Michael - You only need it to be "masterful" at using dual sabers.

And sorry about the mishaps, been away for awhile and I forgot the template things. The forms are updated, and I added the unified powers in there just for the sake of them; i dont "god", but I took them off anyway.

Yes, this character is meant to be an ancestor of Quilan Vos, who just happens to look the same. I may change the picture if I can find a better one - not many pictures of Kiffar that I can find.
