Historians delight as Clone Wars era trooper emerges from stasis
Early reports from the Sector Rangers indicate that a Clone Wars era trooper has emerged from their stasis pod in the distant world of Felucia. Early reports indicate that the trooper appears to be of one of the earlier gene strands of the famed clone army, produced on Kamino many years ago.
Historians have been left baffled as to how the trooper survived for this long, with scientists already declaring it a ‘medical marvel’.
The Government of Kamino was not available for comment; however , a statement from the Prime Ministers office confirmed that they are ‘intested in confirming the authenticity of the subject’ before going on to confirm that the ‘property of the Kaminoan labs should be returned as soon as possible’.
This emerging news story is unprecedented in modern times, with all the surviving subjects of the Cloning labs from this time period having long since been presumed dead. Various rights groups have contacted the Herald stating their belief that the Clone is ‘entitled to a full and happy life, as a valued member of the galactic community’.
Should verification of the newcomers status as a Clone be confirmed by the authorities, it will undoubtedly throw up ethical questions across the Galaxy.
We shall have more on this story as it develeops
