As someone not within the Jedi Faction observing this and taking into account the arguments made in this thread, I would say that @Wit would be the best bet for the Jedi Faction. He has been active to a reasonable extent, and hasn't had any major problems with the Administration or other Faction Leaders on the site as far as I understand. I can't even begin to say how important it is to have a leader that can get along with everyone, and can collaborate with other FL's.
