Ols has characters that wont let A padawan who seems like they are going to become darkside be knighted. I think that Ols makes perfect sense.

There not evil, you just didn't like how long it took for him to train you.
I was very active, the length of the training was his problem.

If you have a Jedi Knight that will promote a padawan based on the length of training rather than the competance, abilities and ideals of the character then neither the Knight or the padawan have any business being Knights.
Okay but I still don't like how it is.
Tough. If you want your character be a Jedi Knight, have him act like one.

@Glitched and Lavi: Don't just continue training under a new master while I'm absent without telling me first. I wasn't away for very long and I do have a system when I train people, so don't do it again.

@ Ols. Your opinions are your own don't try and control mine.

And by the way I'll probably just have him not be knighted I don't care. The Jedi are too stuffed up for their own good.

Let me just clarify something. If you go into training under a Jedi Knight or Master, IC you have to have respect for them and the Jedi ideals and you must show a decent level of competance. If you don't live up to or perform any or all of them, you won't get knighted until you do. That's not my opinion, that's how the system works. It is my opinion when you are ready to be Knighted if I'm your master, however, but the point is to make your training effective and turn you're char into a competant Knight who can pass that training on. If you're char doesn't live up to it, don't expect to be Knighted when you hit page ten of training just because that's an average (albeit a short average) length of your training thread.

And don't say a master is unfit for trying to turn you into a better Jedi. Just admit that you're annoyed with the length of training because your char is clearly impatient and being drawn to the darkside. It's fairly obvious if your char is clearly impatient and being drawn to the darkside, you're not getting Knighted any time soon, whether the thread is 5, 10, 15 or 20 pages long.

As for others in need of masters, PM me and I'll sort something out. Don't listen toi Adenn/Fioch badmouthing me, he's bitter is all.

If you will be serious about the site, and make a profile, then I am sure that someone would be glad to train you.

Draeks needs a master please.

I also would like a master willing to collaborate a bit to help finish my profile.

I'll PM Vo, the one I told you about, letting him know since he needs an apprentice.
