Okay thanking Bac and the others I am going to start from the beginning and address something Weiss you just aren't getting.

I never asked for a promotion I never requested or demanded I have never desired a promotion. I said promote people who deserve it who earned it not promise it for new members cause you alienate the ones who joined and you made a prospect after recruiting them.

I told you day one you became faction leader I would tell you straight up if I thought you were doing a good job. I told you I would and I did just that privately after discussion true with Deathtoll to help me organize and prepare my thoughts.

As for Xyrael he is a cool guy and a friend, I already explained my feeling to him over AIM and we'll leave it at that.

Now onto the real issue yes I accept Weiss but as a man much greater then me said and I quote. "I would sooner be a thorn in his side then a rose in his grace." So I Weiss will continue to do push and prod and work to get results. If I think your going slow I am going to tell you if I think your doing something bad I will tell you via pm as always and we can discuss it.

1: Ranks [fix the ones that need it and promote the ones who deserve it]

2: Roster [purge inactive and gone members adding them to a second post and send out pms giving a week to respond or be purged]

3: Leadership [keep deathtoll and promote an active member to second in third position or second]

4: Tech and supplies [no skirmishes we don't have them numbers organize raids and small scale ambushes to get armor and weapons]

5: Ships [with Fusion organize ways to trade for ships]

6: Marching orders [give each lieutenant daily lists of things to preform]

7: Solidify standings with factions [Jiang for Rebels, Den for Jedi, Phil for Mando, ____ for Alliance]

And I think that is about it....

Knights estate is keyed to her DNA and voice,

Subech Corp is making ships

If all goes well there will be more hardsuits [details to follow later Deathtoll knows all about it]

Bac has contacted me with an idea and that idea has lead me to have another idea.

So Weiss my faction is small (three members) and my allied factions are in the nine member mark. That makes about twelve members.

I would like to have interactions with the indies and the main factions. Think this is as good a place to start as any. Since we dealing with the same problems.

We have about four light saber wielders, a smuggler, three assassins and two bounty hunters. So there is a lot of options in terms of how we can have skirmishes.

Since these factions have a few on balance or profit. We can either work with you and/or against you.

So contact me and we can discuss some things. Let's do it PM style. So let me know if you're interested.

Its time all the factions main and indie get to mixing a bit more.

Like I said, I've been jumping to conclusions and apologize it. In truth, you are one of the most active members in this faction so you will be included in the promotion blitz.

I already addressed the roster.

I have spoken with Fusion about supplies and an idea for a raid.

I agree that I do need to solidify the duties of the faction lieutenants.

As for relations, I've already spoken to Jiang, and we've done all that we can; doing anything past that would be too premature. I'm already in the middle of speaking with Denzein and Phil. Until a GA FL is chosen, there is little I can do with them.

I don't want to be promoted. There is no point having high positions without a base and Knight despite her dislike for a commander with a tainted history and spies on her allies is possibly aligning with darkside force users and people who would harm the ideals of the Empire. Would not take a promotion it would be spitting in the face of her principles.

Good suggestion. They might help fill the void in absence of our own soldiers. ...Not to say that we'd neccessarily be leading them the way that the Jedi lead the GA troops. :D
