It was shown to people at Comic Con to the audience if I am not mistaken, but was not let out into the general public (media outlets).

Ya, I saw it because some guy posted it on Youtube. I believe he just recorded it off the screen with his camera.

I don't see the difference between the two. Anyways, no, but, it's just so expected, I'd rather here a new/fairly unknown song that suits it, as I don't think Iron Man does.

No, Based on the Lyrics, it doesn't fit, but it's also easier and Faster to just use a song that has the same name that everyone knows than to go out, find a band, and pay them to Make and Record the song, which you don't even know you'll like.

With just using Iron Man, all they have to do is send Ozzy an Email, asking his permission and offering him X amount of to convince him.

The only difference between this trailer and the one shown at Comic Con was that certain scenes were switched around. IT opens with him saying "The best weapon is one you only have to fire once" or whatever, instead of him getting out of the limo. Those two were switched up.
