DESCRIPTION​

The IX-P Antipode interceptor is the latest iteration of a long-running starfighter series manufactured by the venerable Barancar Action Systems. Although BAS is a fairly small corporation these days, the Antipode has always been a relatively consistent seller, and remains so despite its age.

Although the basic form of the Antipode is by now several millennia old, the type incorporates all the modern refinements, including shields, a class 1 hyperdrive, a pilot ejection seat with a survival capsule, a blistering top speed of 115 MGLT and excellent maneuverability. Armament is not fantastic, consisting of merely a pair of under-slung medium laser cannons, however this is made up for in the eyes of some pilots by the ship's sleek lines.
