Ronan smiled down at her before bending over and going into a push-up position. His hands were on either side of her, just above her shoulders, and he was tall enough that his feet were behind hers. He bent his arms until they were nose to nose and then kissed her softly, before pushing back up again. "See, you're my motivation," he said, his smirk growing. "Count for me," he continued, before bending over and kissing her again, and then pushing up.

She watched him excitedly, complete clueless about what he wanted to do now, but once he got into position right on top of her, she started to giggle. "Oh you are literally the sweetest! I still wonder where the Sith bad boy has gone to, but I like this sweet, romantic version of you very much", she replied with a broad smile, softly reciprocating his kisses while she started counting for him. "Afterwards it's my turn though", she reminded him still grinning.

Ronan would have shrugged if he hadn't been doing pushups. "You are the only one who will see me like this so soak it in while it lasts," he said almost jokingly. It was easier with her; usually he didn't do people. His brother and Hailee were the only exceptions.

When he had reached fifty, he rolled over to her right so he was laying on the ground next to her. "Your turn," he said, turning his head to look at her.

She rolled her eyes with a big grin. She knew there was a huge truth hidden inside the statement, but on the other hand Hailee knew that the true Ronan was actually pretty soft, sensitive and even vulnerable and she was more than happy that he let her through to see that side.

With her, he wouldn't have to pretend or overplay anything anymore. They could both be themselves. "While it lasts? Oh please, I won't ever let you switch back", she replied with a sweet, innocent smile before kissing him one last time. She immediately rolled on top of him, but before she pushed herself up, she stayed on his chest for a moment. "Okay, my turn. Count", she then prompted him, placing her shorter legs next to his before continuing the training with spread legs.

Ronan smiled at her when she rolled on top of him. This was actually quite comfortable. Before either of them could get distracted, however, she pushed upwards and started her own push-ups. His arms lay by his sides and he made half-sarcastic comments about her form in between counting and kisses. Ronan hadn't had this much fun in a very, very long time.

"Shut up or I'll make you do squads next...and then let me comment on those", she threatened him half amusedly, half actually threatening, as this would be fun to watch. She soon had her own set completed, but it had been more exhausting for her as for him, since arm strength wasn't exactly her strong suit. She rolled to her side, her body close to his while she looked back into his beautiful eyes again. "Okay so what next? A classic Force combat for the old times sake?", she suggested with a grin, hoping that he was ready to joke about the 'good old times' already as well. The truth was, that after all that had happened on Moraband, some of those rather dark sided skills had come in handy, even though she had constantly tried to forget them.

Ronan snorted at Hailee's comment. "Mmm," was all he said. He rolled onto his side when Hailee finished, using one elbow supporting his head. "Sure, why not? See who can knock the other on their ass first," he replied. He stood up and offered a hand to Hailee.

She immediately grabbed his hand with a smile, before she blinked at him all innocently and sweetly. "Oh yes. Let's do it", she replied enthusiastically, before pulling him outside. She was eager to start and she could feel this fun, competitive feeling from yesterday re-emerge. "All right, Mr. Carduel. Are you ready for your demise?", she asked him, trying not only to tease him but maybe even to provoke him a little. New Alderaan had proven that they had gotten quite equal, so this would surely be interesting. However, even if they were doing it to stay prepared, she assumed that this would still be great fun.

Ronan smirked at Hailee as she pulled him away from the cottage. "The real question is, Ms... Lightwood, are you ready for yours?" he said. They certainly were competitive and it would be fun to see how this would turn out, especially since Hailee had definitely improved since Ronan had last seen her. her teasing words intended to provoke him had less of an effect on him than they would have if they had been back on Alderaan, their actions still fueled by anger. Now, it was done in jest.

She couldn't hold back her whole-hearted laughter now. Oh...he had no idea. She had made lots of progress, and on New Alderaan, he had only caught a glimpse of it...or maybe his initial arrogance was rubbing off on her. Either way, they both knew that Ronan's training sessions with her had made her stronger and it was time to prove it again. There was still a lot both could learn, but admittedly, the actual battle on New Alderaan had taught them more since they had been actually fighting for their survival and not just out of fun. It would, however, still be a nice practice. "My demise...oh please. Please promise me you won't cry once I'm done with you", she teased back, her voice dramatically overconfident while she took her stance. She excitedly smiled at him before she took a breath and forced herself to concentrate and then it was already time to begin. She started rather easy by using a precise Force Push directed at his feet. After all, it was about knocking each other on their asses.

Ronan rolled his eyes. "I never cry," he replied. It seemed he had rubbed off on her after all; she was exceedingly arrogant. Ronan took his own stance and could feel her gathering just enough Force to try and shove him off his feet. He blocked it with his own Force push. "Come on, you can do better than that," he said, his smirk lighting up his face. He jumped, boosting his leap with the Force as he somersaulted over her head, landing behind her. He swung a hand horizontally, intending on knocking her feet out from under her.

"You sure?", she asked all amused while realizing that her first soft attack did not achieve it's goal, but it was no wonder. She was teasing him with the same cockiness he had demonstrated a couple of times before and it was actually quite funny. However, her competitiveness came back quickly and she really wanted to learn, so she stopped chuckling and tried concentrating instead.

As he leapt over he, she immediately spun to evade his counter attack. "Same goes for you", she then teased back with a big grin, stabilizing herself enough with the Force to only tumble slightly because of his attempt to knock her off her feet. Now the grin became more feisty as she was starting her next move. Instead of Force pushing him again, she tried something different this time. With a outstretched hand, she attempted to let with levitate with the Force, so that he would hover just a few inches above the ground, so that she could try pushing him back again again then with the other hand.

Ronan felt himself levitate an inch of the ground and he used it to his advantage before she could. He yanked his legs up, consolidating his mass, which would make it harder for Hailee to control him from higher. As quickly as he had curled into a ball, he kicked his legs outward, propelling himself into the air before soaring over her once more. He hit the ground feet first and rolled backwards, popping back onto his feet. "I could do this all day," he said, using the Force to spin her in a circle like a thread unraveling from a spool. He wouldn't even need to push her over, physically or mentally, for her to lose her balance and topple over. If this didn't work, he certainly had other tricks up his sleeve.

He was playing unfair again. Fighting dirty like always, but she couldn't help but to laugh when he started to spin her around. She didn't topple over though, as she was still stabilizing herself with the Force as best as she could, but the laughter didn't make it easier. "Same. But you'll lose!", she laughed, quite determined despite her chuckling.

She regained balance and shoved him off with another wave of the Force, hoping that she would be able to distract him for a second, because that was when she had another idea. They weren't far off the cottage and there was a little bench right at the entrance. She pulled this exact bench towards her and immediately redirected it at him, hoping that the object would help her yank him off his feet.

She stayed upright and Ronan laughed. "Despite hating my lessons you have learned something from me," he said. He turned just in time to see the bench heading in his direction. He extended his arms and caught the bench with his hands, before using the Force to hurl it across the field. He turned back to her and then the fight got a little more physical. He wrapped an arm around her middle, placing his palm on the flat of her stomach and shoving, intending to send her flying backwards on her ass.

"Yeah, I've got to admit that I've picked up some parts" she replied with a grin before he was already starting his next attack. So he wanted to get all physical? Nothing she couldn't handle. She was still chuckling as this reminded her more of a play fight, but she had to admit that he was quite quite again. He shoved her way too hard and unexpected to escape his grasps, but there was one thing she could do: Pulling him down with her. She grabbed him tightly and pulled him with her, so that both un uncontrollably tumbled backwards, but she way trying to avoid any damage to either of them thereby.

Ronan was not prepared for when Hailee grabbed his arm and pulled him down too. She fell backwards and he fell on top of her. He would have likely crushed her from the force of the fall, but he braced his hands on either side of her, softening the impact. Ronan grinned at her as the edges of their body melded together. "Well isn't this pleasant," he said, leaning on his elbows which were on either side of her head. He lowered his head a little and pressed a feather-light kiss to her lips. "I win,"

She felt triumphant but at the same time the fastly approaching ground was a little,e terrifying even of she tried to let them fall down softly. Luckily, Ronan reacted as well and so they both touched the ground rather slow, but still a little uncomfortably. "Very pleasant", she replied slightly sarcastically but immediately started laughing again before she reciprociated his kiss softly. "Excuse me? Just because you're on top doesn't mean you've won", she then exclaimed while she was already pushing herself up to push him down from her. Triumphantly she climed on top of him and kissed him once again. "See? Your ass was on the ground as well", she then replied sweetly.

Ronan raised both eyebrows when Hailee flipped them over so she was straddling his waist. He kissed her back, smiling against her mouth. "Call it a tie," he amended, kissing her again. "Even though you were on your ass first," he whispered against her mouth, preparing himself for her indignant and amusing reaction.

She threw him an angry glance before she couldn't stay serious anymore and started chuckling again. "Okay I can live with a tie" she replied and kissed him yet another time, simply ignoring his last comment before giving him one last kiss. "Okay but whatever. That's was a nice training. Wanna head inside?", she then suggested with a smirk before pushing herself up and offering him a hand.
