ABILITIES
Injury Treatment - Morda Gensan can treat a wound very well with even limited supplies.
Awareness - Morda Gensan possesses a great awareness, and can spot even the most well hidden mines and traps. It is his developed sixth sense from his soldier career.
Defensive Force - Due to Gensan's high will power, he is strongest in the Force when he is defending himself. This is why he utilizes defensive Force on a highly powerful level, and with a magnitude of defensive Force pwoers to aid him.

LIGHTSABER/SWORD FORMS
Form V: Djem So - Morda Gensan uses a heavily modified varrient of Djem So. Morda Gensan seeked to change his form to utilized the disciplines of several styles and combine them into a rigid varient of stone. It was combined with parts of Ataru, Soresu, and Makashi. While the original elements taken from the several styles this form originates from are so seemlessly blended that they are lost, something new is created from the mixture. A single unique style of discipline and rigid form. The form still uses weight and power to create incredible blows. The main articulation points at the elbows and wrists are used for precision. It is less agile and asthetically pleasing, but utilizes rigid and conformed movement. It utilizes a two handed grip for defence, a one handed grip for offense, crisp movement, and closed attacks. However, due to the sharp and locked type of movement, the user often has to relie on the force to deflect blaster shots. This is why Morda Gensan is a powerful practitioner of Force Deflection, Tutaminis, and more defensive Force powers. The form focuses on the direct dominance of strength, and the Force. Only someone who has both can master the style. The full range of attack and reach of the user is what makes the style useful against opponents, as most will not be able to reach. It is harder to use on multiple opponents, and heavily fast opponents. Even when mastered, these weaknesses will still at least pose a minimum threat. It shows Gensan's master over his own style.

GEAR
Dual-Phase Lightsaber - This blue dual-phase lightsaber is a trusted weapon of Morda Gensan's choice. It is made with his old Republic armor that he saved when he joined the Jedi Order. It can be extended from standard length to double that with the flip of switch, further aiding Gensan's unique lightsaber style.
Jedi Guardian Armor - It is a particularly heavy armor that when given the chance, can resist even lightsaber blows to some extent. It even comes with a helmet, though Gensan is reluctant to wear it.

SHIP
The Armored Bird
This giant fighter ship is not very fast, but it has a great manueverability, and it possesses powerful fire and heavy armor.

PERSONALITY
As former soldier and ten year veteran, Morda Gensan can be very stern, disciplined, and stubborn. He is cold and aloof, but still quite a friendly person. He expects the best out of people, and ensures that they make it there, especially when he is depending on them. Gensan is as stoic the unyielding stone itself, and he rarely smiles. Once you earn his respect, Gensan will expect you to hold it firmly. Due to his earlier life as a soldier, he believes that he is more of a warrior than a Jedi, and Gensan also believes that the Force is only another means of strength. He lives for combat, and breathes for thrill of danger and fighting. The very need sustains him and gives him strength and stamina of a greater caliber than regular humans.

BIOGRAPHY
Morda Gensan comes from the homeworld of the Epicanthix and was raised to be a great soldier like his father. His early life consisted of combat training and education which didn't give him very much time to be a child. His strict father made sure that Gensan would grow up to be a fine warrior. Around the age of sixteen, Morda Gensan entered into the Republic and served them faithfully as a soldier. He fought in the recent Hutt Wars and attained a high rank in the Republic. Gensan was thought to be Force Sensitive due to his high luck and abilities with fighting. When the Jedi finally decided to allow him into the Jedi Order, he was already a ten year veteran. His comabt abilities and strength allowed him greater ability in lightsaber combat, and his strength of will provided him with greater ability in defensive Force powers. He stayed ten years in the Jedi and began to practice his own form that he compiled with many different other styles due to their discipline. He felt more like a soldier still, so he attempted to advance his combat training much higher. He finally finished his style's creation late into his Padawanship. When he became a knight, Gensan mastered his style, and showed other Jedi that brute force can be much power effective than agility. Currently, Morda Gensan is participating in the Hutt Wars, and utilizing his abilities to overpower his opponents in the battle.

You aren't allowed to make new lightsaber forms without staff review and approval. Please remove it and replace it with a canon form.

I really couldn't care less how new you are, I'm still gonna put it in writing so that there's no misunderstandings. Also, please lose the attitude. =3

No, you're being a smartass.

Might want to review a few grammatical and flow issues throughout the bio as well. Her history could due with a lot more fleshing out and addition; she's 36. Fill in some major events of her life.

Everyone makes mistakes. I still remember when I thought Tsar Fire was a girl. I sometimes wonder about your's too, but I'd rather not scar myself for life.

First, sorry, was pretty far off on the gender. Sorry.

Second, it's not plausible for a soldier to enter the Republic at age 16 as far as the Republic goes (I believe) for a human. Would the US Army let you into any service at anything below 17 even with parental permission? No, and I believe our GR system is based partly off of our principles.

Third, the Jedi barely (if ever) accept people over the age of 6, let alone however old he is when he gets out of the military 'at a high rank.' You need to specify more, and I'd just write out his experience in the service. It's not really plausible for a battle hardened soldier to be able to convert to the Jedi Order's peaceful and simplistic ways. Even if he did, again, the Jedi wouldn't accept him, even if 'they took a long time' as he said. He would probably end up in a role akin to the Antarian Rangers or go on to have skills as a soldier.

Fine for the gender, I thought it was funny.

I'm not actually sure, but I thought you could enter the Republic as an enlisted soldier at 16. I'll check on that.

For the third part, that's just the Jedi of canon, they do it differently here. People are accepted at age 20 and stuff like that. Also, believe it or not, Jedi weapon masters are somewhat the same way. It's not so much about converting as simply accepting it as a way of bettering yourself for where I am going with this character.

Mmm, sorry, I was under the impression canon had a bearing on how we roleplayed and created our characters.

Well yes, cannon does happen here, but they change up some things. Like lightsaber technology and things like sith and junk.

It kind of becomes a game of picking and choosing certain ambiguous parts of canon.

Logically, the Jedi might not have been so stringent when it comes to inter-Jedi relationships. By then, they hadn't experienced any major schisms besides Xendor and there was really no reason to stay celibate. Later on the tenet was also abolished by Luke, so.

As for joining the Republic military, I think 18 is the minimum. It's worth checking, but you might just edit his age to be 18.

Inter-Jedi Relationships? What are you talking about?

I should also look up what age he should be to enter the republic. That's important.

Canon Jedi also accept Jedi for training after the age of infancy. The rule you are thinking of was taken on by the Jedi Order towards the end of the Galactic Republic. Jedi in this era, canonically, would have accepted older recruits, therefore this site still follows canon.

Uh, oops. I misread Whest's post apparently.

My point was pretty much the same though. At this moment in time, there's no reason for the Jedi to deny people that are older than toddlers/young children, and Luke did away with that rule in the future (plus Anakin being an exception), so obviously it wasn't among the most important tenets anyway.
