I know Larik is away until, at the soonest, next week as per this thread. He is the one that wanted to do this, though, so it's only fair he's involved. I hope no one minds waiting for him to get back.

So, the rules of engagement are laid out in the OP of the RP. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.

I had a proposition for you all, though. I was thinking that, so the Jedi could get away, Ashara or Lumyn (her bodyguard who is described in Ashara's profile) would come to "save the day", so to speak, and allow for the three Jedi to escape safely given the orders outlined in the RP. And/or I make odd posts of Ashara doing stuff inside the Temple to organize the evac and whatnot. That would just allow me some character building opportunity that's pretty crucial for her character post-skip.

What say you?

Yeah, sounds good to me. Since these Duels are kind of the same thing with Drakus. Character building and all. I might as well make the first post, since i have nothing to do atm. lol whatever the composition of the Duels i don't mind. But if we can make it work i think it would be Epic if it were a 1v1 in a 3v3 fashion. Like each character fighting one person but real close to the others. Like maybe 10 meters apart?

My new character will be up for it though he probably wont survive being an initiate D:

If you want to post, I have no issues with it. There can't really be a posting order yet as nothing has really happened yet. It goes without saying that everyone gets one post until this ball gets rolling. :P

Unfortunately you wouldn't be able to post in this particular thread. I'd suggest making an OPEN thread having to do with it, but it would be rather complicated. It'd probably allow for death and capture and would have to react to the skirmish itself without directly or indirectly impacting it. Bring it up with an admin if you're interested and get some stipulations and conditions and maybe we can move forward with the idea.

Should the Assassins skulk around the edges, or are we all involved in the central battle?

I'd likely say the central battle, since it's a battle for the Sage halls and your going to be dueling someone. but it's up to us how the duels are done. So if you want to go one on one duels, and just have the transport drop you in a different location around the sage hall It's up to you.

Yeah. I mean, the original idea is that each of you are dueling your counterparts. However, if you all can come to a reasonable agreement, then go for whatever!

As for the arena, that too is up to all of you. Ashara's inside the Sage Halls until I post otherwise. I think the courtyard would be easiest if you wanted to go with Twisted's idea, but in the entrance hall, around the side of the building or in the forest... doesn't matter to me!

I think it would be cool, if at some point we reached a 3 on 3 battle, and somewhat frequently switched who we were fighting to keep it interesting, so everyone gets atleast a chance to battle everyone!

I think it would too, but we would have to coordinate vary carefully so that everyone was on the same page with the switches. lol

It's not like the Padawan would necessarily be killed in an instant against a Sith Master. But that would be funny to see them switch opponents once, twice, three times. "CHANGE PLACES!!!!"

Once everyone is in their place, I'll come up with a posting order. It'll most like go: Sith, Jedi, Sith, Jedi, Sith, Jedi. However, this is subject to change if you go through with the 3 v. 3 bit.

And as far as coordination goes, that's why we have this OOC! :P
