The second one is showing Reeve being offered help by St. Peter, but Reeve decides he wants to walk because he hasn't done it in like fifteen years. He's free of his earthly bonds and is now able to do what he's desired to do. As for the last one, it's saying that Reeve was such a great person, one who did so much to help others, that Superman, arguably the greatest and most famous heroic icons of all time, considers him his hero.
