Kallixus Ranjir was a human male fixer who was active in the galaxy during the period known as the 'Force Eternal'. A rogue by nature, he made a living in the as a fixer in the world of crime, a conduit through which the legitimate and the illegitimate could conduct business. His philosophy toward life was very cynical; namely that the galaxy was corrupt, and always would be.

Personality & Traits

A talented slicer, he was a veritable genius with codebreaking. Prone to, and skilled at, thievery, he was always working on some sort of 'score', stealing what he needed to make his own way in life. He was deft of hand, able to break conventional locks, as well as coded ones. According to him, the galaxy was a cruel and corrupt place, and the only way to get ahead was to play 'all sides of the dice'.

Considering himself a 'gentleman', he did his best to appear sophisticated, and genteel even though he harboured a criminal streak. He had a good sense of humour and had a tendency to make sarcastic remarks and jokes at the very worst of moments. A remarkably charming man, Ranjir prided himself on his appearance, preferring to look good rather than do good. He held a deeply pragmatic approach to doing business, believing that as long as both sides stood to gain something from a deal, then past grudges could be overcome in the pursuit of this common interest. He was a calculating mercenary, willing to put aside moral judgements in favour of personal gain.

Having grown up on Tatooine, before making his career in the region as an arms dealer and information broker, Ranjir was a survivalist. He possessed a range of skills, from weapons handling, ship piloting, engineering and negotiation, all of which came together to form a jack-of-all-trades rogue. He was a risk-taker and was always on the move, keeping his wits sharp. Familiar with the workings of the underworld, Ranjir knew how the criminal underclass operated, having worked for them in the past himself. He was not naive to the ways of the galaxy and was slow to trust people despite his outward projection of charm and comradeship.
