So I'd like to be able to put up a roster of all the M.I.A. operatives but at the same time I don't want it made public knowledge who the operatives are, so is there a way to do that and password lock it or how should I go about that?

It makes you think of missing in action. Ender wanted something called OMNI.... office of mandalorian national intelligence Dx idk. im not sure about either of them really

OMNI has a ring to it, but an acronym should stand for words with strong meaning. MIA (Mandalorian Intelligence Agency) is simple, yet cliche, but truly named for its purpose, with a decent short-name. MIB is Men in Black without a doubt, but Agency sounds better than Bureau in my opinion.

I suppose if the Mandos ever get into a Cold War with someone else though, the capture of an MIA agent -really- sets up the situation for a zinger, lol.

"You've just been listed as MIA," the Sith Master uttered coldly, slamming the metallic bars against the wall. The Mandalorian agent would sit in his cell for the rest of his days. As an unofficial and classified member of MIA, he was now, Missing In Action.
