ATTRIBUTES:
His physical strength and endurance, while above average for a humanoid pale in comparison to his skills in persuasion. His authoritative demeanor gives off a sense of wisdom and that he has control over every situation. He believes that he can talk his way out of any situation (many times he has) and that his cunning is enough for him to lean on in any circumstance. To those who can see through his lies and facades though, he comes across as more annoying. He’ll brag about his ability to knock a Wookie out with a single blow, but asked if he could demonstrate the answer would most likely be a “Well… I wouldn’t want to show off now would I?”
In Jaag’s case, the bark is definitely stronger than the bite, even though he can put up an alright fight he by no means lives up to the mythical status he places on himself. His swordsmanship has put him in the “League of Extraordinary Swordsmith’s” or so he would have you believe, in reality his use of the lightfoil is mediocre and any person actually skilled in the practice would be able to disarm him with relative ease. However, he’d also have a secret blaster at the ready under his robe at his disposal, and in many cases he’s dropped anyone that exposed his true lack of skill with the weapon, oftentimes claiming that “He was going full force! It’s self-defense you all saw it!” His biggest weakness would have to be his massive ego and just as massive temper when one of his many falsities has been exposed.
PERSONALITY:
Jaga Meen has been described as many things, none very favorable. An egotistical lying and conniving creature well suited for the scum and villainy of the galaxy at large. When he wants something from you Jaga is the greatest friend you’ll ever know, and when he gets what he wants he won’t think twice to leave you in whatever hell hole he found you in. It’s always brag first and ask questions later, and if you’re not lying then you’re not trying, besides… there’s always some truth in lies… right? He does have soft spots for women and children, ironically the two kinds of people that find him the most repulsive. Living a life of lies is very taxing on the psyche, but Jaga hasn’t stopped to think about that in a long time, it's always one con to the next and it’ll be that way until he’s rich enough to retire.
BIOGRAPHY:
As the only son of a middle-class family on the world of Lorrd, Jaga Meen’s life seemed to be all but laid out for him. His parents both had high expectations for their only son, as they saw him as a way to increase their own social capital. School life though wasn’t really Jaga’s prerogative. He got all the information he needed from the holonet, and when he wasn’t reading the latest stories of the Hutt clans he was participating in some sort of recreational sport. This aversion to traditional education infuriated Jaga’s parents, and when his marks from school were nowhere close enough to get him into the prestigious Lorrd University they kicked him out of the family home. In an attempt to show his parents that he didn’t need them to succeed, Jaga went about faking an application to the university, and to his surprise he got in and was even offered a scholarship. Apparently, the highly acclaimed university simply took his word for it when he stated that he had “Experience in work for multiple Mayors, Governors, Law Enforcement Officers, and Playwrights.” With this in mind, Jaga set about getting a degree in cultural studies, if he could pull this off he’d be able to make a fool out of his parents forever abandoning him.
After making surprisingly high marks in his first year of studies, Jaga became well known amongst the staff of the university. On the surface, he was the perfect student, driven and focused on classes. However, when he was called into the Headmaster’s office and told that his ruse had been outed by a jealous fellow student, Jaga simply lost it. He let go a fury of punches into the face of the headmaster before in a blind rage breaking everything in his office and stealing a pouch of credits and a valuable lightfoil. He took this weapon not so much because it had value to him, but because he knew it was one of the Headmaster’s most valued possessions. This was not just any run of the mill jousting blade, this was an artifact from a time long ago, and a weapon from a group of great force users. Before he could get caught, Jaga sprinted out of the university and towards a starship rental, where he used a fake identity in order to get a flight off the planet.
As the stolen credits began to deplete Jaga needed to find a way to make money and fast. He’d done some odd jobs here and there and even tried his hand at bounty hunting, but he found this work a bit too high risk low reward for his liking. One day, while watching some holonet movie on the mythical Jedi knights he realized that he had the same garb like that of a stereotypical Jedi. In his years of odd jobs he’d learned how to handle himself with a lightfoil, and with some jargon about “the force” Jaga realized that he could easily scam the dunderheaded idiots that littered the galaxy. The scam was simple, approach someone vulnerable and ask them if they’ve heard of the legend of the Jedi, then tell them that you can “sense the force within them” and that you must meet them at a distant location, and once they come tell them that they must “leave your worldly belongings behind you and close your eyes to connect to the force”. Once this has happened Jaga would then proceed to steal these belongings and get off-planet as fast as possible. As simple as this scam sounds its worked surprisingly well, and each time Jaga makes a big haul, he can usually be found in a distant cantina somewhere bragging about his escapades. He’s gained a somewhat infamous reputation as the “Phony Master” and has made any actual Jedi face scrutiny and skepticism around the galaxy.

Jaga has proficient persuasion skills and has above average endurance and strength. He is an average pilot and his skill with a lightfoil is enough to take down an untrained opponent. His marksmanship is also just about average, usually only using it in close-range scenarios.
