((Moved from Ticking Revolution thread))

"Wheeler, where are you?" Arena said to herself, ticked off that her partner hadn't bothered helping her. She looked over at Jake Hansol, her only help on this mission, as she crouched with her back to the rocky wall of some peak of the Manarai Mountains. She was dressed in baggy camo, so it could be easily taken off to reveal the guard uniform she wore underneath. She just hoped it still looked sharp. She knew she was late, the battle overhead had already started and they hadn't even begun. The fact really annoyed her.

"Allright, Jake, what have you set up to get us in there?

This place was amazing to say the least, I mean the while place was a city....Like not just a city covering miles but one covering thousands of miles....that was cool...like amazing in a really cool way but he thought that would be best kept to himself I mean....Alsakan's hated the republic and he was Alsakan after all! It was best to get his wits about him now considering he was on an important mission and all and he was staring around everywhere but at the person speaking to him.

"Well, I have a few explosive devices and some wire cutters, a few grenades and a few other bits and bobs.....I think blowing it up would be the best option if we want to get inside personally"

Blowing things up always left him with a great feeling of satisfaction as he shouldered his blaster rifle.

"Yes, well," She said, thinking, contemplating as she peeked over her shoulder at the large facility, one that bore the responsibility of churning, cleaning, and pumping the most of the water to Coruscant's vast metropolis. Though there were numerous other such water purification and transport systems, this was the largest and mot important. You could hear it rumble from miles away, the thing was so huge, but, being old - though still well-maintained - and nestled in the Manarai Mountains, the facility was open for such destruction as they had planned. They just had to get in the basement to set up explosives around the main pylons, with floor' three and nine to help in the collapse of the building. They had already set up the detonators above it, placed so as to cause a vastly destructive avalanche.

"Okay, I can distract the guard while you get in. You want to take the basement or floors three and nine?"

"I will take the basement but remind me....What am I blowing up again?"

He wasn't embarrassed per say but he was very anal when it came to matters like this, he didn't want to go into the blasted place then forget what he was doing there....Not that it happened in the past....ever.....Needless to say this place had an imposing aura about it but he had a feeling there wouldn't be to many people inside it, a few guards who wouldn't know what hit them. I would go off without a hitch hopefully.

"The water production facility. It's not going to be easy - being so critical to Coruscant makes it a high priority, but hopefully at the moment it'll be a bit easier, since everyone's focused on the battle in space. Wheeler was in charge of getting us in there, but he either chickened out or slept in, so he's not here. So how are we supposed to make it in there?" She asked, rather harshly - she wasn't in a good mood right now.

The harshness of her voice went completely over his head, he never understood females and didn't try to. Just smile and nod was his best way of dealing with them and it seemed to work most of the time.....Mind you he hadn't been overly lucky with the ladies but things were looking up, ladies loved a war hero....right!?...oh well back to the task at had!

"Well we don't to alert half of the republic to that fact we are up here, we need something a bit subtle and cunning...like a small quiet explosion round the back"

Seemed like a good enough plan to him, they blow themselves in quietly while storming the guards and engaging in a fight to the death for the alsakan empire, the home for tea and crumpets....Fantastic.

"Uh, huh," she said, incredulously. Honestly, did this guy forget to pack his brains? "And have the mountain crash on top of us while about a hundred guards start taking potshots at us. Riiiiiiiiiight."

"Master Kappa, I am worried. We have lost contact with a number of guards at the Manarai Mountains water facility. We have also been victim to numerous technical difficulties. I do not think this to be coincidence. With the battle above us, the Jedi are our only form of defense against covert attacks. Can you see what you can do?"

The intercom echoed her metallic voice to the Grandmaster of the Jedi Order, luckily on the planet at the time.

"Well thats only the worst case scenario I guess, Well what are you like with electronics. We could set off an alarm do people come flying out then we sneak in....Hey thats a good idea"

He smiled to himself in a ever so confident way, that was a genuinely good idea he thought. Well as long as this girl knew about electronics but all he knew about her was that Murray said she was clever so I should listen to her, I can take advice from my superiors with no problem.

"I don't know that much. That was Wheeler's department. I'm gonna kill him," she said, gritting her teeth. This could mean the failure of the mission, perhaps even their own deaths. She forced herself to calm down as she thought. She had the guard uniform just for a backup plan, and now was a good time for a plan B. "They're likely to have security, but not too much, we can worry more about that once we try and reach the inner levels. Pffft... um, I can try to distract the guards while you knock them out, or maybe... does your slug pistol have tranquilizer rounds or something like that?" She asked.

The Grandmaster was troubled by the news. For the first time in years, he felt that Coruscant was in grave danger. Coruscant needed every drop of water it could get. An attack on its facilities spelled disaster. Immediately he rose from his seat in the Council room and contacted his Padawan, Vadi. There was no time to request for a council session. His Padawan was the only help he would get.

Vadi was notified almost instantaneously, and unlike many others, if placed in his position, he smiled and quickly made himself presentable for his master. He had not been with the order for more than a few days and he was already being beckoned for a "mission". Upon meeting Master Kappa, they walked silently towards the hangar, as it was abundantly clear that he was in deep thought, until his anxiety go the best of him and he shouted:

"What's happening, Master Kappa?!"

As they sprinted through the monastery, the Grandmaster smiled slightly. "Patience, my friend" he said. "Now is not the time." He had only met his Padawan a few days earlier, but already the young Vadi showed great signs of impetuosity. However, Vadi hadn't been chosen by the Grandmaster for nothing. Already he had made himself a reputation as a great swordman, and his knowledge of the Force was quite impressive to say the least.

Reaching the hangar, Sarus jumped onboard his personal starfighter and beckoned his Padawan to join him. "Quickly now, we haven't much time."

Taking the hint, Vadi remained quiet for the rest of the journey. Which, surprisingly, took far less time than he had originally estimated. In a flash, Vadi found himself surrounded by giant metal monoliths, constructions to divine entities long past, now inhabited by the creatures of this world. To be more specific, he found himself in front of the planet's water production facility. His eyes sneaked a couple of peeks towards his master, trying desperately to get some hint as to what was going to occur.

For a moment, the Grandmaster starred about, scrutinizing every detail of the gargantuan facility. Then, much to the Padawan's suprise, he sat down near its entrance and began meditating. With great care, Sarus studied the eddies and currents of the Force and strove to distinguish any sign of abnormality. "I'm quite thirsty" He said softly. "Would you kindly fetch me something to drink? Water preferably." His now calm demeanour made quite a contrast with his earlier rush of anxiety. It was obvious that the Alaskans had not yet stricken, they had all the time in the world.

WATER?! The worded seemed to echo within Vadi's skull followed by a few more. We sat in silence for the entire trip over here, finally get here, and he sits down and asks for WATER?! His entire body shook with frustration, but he contained it as best he could. He did not like being kept in the dark, one of his greatest strengths, however that same curiosity made him seem brash, restless, and impatient. He would follow his master's instructions.

"Yes, Master, wait one moment." He said, almost inaudibly. Slowly, he entered the building, and stared around. Where was he going to find water? It was all around, but how would he contain it. Surely this was some type of test. It had to be.

"No but I can knock them out in other ways, let's just get going now theres no way the republic will just let us do this. I got a bad feeling now"

Jake began to walk further up the mountain towards one of the entrances, he didn't like this mission one bit and this women wasn't filling him with confidence I mean, if she didn't know what she was doing that what would happen if it al went wrong.

"So do I. We can pelt Wheeler for that later," She said, letting out a slow breath, "but we can't let not having him ruin the mission. Coruscant must fall, Jake," she said, looking up at him sincerely. "Come on," she said, getting up.

She then took off her camo, revealing the blue uniform beneath, with the fake nametag. She dumped the suit and began walking nonchalantly to the nearest 'road' down to the entrance to the facility, hoping Jake knew what to do from there.

"Hnh, I wonder where Jedi would be going at a time like this" Rone said quietly to himself as he saw a starfighter zoom out of the monastery. He had been walking around in that area for a while, and just happened to see it. He followed it with his eyes, and it looked like it was going in the direction of the water facility. He then lost track of the ship because of how fast it was moving. His rented speeder was close by, so he started to walk to it. Many people were talking about the space battle going on up above, but it didnt much worry him. He wanted the republic to win this battle, even though he was an Alsakan himself, because he found this war to be utterly pointless. He didnt see anythign wrong with this large city-scape of a planet, and certainly saw nothing wrong with the inhabitants. He had even come to Coruscant in hopes of being able to fight against the other Alsakans. Along with getting himself some chances for some decently high bounties.
As he approached the rented speeder, he sighed. It was a nasty green color, nothing like his hunter green body armor, that he always wore. But, it had been the fastest one there, or at least that was what the guy at the rental place had said, so it was worth it.

He slid his identification card into the ignitions, and climbed into the speeder as it started up. He at least hoped that this thing was as fast as the renter had told him it was. The speeder hovered a few feet off of the ground, and made a few quiet beeps, signifying that it was ready. He started driving as quickly as he could in the direction of the water facility. Hoping to find where they had gone. Huge buildings seemed to only appear in his vision for half a second, and they were blurry. He know knew that this thing was fast, but he now hoped that he didnt crash into anything, as he flew towards the facility.

Damn, with this speed I should be there really soon. Rone thought to himself, as he continued speeding towards the facility. Though, what if those Jedi arent doing anything important? A quiet voice nagged in the back of his mind. No, they wouldnt be doing something unimportant in this kind of situation. Either way, there is no harm in me checking out what is going on. He thought, only about a minute away from the water facility.

Edit: Simple edit so the post makes more sense.

((I don't think its plausible that a guy would see a Jedi ship going a direction in Coruscant and be able to deduce where it is going. As well, not many Alsakans reside on Coruscant - most of them are almost deathly allergic to the poisonous fumes. As well, why would he follow the Jedi? Your post just doesn't make sense))

"Don't worry, I've got your back"

And with that Jake ducked down and went along the side off the path, he knew just what to do. Jake may not be the brightest spark in the terminal but he knew what to do when the chips were down and he needed to be a solider. As she approached the door he drew his weapon and waited patiently....

As she approached the guards, she took a deep breath before putting on her I-must-be-new-'cuz-I'm-smiling look, being as eager as was plausible as she walked up to the [fortunately] male guards. "Good afternoon..." then she frowned, as if remembering something, then looked up, "well, I guess it isn't, actually," she then looked down before looking back up, "makes one scared, y'know? Um, I'm sorta new, how do you work security here? Nametag check, fingerprits, what? I'm Lauren Cole," she expounded. Just then, as if on cue, a huge explosion tore the sky, for some reason or other, but it worked perfectly into her plan, as she, as if suddenly frightened, grasped the nearest guard for protection, making sure to get just near enough, but not too close.
