By midday Wednesday (1700 GMT), a petition on the White House website calling for the deportation of the Canadian-born teen idol had garnered 103,000 names -- easily surpassing the threshold of 100,000 signatures required for presidential consideration.

I am honestly surprised that this issue became this big and went so far. I'm not a fan of Bieber, but... damn. Just damn.

It's not an issue for Obama. Some intern at the White House is going to write a letter responding to the petition saying they're not going to deport Justin Bieber.
