first pirate. She had known he was there. The other two, she had not been sure of. The first, fortunately, she was able to take down with a quick snap of her wrist. Her claws tore through flesh like as if it was butter.

"Hey!"

She had seconds to leap aside as a pirate brought down a vibrosword where she had been standing before. She growled, baring her teeth, as the pirate advanced. She could smell their fear, now more than ever, and focused to keep herself on target. When the second pirate lunged at her again, she leaped left and then turned in midair and lashed out with her claws.

She saw the last pirate drop his vibrosword and start to reach for his blaster. She would have to act quick or she would have to continue wounded. She didn't have the speed she needed to dodge a blaster bolt. So, even before the second pirate hit the floor, she launched herself through the air. Her jaws wide, she didn't stop until her fangs buried deep in his throat. The metallic taste of blood flooded her mouth and she dropped him, then she stepped back. She picked up one of the vibroswords, deciding to keep it in case she needed to fight again. It fit her style better than a blaster.

"What are you?"

Unable to suppress another growl, Rae turned to the hostages. She glared at them for a moment, all the hatred of her past flooding her mind. She saw again the glares of her own kind, shunning her. She saw the countless would-be bosses who turned her away once they saw what she looked like. But she pushed it away. This was not the time. Besides, who could blame them? She imagined the way they saw her: a wolf-woman with blood dripping from her fangs and claws. It nearly brought a grin to her muzzle. She sighed, looking back at the hostages, and then raised her hands in front of her.

"Despite what it looks like," she said quietly in her growling voice, "I'm here to help you. Take their blasters and the other vibrosword. Protect yourselves. But don't leave this room until I say."

Jade sprang into action even as her countdown was ending. Pushing the vent to unlock it, she slipped down to the floor as it swung outwards. Even as she fell she caught the grill and pulled, an added pull with the Force ripping it free of its hinges so that she landed on the floor with it held in her hand. Not waiting for the pirates to register what had happened and react, she threw the grill, sending ti flying through the air straight at the third pirate.

In the same motion she span as he rose to her feet and dashed off towards the other two pirates. Reaching them just as they were pulling on their weapons, she slammed away the nearest pirate's and as he was reaching for the blaster at his waist. Twisting even as she stopped, positioning herself in between the pirates in the process, she slammed an elbow into the other pirate's stomach. Before either had the time to respond she had returned her attention to the first pirate, dodging a punch he threw towards her and reaching out with a palm to slam it into his throat, the force of it crushing his windpipe and effectively taking him out of the fight. Even as he toppled to the ground she reached out and pulled a vibroblade from the sheath hanging at his side, turning around and stabbing the other pirate in the chest. The entire manoeuvre was over in a matter of seconds, years of Mistryl training giving her a distinct advantage in hand-to-hand combat that these pirates just could not keep up with.

But the third pirate still needed to be dealt with, if her move with the grill had not done so already. Turning around just as a pirate was raising his blaster to fire at her, she ducked so that the bolt flew over her head. The grill had hit after all, buying her the few seconds she needed to deal with the other pirates. She might have dodged the first shot, but she didn't want to risk having to deal with any more. Her eyes not having the pirate since she turned around, she threw the vibroblade that was clutching in her hand, ready to reach out with the Force and guide it's path if the pirate happened to dodge it, but the need didn't arise as the blade slammed into his shoulder, forcing him to drop the blaster that was gripped in the same hand. Jade herself had followed in the blade's wake, reaching the pirate a few moment later and launching herself through the last feet or so and her feet connecting with his chest in a savage kick that sent him flying backwards. Crashing into the wall behind him, he slid to the floor, collapsing in a heap as Jade rose to her feet.

All three pirates taken care of, she turned to the hostages gathered in the centre of the room, the surprise and ferocity of her attack having shocked them into silence. "Make no sound, pick up their weapons and stay put, help is here."

Not waiting for their response, she started moving towards the entrance to the chamber, reaching out once more to the other acolytes. Alright, if we're all done then it's time to move on. Start moving towards the bridge, we'll converge on the way and get this over with. She wasn't exactly sure what waited for them there, but she got the feeling that it was not as easy as this, better to have the strength in numbers.

"Sarcastic Statement: Oh dear...It seems we have lost one of our own. Maybe a moment of silence is in order." The droid looked down at the body that lay in the hallway where one of the Acolytes had neglected to move him. The assassin unit looked down towards the breech in the hull of the ship for a moment before deciding it was better to continue to track down these intruders. The captain was still alive, and so they would go there eventually. It was a good idea to make sure he got there first. The droid began sprinting up to the bridge of the ship, stopping just long enough to blow out the staircase on the west side, leaving the east stairwell as the only way to access the upper level of the ship. It was also a death trap basically, as the door only allowed for one person to pass through at a time. The droid himself waited down the hall by the wreckage of the other stairwell. He was crouched behind a door, audio sensors tuned to the operational staircase, and rifle in hand. "Query: I wonder if they are Jedi...I do love the sounds of Jedi screaming."

Viole was snapped out of his meditation by the explosion. Children, he fears that the droid is on the ship and has made his first move...Extend your senses. Through the Force we can feel living and non-living things. As you make your way through the ship, feel around every turn and behind every door. Search for that energy, the metallic chill of synthetic life. Viole could feel the droid, but of course he couldn't feel intentions...droids had none, they had orders. It's what made them so deadly to Force Users who weren't attuned to their skill in Sensing. He did hope they didn't damage the droid too badly, he needed a few more parts and this would save him a trip to the Junk Yard Planet.

Rhia couldn't reach anyone on the commlink and she was quickly losing patience with everything. Snapping at her two elite guards, she ordered them to find out what was going on. These two were her champions, they were Force Sensitive like she was, but they were stronger than the others. They could at least manipulate the Force where as the others could barely feel it. The two humans saluted her and walked out the room. They noticed the blown stair well as the work of the droid. They hated that thing. The twins went down the stair well, one of them remaining about half way up to ambush those who made it through her brother. The male continued down onto the next floor where he waited patiently behind the door that would lead them up to the bridge.

((O.O.C - 1, skipping and 2, sorry for the delay))

Reilu clenched his jaw tight as the throbbing in his shoulder dulled to a constant presence. He rolled the shoulder slowly to feel where the pain was and if he still had movement of his arm. He glanced around the room of newly released hostages and their bewildered faces. His eyes closed and he blocked out a bit more of the pain as he felt through the force and found that the pain acted as filter; it removed other distractions if he allowed himself to think of the pain and the force.

His mind cleared away and even the pain in his shoulder slumped off in the distance of his mind. Reilu searched until he was able to feel the presence of his companions, his master and some others? They were close too. Without thinking his attention snapped back to the reality of the room; his eyes snapping to the bodies as the pain in his shoulder reminded him it was there still. He remembered the actions that took place moments ago and then glanced across the room to the woman holding the knife.

He couldn’t tell if the room was always as dark as it was or if the pain was going to be a problem. With a little effort, he was back on his feet and passing through the crowd to the still bleeding body of the last guard. He hunched down to him and picked up the blaster rifle that put the pain in his shoulder; he wasn’t familiar with many blasters, but he quickly found the trigger and knew enough basics. He backed up to the door and focused his mind on the ship once more; again using the pain made it easy. He sensed that the hallway was free, but he could feel two signals in the force nearing the hallway. He would have to wait for a distraction; in his current state he would be useless against two assailants even if he had the rifle.

“I can sense two coming, but I am afraid that I will not be able to do anything about both of them. Maybe one, I found a blaster rifle.”

Rae had just stepped back out into the hallway when she heard the other acolyte's voice in her head. She kept herself close to the shadows, moving as silently as she could. She hoped that she would reach the two moving in the hallway before they reached his room, but she doubted it at her current speed.

"I'm in the hallway again," she said through the mind-link. "Heading in your direction. I'll try to take the second if I get there in time."

She hurried, walking as quickly as she could through the hallways without making noise. She kept her vibrosword held at the ready, her senses pricked and feeling with the Force to see what was around her. She could feel the two moving quickly toward the other acolyte's room and hurried her pace just a bit more.

The droid waited patiently...he didn't need to run anywhere. By his calculations if these presumed Jedi were causing such a ruckus then they'd easily tear through the other two goons. It was a matter of when, not if. As a result, he would wait here...he had all the time in the world. The Jedi, however, only had until they got to the top of the steps to get to Rhia...

The two twins remained in their positions calmly. They couldn't feel anything out there but life forces. Not Force Sensitive ones, however, but they could feel people, movement, and that bothered them. Not even Jedi? Tch. This would be too easy. The brother motioned that he was going to advance on the nearest one. There was a feeling of pain, of panic, and the brother grinned at this. He took a breath as he stood at the door, and extended his hand, blasting it out of it's frame. He then followed up with one of his three grenade charges, lightly rolling the frag grenade into the center of the room. They weren't supposed to injure the hostages...but oh well. The price of war...
