I'm still a fan of Inferno Squadron in all honesty, as cliche as it might sound. Wolf Squadron makes me start wondering if Wolves even exist in Star Wars.

As for character, every 80's boy movie team needs a nerd, so I'll nominate Sal

For site cannon, I think working off the Wolf Pack would be cool. Could also add to the Lore if done well enough.

I'm honestly a fan of Inferno squadron for the fact that every member could have a group under a code name corresponding to the different rings of hell from The Inferno. Plus, the potential of more ships for characters in the Inferno.

I suggest, "The Virgil" for our first ship's name

Very interesting. In the case of a group like this, the Inquisition tends to handle repelling attacks that take place within the borders of the Empire. That said, I have a very strong feeling that having a specialist group made up of individuals from the various branches of the Empire to act as rapid response would be invaluable.

So... go for it, I'll be keeping an eye on this group.

Okay then! It looks like Inferno Squad has a pretty strong following. 4 votes in the actual poll, plus a couple more here in the thread itself.

That in mind, we'll call ourselves Inferno Squad, and our capital ship will be the Lusankya.

Everyone kosher with that? If so, I'll start work on an official write up tonight.

Personally though, I don't feel the Virgil is a fitting name for the capital ship of this group as, going by your comparison to Dante's Inferno, Virgil was a guide. The Lusankya, on the other hand, holds close connotations with the Lubyanka - notorious headquarters for the KGB (itself a brutal and infamous intelligence agency).

There will almost certainly be room to take advantage of this in the future.

If we can retain members - both through interest and not getting murdered - then I see no reason we couldn't obtain more ships and crew in the future.
