Religion is not bad at all, though many blame religion for problems around the world when they should be blaming the people who pollute and manipulate it to serve their goals. I've said it before and I'll say it again, people are trash.

I voted no for the obvious reasons that I am a Catholic and try to defend my religion to the best my abilities. (But it usually dosen't work out too well)
Religion helps set the foundation of society's morals, so no, it's not inherently bad. However, the abundance of religions (or lack of) and their clashing views, especially among extremists, are what spawns criticism to them.
Once religion gets involved everybody argues and nobody can agree on anything. It seems to be the main root of most "wars" these days, so in that way it is inherently a bad thing.
Religion in itself is not bad. The manipulation of humanity's spiritual nature is why so much evil has been done by religious organizations.
