I would...but I think you should wait for Cyril, he's given you multiple posts while he's been on and I haven't seen him on myself for a couple of days. If he doesn't post after say, 2 more days, I shall review what I have said.

If I had a Padawan char in the last timeline, and he was close to finishing, do I create a new Padawan for this timeline, or could I create a Knight?

I think you have to create a new padawan, because even if you create a padawan and he does make it to knight level, if you create a new jedi he has to be a padawan as well. Each jedi character has to go through training.

Dependent on prior timeline characters and GM discretion. My Councillor was not trained. But if he didn't get Knighted, you must make a Padawan.

Ok, well Cyril's computer is down, and will be for a while, (and I waited past Tuesday Ols, lol) so once again, I am requesting a new master for E'kteen Gwabo, as I want to get him trained.
