It will be reopened with a sufficiently active slate of RPers, right? Because I'm still in the market for a reasonably epic way to meet Cat that doesn't completely marginalize me as a lawn ornament.

I believe so. I don't think they're just going to get rid of it. I'm not in charge of missions though, but DL said he'd open it up again for applications. So just ask if he'd be willing to do it with you.
